Breathtakingly beautiful views of the Mediterranean, island and sunset. Our room was clean and spacious, but the best part was the balcony. Breakfast was brought to us there and it was a great way to start the day. The views from the infinity pool were amazing. The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed talking with them. We loved our stay here!

Homeric Poems blew me away with their incredible staff, and the most stunning views of the caldera from my terrace and pool. Nestled in nearby Firostefani within 10-15 min from centre of busy Fira but quiet and private at night. Best of both worlds! I chose the hotel because of the great reviews and that incredible pool overlooking the caldera. Catching sunset from the pool area every night and cooling off during hot days. Had a fantastic stay and hope to return. The staff and warm service makes Homeric Poems special. From the front desk esp Stefanos and Spyros to the waiters bringing breakfast or at the restaurant, service was welcoming and warm. They exceeded every expectation and graciously handled requests and made my stay in Santorini including transfers so easy. Kind, gracious and always helpful. I could not have asked for a better first trip to Santorini.

Everything about Homeric poems was magical and top notch! We phoned ahead with our arrival date and time…a porter was waiting to gather our luggage and bring us to this lovely boutique hotel. We were greeted with smiles by everyone and a surprise upgrade to our room. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully appointed. We ended up with a plunge pool and hot tub on our deck, with a table for coffee and breakfast in the morning and wine with a view at night… including two sunbathing loungers. The view couldn’t be more perfect!! With the caldera at your feet, shops and restaurants within a short walk and quintessential Santorini style all around it was nothing short of perfect. The breakfast that is personally delivered to you your room was incredible!! By far the best feta and Greek yogurt I’ve ever had. Without a doubt we will be returning. With so many establishments to choose from I am so incredibly happy I landed on Homeric Poems! Looking forward to when we will return!

From the moment I arrived at this property, I knew I was in for an experience of a lifetime. The property itself was flawless. The staff was highly personable and their attention to detail was impressive. The views of the caldera were unattainable anywhere else but here. The sunsets were that of Picasso. Breakfast was first class. Dining at hotel restaurant for dinner is a must! Location is an easy walk into Fira and all shopping/dinning. I have fallen in love and must return ❤️

From the moment we landed to our drop off at the airport…absolutely spectacular service! We stayed in the Grand Suite and I couldn’t have dreamt up a more beautiful room. Everything was thought out from the design, the layout, privacy, amenities….I have stayed at 5+ star resorts around the world and this would be a 9 star! From beautiful and extremely tasty breakfast on our patio to amazing drinks and food….top notch. We had our own private pool and hot tub and if you are looking for romance this is definitely the room. I wanted to save the best for last and that is the view and the sunsets. Of all places I have watched the sunset in Santorini this was by far the best view. My eyes are still smiling from the breathtaking views of the caldera!!! We will be back!!!

The view from everywhere on property was stunning! Everyone on staff was extremely polite and client focused. Accommodations were top rate. Daily breakfast to order and delivered to your room when you want it. Amazing Infiniti pool and bar location unlike any other, Location best on Santorini. Homeric Poems is “the” place to stay when visiting the Greek Isles.

What an amazing hotel with incredible views, delicious meals and drinks, and fabulous staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved our room and the morning delivered breakfasts. Pool side drinks at sunset were amazing !

Two simple words, just outstanding! My husband and I stayed 5 nights towards the end of April. We were up-graded to a larger room upon check-in and the view was stunning! The room was exactly as pictured. Definitely the Cycladean design with white walls and a rounded ceiling with a small patio accessible from the bedroom and a porch by the front door. The location of the hotel is in the town of Firostefani, which borders Fira, the capital. Both towns are situated in the middle of the of the caldera. This provides a panoramic view of both ends of the island, which we personally thought was the best view on the island. But above all, it was the superb service we received from the hotel employees. It was the details, that impressed us the most. Daily checks from the maid services to make sure we had plenty of supplies and to clean our rooms, breakfast delivered in a very timely manner to our patio, exactly on time and never late or cold, and the wonderful bar staff who waited on us at poolside. Lastly, kudos to a fantastic front desk, especially Thios ( I hope I got her name spelled correctly ), she was so helpful and sincere! She arranged taxis, booked a phenomenal catamaran tour, recommended restaurants and took time to help me with my pronunciation of some Greek words. She truly made our trip one of those once-in-a-lifetime vacations!!

