This site does not inform people there is a 30$ a day for parking at this hotel if you are staying for sleep and fly. Beware of this additional cost. The hotel clerk was very helpful. There is no coffee in the lobby area. Not for sale or complimentary. It’s a clean hotel and staff are great. But really nothing special for a Hilton.

The check in was lovely. The staff was kind, courteous, and accommodating. However, when I went upstairs to my room, the air conditioning was out in the hallways. It was over 90 degrees upstairs and the lobby staff said the maintenance was "working on it." Then, when I went to leave the hotel the next day, the elevators were broken- all three of them. I had to carry my 50lb bag down from the 6th floor to the ground floor. When I inquired, I was told again that the staff was "working on it."

We spent the night here before flying from MSP. We had the hotel shuttle take us to Mall of America for several hours. It was nice to not have to worry about driving. We also used the hotel shuttle to take us to the airport the next morning. Great, friendly drivers! The hotel is very clean, great beds, and very friendly front desk. We would definately stay here again! Just a note - parking here is not free. We didn't have a car but if you do, it will set you back another $20-25 per night.

For this to be a Hilton hotel it was very dirty especially the tub . The tub was brown all at the bottom all scuffed up . I asked for someone to come clean it and no one came so I cleaned it myself and then put towels at the bottom to step on so I could take a shower

The halls and floors were dirty. maintenance is not doing the job at all. Housekeeping ignored do not disturb! The front desk person a Ms. Danielle M was simply outstanding in every way possible. She is a super professional. She should be management. The renovated room was outstanding as well and I love the bathroom. $2.00 for a small bottle of water in the room is criminal and underscores Hilton greed.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. This was by far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The moment I walked in, I was hit with the smell of mildew and disappointment. The lobby looked halfway abandoned, and the front desk staff acted like I was bothering them just by checking in. Zero hospitality. The room? A complete joke. Dirty sheets, stained carpet, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Hair in the tub, a broken toilet seat, and towels felt so hard. To top it off, the AC barely worked, so I basically had to sleep in a sauna. There was constant noise all night—people yelling in the halls, doors slamming, and loud music like it was a nightclub instead of a hotel. I called the front desk multiple times and was completely ignored. Save yourself the money, the stress, and your sanity. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

Hotel is just fine- a standard airport hotel. However the shuttle service to pick up at airport is terrible (late afternoon pick up, not late hours). After calling hotel, I waited nearly an hour for pick up for the 10 min ride. When she arrived, shuttle driver was rude and unpleasant. I would never book to stay again because of this- there are plenty of alternatives.

My experience was okay at this property. I had to switch rooms due to the hvac not working. I was told to come down and switch rooms but I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to be helped which was fine I would have liked to be told before hand that I would have to wait 30 minutes to be given a different room key. On my last day of my stay I noticed that the mattress had stains everywhere which made me extremely uncomfortable and grossed out. If I did not run into those problems I would have had a 5 start stay.

Thank you so much! We have stayed on multiple occasions and our experience has always been excellent. Friendly staff, spotless rooms, and the shuttle service to the airport is an added bonus! We have also been able to leave our vehicle while on vacation and their shuttle picks us up at the airport when we return. The shuttle drivers are fun and beyond polite. Highly recommend!

Staff (November 30) was so bad, the women should be terminated. Never experienced such blatant disrespect and rudeness in all my life, in any hotel. The one couldn’t even be bothered and IGNORED us because she was FaceTiming her friend saying more annoying tourists coming to shop. The hotel had no pool access and didn’t care, didn’t have any options, and said they know as much as I do??? They seemed quite racist too. The air quality was so bad in the room, we all got sick. Never again will I step foot in this hotel.

Hilton is expensive and nothing extra unless you are a Hilton Honors Club member. We paid for water in our room, paid $15 to park our car because the lot is used to accommodate airport customers instead of hotel guests, the shuttle driver left for someone else as we waited, and no complimentary breakfast..cost $14/person.

Not a big deal but surprised at the front desk’s response when I asked if they had a small carton of milk for sale for my coffee in the morning. They said no. I asked if they had any creamers or a glass of milk I could buy from the restaurant, they said no. I know they must have something other than powdered packets in the room. Really??? What happened to that “can do attitude”? Was willing to pay.
