This is a very basic hotel with no staff available, except when you check-in (must contact them on WhatsApp and wait for them to come check you in). They don't respond to messages through Hotels.com, but they send messages that way. Confusing to communicate. The room was clean enough, but the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner did not blow cold air. It was minimal airflow and luke warm air at best. We had to prop open the tiny windows, which were in the eaves of the roof. October weather wasn't terrible, but summer would be hell. If you're tall, beware of the bathroom ceiling (second floor room in the eaves). It's slanted and low, maybe six feet. I could touch it without difficulty at 5' 2".