La chambre est totalement conforme à la description, spacieuse, propre, avec une décoration simple et local et une vue époustouflante. Très bon et copieux petit déjeuner (il faut tester toutes les variations sur les œufs). Le vrai plus c’est la qualité d’accueil du personnel qui est aux petits soins, discret, toujours disponible et souriant. Dur de quitter l’hôtel et nos hôtes.

Had an amazing 5 day stay with my wife at Homeric Poems celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Best views in all of Santorini, clean, quiet, amazing staff and the best breakfast ever delivered straight to your room over looking the sea. You know when you are dating and you find “the one” and you stop dating and marry them? Well Homeric Poems is “the one” and there is need to continue your search for another hotel. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and has a great location to everything in Santorini. The hotel has the best staff who make you feel like their favorite family member. They went above and beyond to make our stay special and to accommodate our every request. From the welcome beverage and meal, to tracking down my lost luggage, to making recommendations, to scheduling messages, to breakfast on the patio, to the amazing drinks, the staff did it all! We hated to say goodbye to this hotel and to beautiful staff at Homeric Poems. To the Owner and General Manager of the hotel, please give your employees raises and bonuses because they are the heart of this hotel and make it truly special. I need to thank everyone for for making our 25th Anniversary the best, so thank you: Theoni, Elias, Stefanos and Spyros at reception for accommodating all of our requests with perfection. This boutique 5 star hotel was an unforgettable experience. It felt like our own private resort. The rooms were beautiful and the perfect location to watch the sunset without the crowds on the island. The location of the hotel was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to Fira but outside of the hustle and bustle if you want some peaceful moments. There are also good restaurants nearby. Watching the sunset from the infinity pool was an unforgettable experience and the onsite restaurant which is for guests only provided some of our favourite meals while in Greece. The staff were exceptional - particularly Spyros and Stefanos who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable!! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here, and if we return to Santorini we would not stay anywhere else!

Our stay was a 5/5 from the moment that we arrived. The assistant hotel manager, Stefani, was a star, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. The room itself was spacious and beautiful. It exceeded expectations! The only thing more spectacular than the room was the view! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! My only complaint was that we didn’t realize breakfast was included (my fault for not double checking.)

We stayed in a sea view cave suite that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The location is excellent - short walking distance to the taxi pickup/dropoff area, overlooking the caldera with a beautiful view of the sunset. The cave suites are only a single flight of stairs down from the road. Breakfast is served directly in the room and you can enjoy it outside with a view of the sea. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating - the best we encountered throughout our stays in Greece. Highly recommended!

Everything about Homeric poems was magical and top notch! We phoned ahead with our arrival date and time…a porter was waiting to gather our luggage and bring us to this lovely boutique hotel. We were greeted with smiles by everyone and a surprise upgrade to our room. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully appointed. We ended up with a plunge pool and hot tub on our deck, with a table for coffee and breakfast in the morning and wine with a view at night… including two sunbathing loungers. The view couldn’t be more perfect!! With the caldera at your feet, shops and restaurants within a short walk and quintessential Santorini style all around it was nothing short of perfect. The breakfast that is personally delivered to you your room was incredible!! By far the best feta and Greek yogurt I’ve ever had. Without a doubt we will be returning. With so many establishments to choose from I am so incredibly happy I landed on Homeric Poems! Looking forward to when we will return!

Everything was thought out from the design, the layout, privacy, amenities….I have stayed at 5+ star resorts around the world and this would be a 9 star! We just left this beautiful hotel and had a fabulous time. The hotel itself and views are stunning. What made our stay so special was the friendly attentive staff. They always had a smile and were quick to help with your every need. The staff at the pool and restaurant bar went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. The front desk was also always ready to help with any questions and requests that we had. We highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect to walk to many restaurants and shops. We can not wait to return.

