If you want to stay in Los Cabo but do not want to spend $700 a night to stay at an all inclusive this place is GREAT. Very clean, pool is chilly but made for a nice place to sit outside. 1500' foot walk to a wonderfully huge beach and many great restaurants within 1 block. Also the very charming downtown shopping/restaurants are about a 20 min safe walk. Staff was helpful in getting an uber for us.
If you want to stay in Los Cabo but do not want to spend $700 a night to stay at an all inclusive this place is GREAT. The check in was very good. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was more than adequate for our two night stay. It was clean, the air con worked well and the amenities were good. Pool was clean and the sun beds comfy. Check out was also handled in a friendly, efficient way. Would definitely recommend.

I was on a solo trip and only staying one night in San Jose del Cabo and this hotel worked perfectly. Easy parking, great restaurant next door with friendly bartender, short walk to the beach, and a quick Uber ride to and from the Art Walk that’s held on Thursday nights (which I highly recommend). I felt safe as a woman traveler, staff were all helpful and nice, and I had a great sleep. I would stay there again.

Parking is difficult. It’s a small hotel but we only stayed one night. I wouldn’t stay for an extended period. Walkable to good food and across from resorts but the pool is small. You’re right next to a busy restaurant that can be loud in the evening. The view of the golf course is nice. Limited privacy on the balcony.

Room 23, 2nd floor. Super clean modern place in a motel like setting. Really friendly staff. Filtered water cooler on 2nd floor. Cold plunge pool. Netflix. Small dark rooms. Toiletries are included. Great location. Close to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. We would return. PLEASE secure your wifi network (password protect it) for your guest's safety.

Wonderful hotel that is probably the best value in San Jose Del Cabo. Doesn't have the amenities of the big resorts, but does have a pool. It is much less expensive than the big resorts, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, walking distance to local restaurants and shops.

Quick and easy check in, while the rooms are on the small side, they’re modern and cute. The bed is comfortable and it has a small private pool. The bar right beside has great margaritas as well. Very conveniently located to stores if you have a car or don’t mind a 20 minute walk.

If you want a larger space in the same area, this is not the place for you. But if you’re looking to explore the many great restaurants and galleries in San Jose Del Cabo and just need a place to sleep and store your luggage, it’s perfect. Great value.

Stayed one night, thankfully not longer! Shower head was leaking and a trickle of pressure. I can't believe no one else complained about it prior so they could repair. Or maybe they did and they didn't repair it. Obviously had been that way for some time due to the water stains on the shower ceiling and adjacent wall. Toilet seat was broken and moving around on toilet bowl. Bathroom sink faucet was loose. Small room and ridiculously tiny bathroom. (There were two of us) Landline phone didn't work, although after we checked out they said it was working? The women at the front desk was very nice but not very helpful. The morning of check out, I asked the gentleman at the front desk about a receipt for the incidental deposit being credited back to my card, he gave me a bit of an attitude. It did eventually get credited back to my card. Location was ok. A few shops and about 7-8 restaurants within walking distance. Beach access was across the street and down a bit, about an 8-10 min walk. Further than I had anticipated based on the properties website description. All and all, I would not stay here again.

El área es céntrica con distintos locales de comida,tours,etc,en general el hotel bien a excepción de poco espacio en el sin contar que no hay un clóset o cajoneras si vas por varios días y un depósito que no se menciona en su publicación por parte del hotel de $1500” pesos que se devuelven al realizar tu Check-Out , creo hay mejores hoteles en la zona por el mismo precio

El hotel es excelente, pero la llave de la regadera está muy mal ubicada, es imposible no quemarte al calentarse el agua, porque la llave está justo debajo de la regadera Por otro lado, tuvimos que esperar un gran rato para que abrieran la recepción y nos regresaran el depósito; deberían considerar que los vuelos de los clientes pueden ser temprano y podríamos perder el vuelo por esta razón.

This place is nice and clean but it’s not a 4 star hotel.More like a nice clean roadside motel. The photos showing view over golf course to ocean are not at all what it was like. Long walk walk to downtown San Jose or short Uber/Taxi

Clean room, comfortable bed. Very walkable to shopping, dining, beach. Surprisingly quiet for beach strip. Beautiful grounds. Basic room and perfect for our short stay of one night before checking into a resort.

Just trust me when I say you lucked out in this little gem. No stay away, I need the future booking. My next destination in La Paz a dump with awesome pool pictures to fool me. The two restaurants right out the front door nothing short of amazing in taste and creativity. Enjoy

We were pleasantly surprised with this boutique hotel. It was just what we needed, quiet, but with numerous restaurants within walking distance, one not one minute away, Santo Paulo. It was closer to airport and a bit away from Cabo San Lucas, but easy, scenic Uber drive away.

If you want to stay in Los Cabo but do not want to spend $700 a night to stay at an all inclusive this place is GREAT. Very clean, pool is chilly but made for a nice place to sit outside. 1500' foot walk to a wonderfully huge beach and many great restaurants within 1 block. Also the very charming downtown shopping/restaurants are about a 20 min safe walk. Staff was helpful in getting an uber for us.

Quick and easy check in, while the rooms are on the small side, they’re modern and cute. The bed is comfortable and it has a small private pool. The bar right beside has great margaritas as well. Very conveniently located to stores if you have a car or don’t mind a 20 minute walk.

The price, amenities, and location are perfect together. The bed was large enough for two grown adults with plenty of space. The water on the shower gets hot! The pool water was warm. The location is quiet but close enough to restaurants, beaches, and 30 minutes walking distance to the centro.
