Warm cookies and milk at 8pm! How can you beat that?! We always stop on our way to visit friends. Great indoor and seasonal outdoor pools for the kids. Restaurant and pub next door for late dinner and snacks. Breakfast buffet in the morning with some hot choices. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Free WiFi . Gym available. Coffee in lobby. Fridge, coffee and microwave in rooms. Clean! Great hotel

Overall was excellent but indoor pool was not usable which is very disappointing as that is a big reason why I chose this location. Said it was close for cleaning but it was obvious that it had been closed for an extended of time . Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly

Staying close to the airport for an early flight. The pub/restaurant on property was good. The 24 hour van shuttle to the airport made this an excellent choice. The staff was friendly and they bake cookies at 8pm.

Great property. Make sure restaurant and bar are open when you stay. That is the main reason we chose this location and they were closed Sundays and Mondays. Very disappointed!

Very loud air conditioning noises which did not seem like typical ac sounds ( not just the fan noise). There were toenail clippings and hair in the bathroom floor, so it seems it was not well cleaned. Shower leaked all over the floor because there was only a thin fabric curtain, no liner. We visited the outdoor pool which was nice, but the raining going down the steps was very loose. It seems this place has been neglected.

Our room on the first floor was so damp that our clothes hanging in the closet felt like they were wet. Our shoes would leave footprints on the floor due to the moistness, and it felt wet to the touch. It was like we were living in a basement.

Nice that there is an indoor and outdoor pool, but the indoor pool was a little dirty and there were no towels. Room was clean, a little tight for 4 people and bathroom was on the small side. Double beds are comfortable but just too small. Wish they were queen beds but then there would be no room to walk. Overall room was clean, just everything was tight. Not enough towels and teeny tiny shampoo and conditioner. Can hear people talking in the hallways while in your room but air conditioner was loud and acted like white noise.

The indoor pool was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable which was a surprise for me because I always have trouble sleeping in any hotel bed. Breakfast was also good with lots of choices. Location great. The only things I didn't like is the excessive bleach smell on all the linens, the terrible water pressure in the shower (like a watering can), and the noise from other guests late at night. The room seemed a bit damp, especially the carpet, but very clean.

The front desk service was wonderful. Friendly and efficient. My room was clean but more than a little dated. Noise from outside the room was an issue all night. Any movement in the room above mine made the floor creak loudly and noise in the hallway seemed extra loud all night.

I've stayed here before but my low review is because the refrigerator was not working and also my wake-up call was supposed to be at 4:00 a.m. so I could make it to the airport. Luckily I was awake early I called the front desk about 10 after 4:00 to ask what happened and the young guy said I was going to call you sorry I was tied up with a customer. Just glad I didn't miss my plane and I woke up because I don't know if he would or would not have called. They offered to come fix my refrigerator the next morning I guess they didn't bother to look and see that I was checking out at 4:30 other than that the room was fine

My friend and I get in late from traveling all day. The hotel sends us to our room. We open the door and the beds are completely unmade and the room has never been cleaned. We go back to the front and they give us a new room. We walk all the way to our new room, open the door, and the beds and unmade, room not cleaned from previous guest and bathroom absolutely disgusting. We again go to the front to tell them what has happened. There is a cop/security officer at the front saying did you make sure no one was in there? We said no we opened the door and realized this room was not cleaned and actually may have someone staying in it currently and left. They then give us another room. 0 reimbursement offered from all of this. Nothing. We are in town for a funeral and already upset and this was an awful experience. I can’t believe I paid over $300 for one night at this hotel. I’ll never use this site again.

We got to breakfast at 9am and there was basically no food left. The desk person Sean was rude, unhelpful and did not acknowledge us for 10 minutes wanting to check in while we stood directly in front of him at the front desk. The lobby was empty A coworker finally took over and helped.will definitely not stay there again. Someone front desks also gave us wrong location twice for shuttle pick up.

Put us in a room next to elevator and housekeeping. Constant noise from elevator all night. Climate control system sounded like a washing machine was in the room. At 7am housekeeping started making noise outside room for about 35 minutes putting carts together and constant coughing. Left exhausted. Also bathroom had a number of black hairs on the walls. Would not recommend!

The location of the hotel was centrally located and easy to get to. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We were impressed with the staff who were all very accommodating and attentive to our every need. The included breakfast had everything from cold cereal to pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon etc and was open until10AM which worked for us as we didn't want to have to get up very early to get breakfast. We would recommend it.

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting my kid at University of Vermont. Only 5 min from campus, convenient to Target and Barnes and Noble for those last-minute purchases, decent free breakfast, coffee and cookies in the lobby, and the pub and restaurant are both excellent.
