Excellent location in Stirling a few minutes walk from City centre. Comfortable quiet room at rear of hotel with a double bed gave plenty of room for me as a solo traveller. Shower water pressure was on the low side but hot enough to use. Toiletries were complimentary.

Check-in was smooth and friendly, but beyond that there’s nothing nice to stay. Our room smelled terrible, there was paint peeling everywhere and a huge buckling section on the ceiling above the beds. We found mold in the bathroom and the sheets had stains. The walls were so thin we could hear doors opening and closing all night, and we were awoken by someone (the desk clerk? We were right next to the check in desk) belting out what sounded like opera first thing in the morning.

The room was clean, staff was great i didn't have the breakfast, the only little niggle i would have is the shower isn't powerful enough. Its in a good location within walking distance of the town and train and bus station.
