Our family of 4 stayed here for a short vacation. This hotel is quiet, has a good breakfast and is in close proximity to many attractions in Pigeon Forge. We easily walked to the Island several times. We did not use the pools, but there were 2 (one inside one building and one outside the other building) and they seemed nice. They also have a laundry room in the back building, which is nice if you are on a longer trip with the whole family. There was daily towel exchange, however our beds were not made daily. I noticed we did not have a clean duvet on the second night and requested a new one. It was replaced. In most of my hotel experiences, a room is cleaned while you are gone for the day, but that is not the case at this hotel. We returned to our room at least twice and housekeeping had not been there until later in the afternoon. That might just be the way they do things there, but I prefer to have my room cleaned earlier in the day if I am there for an extended time. Overall, a good place to stay.

Wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and TV was huge! Indoor pool open 24 hours which was nice. Flooring in pool area is not ideal. It is tile which can be very slippery and dangerous and water did not drain good, so there was water standing everywhere. Need to be very careful in that area when walking and especially with children. Breakfast was great. Overall, great stay!

Had a great week long stay at this hotel. Hotel was very quiet. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub area was accessible 24hrs a day and was amazing. Hotel had a decent breakfast too.

This hotel is amazing! 65” TV’s in every room. Air conditioning works great. Beds are beyond comfortable. Everything is clean and updated. The best part for us was the 2 pools. They have one outdoor pool and one indoors. Same with hot tubs. The indoor pool and hot tub are open 24 hours!! This hotel is literally across the street from the Island. This will be my go to hotel from now on.

Great location right next to Publix with 24/7 indooor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is included and they offered eggs, sausages, buiscuits with gravy, yogurt, apples, bananas, cereal, waffles, juice and coffee. The hot options were quite flavorless and I wish they would mix it up every day, but other than that, the hotel was perfect for my 5 day stay.

My kids and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Booked at this location due to proximity to local attractions. Therefor I do not place fault on the hotel but for future customer awareness…it was loud at night. Police sirens, loud music, etc. In addition, and unfortunately, we did not swim in the pool(s). Although we looked forward to some relaxing pool time…we decided against it due to the condition that the pool water was in. Brown stuff (not sure what) at bottom of pool, white floaters on water surface and water was very cloudy. Needless to say, we were bummed and will not return to this location.

Excellent location across from the Island! Clean and comfortable! Outdoor pool and hot tub were great! The breakfast was great! The ladies were amazing keeping everything cleaned and stocked. Staff was amazing, excellent customer service! I would definitely stay at this location again!

I will start by saying the front desk ladies were nice, check in was fast. The room was clean and you can tell they recently done a renovation, however for some reason our door wouldn’t shut at the bottom corner so we had a lot of traffic noise in our room. The walls I’m pretty sure are made of paper because you can clearly hear your neighbors conversations. And in the bathroom, because you share a wall the another room you can also hear everything going on in there as well lol. The beds…if you like a firm mattress with a few lumps ..this is your place to stay. I will say the hotel is in a good location, across the street is the Pirates show and the Comedy Barn. Plus restaurants next door. I probably won’t stay here again.

The Staff was pleasant, especially the gentleman who took care of the dining area for breakfast. The breakfast was great! Eggs, sausage, grits, biscuits and gravy, and all the regular stuff, cereal, toast, waffles. Our only real complaint is the mattresses are like sleeping on a slab of rock. Very hard. Otherwise our stay was great.

It was a small room, with a very small bathroom. We could barely see to put on our make-up because there was next to no light in the sink area. On the plus side, the room was very clean, as were the outside areas. The price was reasonable, and it was in a great area. The breakfast was typical hotel food.

Enjoyed the remodel. Our room had terrible phone service, wifi was almost impossible to connect to and stay connected. Once we left the property it was fine. The complementary breakfast was crowded for the holidays. We booked this room for the convenience of location across the street from the Island. If they could fix the wifi situation, we would stay again.

Front desk was amazing at check in when trying to figure out stay out since I booked an early night and then the rest was in my boyfriend’s name. Great job putting out families together without knowing for sure we were all together as a group. Internet sucks. They told us someone had came out and fixed it… I can barely get on here to post this. We couldn’t connect to do work on the laptop. Definitely need it upgraded and we’ll see how long this takes to post.

Hotel was new, no issues very happy with our stay. There was a little outside traffic noise early but that is to be expected in the middle of Pigeon Forge on a Saturday night, defiantly not the property's fault! We were very impressed with the large TV's in the rooms and had an enjoyable stay. We didn't stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that, but staff was very informative and helpful.

Booked a two queen bed upon arrival both beds sheets were dirty hairs on the beds bloody sheets on other,went to set to service desk they were helpful but had to sit and wait 30 minutes on housekeeping to come inspect the beds then another 30 to come back and change them Quality housekeeping seems to be a issue apparently another thing not assigned parking so I book a room at one location and have to park across the street at another location I will say the people at the service desk were very polite and helpful.

Everything from the check in to check out was excellent. The room was clean , staff friendly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The pool is 24 hrs. A kids baseball team stayed up til 1AM screaming and yelling every night we were there and could hear it from our rooms. The staff did absolutely nothing about it.

Service was great! Lady in kitchen was fantastic! Lost my phone at the pool and the maintenance guy helped walk me around and look for it. Front desk ladies were so nice. Top notch service by all!

Great location just across from The Island. The indoor pool and hot tub are very nice and lots of seating. Front desk help was friendly and so were breakfast workers. Room was clean and TV was big. I would stay here again.

Super easy check in with friendly staff. Plenty of parking available. Our room was clean with plenty of space for me and the 2 kids. Housekeeping did a great job. We LOVED that the pool was open 24/7! Always had a chance for a swim or the hot tub after a late day at the parks. Breakfast was well stocked with quality foods. And waffle machines! Very tasty.The breakfast host was on top of keeping items stocked and the dining area clean. We've stayed at several different hotels in Pigeon Forge and this will be our "go to" for future bookings.

Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights at the property over spring break. The staff was friendly, helpful and tentative. The property and room were clean(I’m pretty particular about the cleanliness and it met my expectations!)We drove most places but could have walked to several dining options, the island, and activities across the street. The included breakfast offers several hot and cold options and the dining room has plenty of seating. If staying outside of the summer months I would recommend the main front building(where the lobby is) if you will be using the indoor pool, closer walk. The back building has the outdoor seasonal pool, which looked nice but wasn’t open yet in April, and this is where the breakfast is located also. But the breakfast is easiest enough to walk to. We would stay here again.

The check in and out process was so easy and the desk workers were so cheerful and nice. The amenities were like no other with the 24 hr pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and the workers and cooks were fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable and recently updated. It's my new favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

I don't think they finished refurbishing my room. The bathroom is tiny and painted a horrible color. The lights for the mirror were not bright enough but it does look like that area was all freshened up. Needed a deep cleaning. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Most folks probably don't like a noisy air cond. fan but I like that. Huge thanks to the ladies monitoring breakfast. It was busy but they handled it very well. Plenty to choose from and very good.
