The whole floor we were on smelled like weed. The ac in the lobby and halls didn’t work. The seasonal pool does not open until July. This is south Mississippi, our heat index today was 105. When I found out the pool was closed I asked if I could be refunded so I could go where there was a pool and was told no.

Room was great except the tub could not be used for a bath only shower as the stopper for the tub was broken. The tv service was minimal and the remote did not have all the functions. One elevator was out of order and the ice machine was broken. I had to run the coffee machine several times to get one cup. I would stay here again but only after I inspected the room to make sure everything worked.

The first room we were given had old food and a plate in the microwave. The front desk didn't apologize or even say anything regarding it they just told us to come get a new room and keys. We got into the new room and it was so humid and hot that everything in there felt wet. There was also red stuff on the shower floor that I dont even want to know about...

Hair ball on our pillow. Spider in the shower. Toilet didnt flush well because the bowl didnt fill. Had to manually unclog ourselves after waiting 3 hours for maintainance to never come. Key card to get inside from the pool didnt work so we had to walk around to enter through the front door to get back in.

The only issue I had was I found the that the bottle of body soap in the shower had been refilled with water presumably because the soap bottle was almost empty. The shower curtain was also too short to reach the top of the sidewall of the tub and water covered the bathroom floor. Fresh soap and longer shower curtains would be helpful. Room 309.

In my room the heater made an annoying sound all night. I couldn’t sleep and when I mentioned it to the gentleman at check out he showed no concern or said no apologies. In my kids room the toilet did not flush. They tried fixing it on their own with no avail. Bartender and morning server were very nice and friendly. The add on breakfast for $10 was worth it. Food was ok, bacon was cooked to perfection. Rooms were clean!! Overall nice but I did not get any sleep.

Great stay. They said the rooms were soundproof. Not sure how sound proof they were. We didn’t hear other guess next door however when we entered the hall we heard someone in their room. Still it was a pretty quiet stay. The staff was very friendly and made check in and check out a breeze. There is a restaurant on the property, but we didn’t get to try it. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. This is my second stay here. I look forward to my next real soon.

The bed was old and non supportive. They’re in a remodel, however the bed felt like Motel 6 in the 1980’s. No breakfast included. They have a restaurant and for $12.99 you can purchase it. We will not stay again. The A/C only got to 72 degrees hopefully they will replace it as well with the remodel. The shower walls were old with dirty corners.

Drove out to Mississippi for a concert. There was another concert the night before, so I knew the hotel was booked completely the day before. Arrived at 1 to see if I should wait to check in, or head to the stadium. Lady at the front desk was so nice! Told us to go ahead to the stadium and she will mark us as a late check in. Arrived after the concert, and they had everyone’s reservation papers and keys lined up for us at the front desk ready to go so we didn’t have to wait. Clean was an understatement. I’ve never stayed at a room or hotel that clean before, and knowing that whole place was booked up the night before, I was even more impressed. Staff was so nice. Thanks for a great stay!!

Just passing through and needed a nice place to lay our heads. The hotel was pleasant as were the staff. It is a place that is used daily but I was pleasantly surprised that everything seemed very clean. We were greeted and welcomed by everyone we met. We are dinner and had the breakfast buffet. Both were very good.

Overall our stay was plesent, bes was comfortable, it was a one night stay on our way back hone from a bigger trip. Hotel smelt clean, you can tell they are in the process of updating/fixing things. Only complaint was the breakfeat situation. We purchased the vouchurs with our room, the breakfeat its self was actually pretty good for the price even though our order was wrong. There was only one peraon working the whole "resturant" taking orders, cooking and cashing ppl out, ect. Overall a decent stay, just a few kinks to work out.

There was long black hair in the tub. Then when we un folded one of the towels….it hair long black hair on it. YUCK!!! The next morning, there was no breakfast because their employees didn’t show up. That was a bummer. Several people were really upset about that. Don’t offer a service if you can’t provide the service. There should always be a backup plan.