From the moment I arrived at this property, I knew I was in for an experience of a lifetime. The property itself was flawless. The staff was highly personable and their attention to detail was impressive. The views of the caldera were unattainable anywhere else but here. The sunsets were that of Picasso. Breakfast was first class. Dining at hotel restaurant for dinner is a must! Location is an easy walk into Fira and all shopping/dinning. I have fallen in love and must return ❤️

Homeric Dreams is an excellent choice. I have planned 4 european trips for husband & myself and I overlooked things for this trip that the hotel did not. We arrived via transfer which I booked through the hotel itself, which was more expensive than booking your own taxi, but they handled everything. We arrived and a porter was at our car to grab all of our bags and take them to a secured room (arrived 8am, checkin is 3pm). He had a luggage dolly & some ropes to efficiently move bags to their destination. We absolutely could not have walked these bags to the hotel and I was totally unaware of this despite reading the entire Rick Steves book on Greece; lugging around our bags on extremely irregular mixed composition ground after traveling would have been a horrible way to start the Santorini visit. After we did the Oia Hike we were back to check in & our luggage appeared at our room, we didn’t have to ask or fret about it in any way. Our room was 5 flights of stairs down & they didnt have any special dolly for this. The room was really cool, had the whole Santorini cave house vibe going & was visually appealing. Breakfast incl. in the booking is full on room service style (within a selection) which you order via phone call the day prior. Our experience leaving the hotel was the same as we arrived - they make complicated simple. They know what they’re doing & how to help you have the best trip possible. As for location, it’s a ~6min walk to Fira. I enjoyed not being in busy Fira

Highly recommend this place in an excellent location. There’s one big sidewalk that connects Fira, Firastafano, to Imorgil, it’s like one, but you’re just slightly detached from fira to have a little bit more peace Perfect location I went with my sister we could’ve sat on the patio with the view. We had eating every morning lunch and dinner. It was so fantastic. Shout out to Spiros at the reception, best service ever , and so friendly and polite.

Wonderful stay. Great location a short walk from Fira but quiet with it and with fantastic caldera views both from the room and the poolside. For walkers it’s right on the path that heads north eventually to Oia along the caldera rim. Great service and accommodation too. Highly recommended.

The rooms were beautiful and the perfect location to watch the sunset without the crowds on the island. Breathtakingly beautiful views of the Mediterranean, island and sunset. Our room was clean and spacious, but the best part was the balcony. Our stay was a 5/5 from the moment that we arrived. The assistant hotel manager, Stefani, was a star, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous bathroom and view. The balcony is beyond. The breakfast every morning is fabulous and the views are even better. Nothing negative to stay about this phenomenal hotel! We hope to be back one day! Thank you!!

From the moment I arrived at this property, I knew I was in for an experience of a lifetime. The property itself was flawless. The staff was highly personable and their attention to detail was impressive. The views of the caldera were unattainable anywhere else but here. The sunsets were that of Picasso. Breakfast was first class. Dining at hotel restaurant for dinner is a must! Location is an easy walk into Fira and all shopping/dinning. I have fallen in love and must return ❤️

Petit hôtel avec une très belle vue sur la caldera. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la chambre devant une superbe vue sur la mer. Seul bémol est que quand vous êtes servi, les plats chauds arrivent froids car ils ne pensent pas à mettre des couvercles sur les assiettes. C est dommage.

What an amazing hotel with incredible views, delicious meals and drinks, and fabulous staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved our room and the morning delivered breakfasts. Pool side drinks at sunset were amazing !

This place is INCREDIBLE, having travelled a lot I would say it’s the best view you will get. The staff are all lovely and they bring you an amazing breakfast to your balcony, the pool area directly over looks the caldera. You can also walk into Fira, there are steps up and down but perfectly doable if you don’t have mobility issues.
