Stayed due to weather when my flight was cancelled. Property is dated but well cared for and has long term residents which is why people have complained about “smells”. The suites have full kitchens, the only time I “smelled” anything was when people were cooking. The staff was amazing and friendly. Even was able to get me an early check-in because of the storm and the fact I was utterly exhausted. A good upgrade and this place would be an absolute gem. It was clean, spacious and beyond my expectations. Would absolutely stay here again

The staff was great and tended to all our needs. The warm breakfast was very good with two kinds of eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, etc. as well as several kinds of hot coffee. Because the hotel has long-term tenants who cook in their apartments, the hallways sometimes smelled like dinner -- noticeable but not bad.

The hotel was convenient and having a small kitchenette was a plus. The rooms, though clean, could use a refresh. Couch and carpet gad stains. Beds were comfortable. Shower toiletries were basic. Breakfast was very basic but did have a waffle station. Parking was convenient and plentiful. One TV and a couple of lamps out in the suite. It was a 2 night stay and we were mostly out of the suite.

They staff was friendly and professional. The parking lot was free,clean and well lit. The location was near plenty of restaurants, shops,gas and other hotels.The free breakfast was a pleasant variety. Very clean. The rooms were pretty clean but kitchen could've been cleaned better. No deposit !Looks like it was remodeled. Better than pictured.

Removed a star because 1) we heard tons of foot traffic from upstairs neighbors at all hours, 2) there were people sleeping in their car in the parking lot along with a couple other randomly hanging out close to the hotel that appeared to be vagrants, and 3) the gym did not appear to have a/c and was very hot and stuffy.

Never being to South Burlington and knowing the area I chose a hotel just outside of Burlington as the rates are lower. Never expecting groups of people to be outside talking loudly when I arrived just after 10pm and someone’s laundry hanging on the post fence. The bathroom of the king suite not only was not clean there were random hairs throughout the bathroom toilet room and jetted tub room. Needless to say I will never stay here again especially after seeing a very big roach scurrying across the area in front of the sofa. Left early because of that! Absolutely horrendous!

AC did not really work. It was only mid 70s and the AC never dropped the temp in the room both days we were there. The carpet was stained and had junk in areas. First 15 minutes in the room I killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The lady’s at the desk were super nice though!

Reviews online for this property were great so I was very surprised at the condition of the hotel. Right after we checked in, we heard a gentleman come in behind us and say I’m not staying here. Give me my money back. The property is very very outdated. Wallpaper was peeling and there was a heavy smell in our room. It seemed like it must’ve been a smoking room at one point and has never been fully cleaned of it since. My son was staying on the pullout couch and when we pulled it out, it was covered in crumbs. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us clean bedding when I asked for something for the couch. For the amount of money that we paid we definitely did not get the value. We always try to get a room with a kitchenette, which was our saving grace, but I will never stay at this property again. I definitely do not recommend it.

I rented 3 rooms for UVM graduation weekend, and two of the rooms were fine. Very spacious. A little rundown. In one room there were bugs (NOT bed bugs) in the bed and pull out couch. We found this the first day and were offered a different room the next day. The second room had tons of different crumbs in the pull out couch. It had not been cleaned in a long time. They offered us a third room. The third room was in the basement. It appears to be a floor where people live full time. It smelled of marijuana and cigarettes, and people were smoking at the end of the hall with the outside door propped open. This room had no bugs, no crumbs, but the toilet seat was covered in old dried pee. We alerted the front desk, and they gave us expired cleaning wipes to clean it, which we did and we stayed in the room. There was also a lot of mold in the doorway leading to an adjacent room. The hotel compensated us one night if our 2-night stay for the one room. Breakfast was good. Location is good. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We booked a suite at this hotel which was spacious and comfortable. The location was good with easy access to the downtown area, attractions and shopping / eating. Despite being close to the highway we didn't have any issues with noise. Parts of the hotel felt dated and in need of a refresh, but it we couldn't fault the cleanliness or the staff who were all friendly and helpful.

The mattress needed desperate replacement. It was a holiday weekend so prices were high but woke up with horrible hip pain many times through the night due to the cheapest mattress I have ever slept on. An airbed would have been better!

We had an adjoining room, not by choice, person next door very noisy. Having what sounded like a very long argument on her phone. Sound proofing could be better. Alex who checked us in was wonderful and cheerful and efficient. Our TV did not work and we called the front desk,Alex was up in a few minutes and adjusted a setting and fixed it. Breakfast ok. King size Studio suite was larger than I anticipated and very nice.

The room was spacious and kitchen was good with average stove etc, not compact. Bathroom great tub ans seperate shower. Am breakfast was fine average buffet style fruit, waffle maker,yogurt eggs and sauage etc. Reasnoble accomadation.Room was clean and a/c was good.

Lady working service desk ignored us when we walked in we had to yell to her in the office in the back where she was sitting ignoring everyone. I asked for a pack and play in the room which we didn’t get. I had to call down and ask for it and when I did she brought up a towel to the room after repeating me ask her for a pack and play and she repeated it back to me on the phone she then went back down to grab a pack and play.

This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Vermont! The room was huge—bigger than a studio apartment—with a full kitchen, cable TV, and a great view. My stay was super last minute due to a snowstorm, but the staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Only downsides: the hallways and bedroom had a nursing home-like smell, but a little room spray took care of it. Also, the breakfast was pretty bad, even for a continental setup. Other than that, the stay was perfect, and I’d definitely return—just skipping breakfast next time!
