Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall

I loved the hotel and area. They need to fix the locks on doors in room 116. The shower in the pool works with a button that always has to be pressed in order for water to come out. Not practical! Also the jacuzzi is broken and when pressing the jets the whole area gets wet. They need to fix it!! Otherwise all was wonderful!!

I did research when selecting a hotel for my recent stay. I called ahead of time to confirm that the hotel had an operable whirlpool/jacuzzi an I also confirmed upon arrive. However, when I went done to relax in the whirlpool, the temperature was cold, even colder than the pool. This was extremely disappointing because this was the main purpose that I selected this property which costs more over others.

Comfortable and the location was convenient. Able to meet family for dinners. Excellent location for shopping. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Spacious parking spaces too

Friendly folks at the front desk, clean rooms, warm pool, great breakfast choices including gf muffins, etc. it was great!

Great service from the staff at reception who were flexible in accommodating us in our stay when we arrived with luggage storage and on the day we departed with a late check out. The location is great for the mall and Brightline although you will need to get a cab there. Breakfast options were also great. Room was spacious with all amenities and the pool area was suitable for a quick swim and relaxation. Overall a great place to stay north of Miami

Parking charge was not mentioned anywhere on the Internet and it’s pretty expensive

I was supposed to be in JW Mariott acrossed the street but it was totally booked. Resident in is just across the street. 1 to 2 minute walk. I loved the stay because there was no difference and I really enjoyed the swim in their pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will come back again definitely.

The hotel is fine for a short stay for a convenient location near the mall and the beach. The rooms are comfortable and adequate. The breakfast is fine except that it is packed with many guests and not enough tables/chairs. This is a good hotel, not great. There is no reason to pay $20 a day for parking when there are so many spaces outside of the small "gate". That's an unnecessary fee.

Super nice stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool - heated and clean. Fantastic breakfast buffet - our girls really enjoyed preparing their own waffles. Close to Aventura Mall for shopping and dining.

We Enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Aventura. Our room was clean as well as the check in area and the hallways. Room was big. Everything worked. We were 5 minutes from Brightline and a block from Aventura Mall. The reception specialist gave us an early check-in of 3 hours. We were so grateful after a long morning of traveling! It was such a kind, generous and unexpected gesture. The staff were very polite and gave us suggestions on the local surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel!

First of all I loved the hotel and the staff, and the breakfast had many choices because I don't eat a lot of things, but I could have fruit, they had the best yogurt and I had waffles a few times. The kitchen area or eating area is kept spic and span!!! And the staff there were wonderful. They also would even let you in a little bit past the deadline with I really appreciated as some hotels will just shut it down. I checked in and didn't like the smell or state of the pull out couch in room one, so they changed me right away. The second room was indeed very clean. The issued I had was a strange one though with housekeeping. I only had my room cleaned one other time because I got it done after 3 days and I always take my things out of the bathroom etc. and put them together on a table like my toothbrush and personal items... Um when I came back to my room, the things i gathered together on the table not to touch were redistributed in my bathroom on little shelves, on my bedside table... I was like huh? This has never happened. I also had my own food and things bundled together on the kitchen counter, this usually means do not touch, but the house keeping also re arranged my food items, my own cup she moved the fruit... that was very weird to me. She did do my bed and change the sheets after 3 days I needed that. But she did not clean the shower at all or the floors... So I just never got my room cleaned again and used my own lysol wipes to clean the shower and the floors.

I loved the room layout and the fact that there were so many power outlets!! It felt like every effort was made to make it feel like a home. Attended a tech conference and had lots of virtual meetings and the wifi was perfect.

Nice big room with kitchen, almost felt like we were in our own private apartment. We felt very comfortable during our stay and our small children were also comfortable. In fact, the staff were kind enough to provide us with a play-pen for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen area and full size fridge were also very clean.

Always a gem to stay here due to the spacious rooms and location. David at the front desk was an absolute star and is an example to what every front desk clerk should be doing!

Location is great. In our room, the air conditioning unit was located in our bedroom. Extremely noisy at night because it’s stop and restart constantly. I don’t know if it’s the same for every room

Very nice sized suite and very clean, close to a large shopping mall

The communication was problematic. They never advised that housekeeping would only be every other day and then completely ignored a subsequent request. More difficult was the fact that the AC unit was so loud (it would click on loudly and then rattle) that it woke us up several times in the night. We were twice told it was fixed when that was simply not the case.

The size of the room, the quietness, the breakfast are were excellent. We would have preferred a king size bed instead of the queen. The a.c. works very well but is a little noisy.

One of the best residence inn’s I have been. The lady at the reception on Jun 29 late night was amazing. She went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service possible, very late through the night after missing our connecting flight home.

Clean, convenient and quiet

Acceptable across the board. Odd room layout, but amenities included kitchen typical of extended stay hotels. Goood access to restaurants and shopping withAventura Mall 2 blocks away. Fine, but not memorable.

There were alot of dining options nearby that were in walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and inviting

The staff are very friendly and the location is wonderful. It's about a 5 min drive from the train station and you can walk to the mall and other store locations.

Walking distance to Aventura mall and restaurants.

Lovely staff and a clean lobby and dining area. Loved the decor. Breakfast was great and location excellent as well. Lighting in room was a little dim but size of the room and all amenities were perfect.

Clean nice room, good food for breakfast every morning, next door from AVENTURA mall, 7 min drive to Sunny Isles. We stayed for 5 nights, definitely recommend
