A great place for a family holiday, the facilities are great and it’s ideally located close to nearby beaches. The staff were all very rug friendly, welcoming and helpful

The caravan we stayed in was very clean and surprisingly organised with necessities. The location was amazing. Resort lovely. Only issue was the swimming pools being open minimal timings. Some days 10am until 6pm and others until 5pm! If you’ve been out for the day you cannot stop by in the pool if you want. Also sauna and steam room limited timings. That’s a shame. But the rest was great apart from the expensive shop! Nevertheless would definitely return.

Paid extra for early check in had all the emails to say I’d paid and was told they had no record of us paying and that we were too early and couldn’t be checked in yet.Was told to wait and we be called when it was ready waited 45 minutes never got a call to be told it was ready 10 minutes after we left

Great Caravan however located poorly on the side of a hill so poor access and no parking beside accommodation. Unfortunately very windly two days of stay. Facilities poor due to on going maintenance. Onsite Caravan Storm damage not addressed during visit. Very hilly site at the front entrance where the accommodation was not good for disabled people. However parking available by front entrance across from the Caravan. This ment carrying luggage across the road and up a hill to Caravan. Staff helpful and friendly. Pet friendly site.
