The doors to enter the property are always locked even during the day hours which gives the impression the area is unsafe. There is a fee for parking but one night there were zero spots in the lot and I was told to park in a handicap spot or along the curb, which I would not do. I waited 45 minutes for someone to leave so that I could park. One of the night there was yelling outdoors that woke my children up. They also did not service the room during our stay and we had to request additional towels.

Paying for parking was new for me, there is an event center or something next door and one of the nights we stayed we has to do laps around the parking lot to find a space. Additionally, there are several homeless shelters right next door to the hotel. In our room the shower curtain was in a U shape so the curtain constantly sagged into the middle, giving almost no coverage from the shower to the rest of the bathroom. My biggest complaint is that when I booked this hotel they said they had a hot tub. However, the hot tub has been filled in with cement. But the indoor pool is heated so that was nice at least.

The staff was very nice, but the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was trash under the bed and mouse droppings between the mattress and box spring (I always pull the mattress back to check for bed bugs). We were moved to a new room that had the same mattress issue. The hotel was pretty and seemed in good repair, so it was surprising.

Front desk associates are very kind. I got in around 1130 pm so I was very tired and just wanted a shower before bed. I got my shower items walk in the bathroom to see a very large roach. Staff seemed shocked but in all my life of staying in cheap motels to 5* hotels and I've NEVER found a roach. All I could think all night long was what if there are more and they crawl on me while asleep.. this is a Marriott for goodness sake. Gross

My boyfriend and I woke up in the middle of the night because we felt itchy and we kept scratching ourselves. We were so tired we went back to sleep. We woke up around 10 and noticed we had little bites on our arms, stomach, and back. We were going to say something when we were leaving but there was nobody at the desk. Today my boyfriend noticed that there was liquid coming out of the bites. The person that checked us in Friday night was very nice, they are nice. The place looks clean. But the bed bugs was terrible, I would like if I could get a refund.

We booked three rooms under one name, and they ended up at opposite ends of the building… One of the rooms had vomit in three different places that had not been cleaned … We said something to the front desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do because we booked through Expedia… I’m sorry, but it’s still their motel in their reputation… also, be aware that the beds are doubles… Not queens

One fall back was paying for parking all hotels that we went had free parking. The room was nice and spacious only there was no microwave we used the micro near the breakfast room. It seems that only rooms in the upper floors had in the rooms. The hotel was clean and tastefully decorated

There were cracks in the walls and ceiling, no cold water in the bathroom, dark water came out of the shower faucet, one decorative curtain was no there, one switch didn't do anything and dim lighting in the room.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was quiet, the staff were friendly, and clean. Our tv did not work very well and it took 35 minutes to get it to turn on and actually let us use the remote, but it wasn’t a big deal. Lots of simple options for breakfast. We were caught off guard when we arrived and discovered that we had to pay to park, but the staff were very respectful and gave us multiple options to pay for that.

Staff was arguing with a customer when we entered. Customer was upset and staff escalated the problem. Rooms smelled bad. Noise from train, construction and small fridge in room kept us awake. We were glad to leave. Marriott this is a disappointment. Won’t trust again.

Heater unit in room was noisy, turned off to sleep. Road noise from street, 2 blocks away was surprising and could be addressed with dampening shades or new windows. Front desk agent was very nice, engaging and efficient. Quality of mattress was very poor, and should be replaced. Made- bed quality was poor and not tight to the mattress. Hallways were A revised QA action plan should be implemented soon.

Drove a long way to get there just for them to tell me you guys gave my room away. I never received ANY communication in the time from when I booked the hotel to arrival. I WAS ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY FOR NOTHING. All the front desk could say was “that’s just what was in the notes”. I had to book a last minute hotel in a city I’ve never been too and drop way more money then needed because YOU GUYS lacked the communication skills. I would add photos but I CANT because I DIDNT EVEN GET PAST THE DESK

Never saw a person at the front desk after we checked in. They were struggling to keep the breakfast area stocked. And we had to listen to a yippy dog both mornings. I suspect the owners went down for breakfast and left the dog unattended.

The staff--the night staff were the best!!! We had an issue with getting airplane boarding passes printed and the night clerk allowed me to use her computer because the printer at the public computer was out of order. Made my needs easily met. Great help for us.

The hotel itself looked new on the outside, but was rundown inside. The neighborhood was rough, with transients and tents and trash EVERYWHERE. On the morning we checked out, a car in the parking lot had a window busted out. I heard car alarms going off occasionally during the night, and saw a police officer wandering the halls in uniform and tactical gear.

The carpet in our room had a huge hole, one of the bottles in the shower fell off the wall while we were taking a shower. Breakfast wasn’t too bad but could be improved. Staff was great, beds were ok comfort wise but would have liked to have had real queen beds not long doubles.

Breakfast was very good - quiches, bagels, bread, cereal, fruit! The microwave couldn't even fit a bag of popcorn. Our entire front of the AC/Heat unit was off and laying on the ground. At least it worked, tho. Parking felt safe - a few blocks down had some sketchy characters but the hotel itself felt ok. The pool was very small but clean and ok. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good property, we have stayed here two times now. And the pool is always open. The people are very nice. I wish I knew about the extra fees before buying the room. I didn't know you had to pay for parking as well witch is very stupid considering on how much a room already is. And another thing is I would change is the breakfast. Very poor. Not good at all besides the waffle things. You would think there would be more options for hot food other than eggs and potato and peppers smh. But other then that I absolutely love this place

From the time we arrived, until the time we left everything and everyone was amazing! The hotel, rooms, dining areas were all spotless, the staff were all so nice and helpful! Breakfast was beyond what we expect, absolutely delicious, and plenty of choices! Thank you, Anthony, Edward, Claudia, Daniel, and all the staff!!! We had the best time during our stay!!

Clean, friendly and comfortable! Acknowledging that they seemed very busy this weekend, the breakfast service was VERY slow! The first morning we waited almost 1/2 hour for coffee and not much better the second day. The food was hot and tasty but again it was slow to be refilled and an hour before breakfast was to end they never restocked the fruit selection. But all in all we would stay there again!

The front desk people were amazing and super friendly! Breakfast was probably an 8 out of 10. The rooms were incredibly clean and we got extra blankets easily. The bathrooms were clean but the tubs are quite slick so tub strips for grip would be a bonus. Also beds are very nice and clean but quite firm. Im used to a much softer bed so it made sleeping a bit difficult due to hip and back issues but my other half slept just fine. I would give our stay a 4.5 out of 5. We would visit again I would just bring our memory foam pad to sleep on.
