This is an inexpensive option a stone’s throw to everything including the Midtown Mall area with tons of dining, shopping and drinking options. The outdoor garden area has this zen-like feel that makes you not want to leave it. Lastly, when I checked out I wasn’t leaving the area yet as it is the last day of our event in Wynwood. Where we were going has no parking. But the hotel was Gracious enough to let us keep it there for a few more hours so we could do our event. Great experience. Would book again.

It served its purpose for a one night stay. Although they had no remotes for the tv and had nothing to watch. No ice machine but McDonalds and Taco Bell are across the street so we went there and got ice. No elevator for the second floor. Remodel was decent for a lower end motel and was impressed by that. Outdoor sitting area was comfortable with plants and good vibes. None of the clerks spoke fluent English, but was able to get needs met.

Newly remodeled. Large room . Its a small motel easy to get to room. Nice outside sitting area for reading or visiting. Several restaurants near by. Close to cruise port. Staff was very accommodating. Extreme nice for the price!

Miami prices are always surprising hotel is ideally located but that comes with noise from the street... Great welcome from Marie at the front desk. Rooms are fine, the toilet paper holder has been ripped from the wall and the bathroom has humidity stains but the little courtyard is a nice touch. 220$ is way too steep for the overall value though

The hotel has a nice little garden area and is close to a lot. Bed was too soft but not too bad. Floors were sticky. Price is great if you go to their website directly. Sadly I’m not sure who the culprits are but I’m going to assume it’s .com as I was charged twice for my stay. One for the real rate and second one was for a much steeper charge. This hotel is known for being cheap but .com charges a huge fee so i did some looking and they do this with all other listings. Just contact hotel directly. My first time using .com but no more after this time. They literally rob you.

The floor was sticky and dirty. One of the beds had visibly dirty sheets. The tv kept turning itself on every 60 sec. When I brought to the staffs attention, I was told that a colleague was going to come look at it. Nobody came. When I wanted to check out to get my deposit back, there was no one at the front desk. I waited 30+ min before anyone showed up. When they did, no apology was offered. The staff did not speak English.

The pictures online are enhanced because the actual MOTEL doesn't look exactly as the pictures. The room we had appeared to be clean, and you could smell the bleach all throughout the property, but our room was infested with gnats. They were all over the curtains, flying near the microwave & refrigerator and all in the bathroom on the toilet seat, in the shower, landing on the bed pillows, on our bags and attempting to land on us. I was so uncomfortable and could not sleep at all because of the gnats. We were only staying 1 night for a cruise, so we chose to stay and deal with it. The room itself is average for a MOTEL. Keep in mind, its exactly that, a MOTEL... Not a Hotel, so expect a different experience. The staff were very nice, and they held our bags when we arrived early, but overall for me I definitely would not stay there again. If the gnats don't bother you, then go for it. For me its a no.. I'm 1 and done.

Juan at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Parking was very good and the room was very clean. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the television in the next person's room, but I simply purchased some earplugs and used them to sleep without the noise interference (highly recommend). But other than that I will definitely stay here again because it is centrally located, very clean and an excellent price.

On a noisy major intersection next to the entrance of a highway and train tracks…non-stop sirens and cars honking horns with the occasional train horn. I could hear the tv and every word of my neighbors through the very thin walls and outside my door. My room would shake upon my neighbor slamming their door. I have video of an entire conversation I could hear laying in my bed. You either lay closer to the loud inspection or facing a wall, hence shrouded in darkness and awash in fluorescent lighting. On the plus side, the front desk staff was patient, friendly, and accommodating when I requested to check out early and besides the inept mattresses, the room was decent. Expedia treated the situation with grace and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. If you can sleep anywhere at the drop of a hat and just looking for an inexpensive place to rest your head near the action, then this is the place for you. If you are a person who is sensitive to your surroundings and need high vibes to thrive, then keep searching.

Amazing hotel at a great price. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and was quiet. Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but overall it’s an excellent choice

You get what you pay for.Stayed for 1 night Not the best nor the worst place ive stayed but intersteing. To use the in plug charger or the plugs you had to turn on the lights, you knew they use alot of bleach for cleaning, no face towels (small towels) but nice size bed, pretty comfortable, shower was hot and decent, air worked, little noisy around but not the hotel ( motel like setting) it was cool for the time though..

I was told there is front desk 24/7 - which is not. No one is watching this motel rooms during the night. Very noisy guests way after 1-1.30 am, on the small patio. In the room next to me, at 3 am, it was still noise and loud talking - the same guys... No one with front desk did anything to make them stop, for all the rest of the guests (it was full-house). I asked the night personnel to knock on my door as a wake up ring, because they don't have phones in rooms. He did not, and at that time (4.30 am) when I checked out there was nobody in the front desk office, and the door was closed. Very unpleasant experience - I don't recommend the place.

I was on a flying visit to Miami for work. I chose the hotel as it is perfectly situated just two blocks from the company office. It met all my requirements and expectations, very comfortable, clean, excellent location, there is a wide range of restaurants, shops etc all with easy walking distance from the hotel. Check in and check out were both fast and great customer service from the desk front desk staff. This is a great choice and offer excellent value for money, although I did not venture far on this trip, it is only a short trip to down town, the port of Miami and Miami beach. Highly recommended.

Are you tired of dealing with dishonest hotel staff? Unfortunately, I recently experienced this firsthand. I had made a reservation for two nights through Expedia and received confirmation that everything was in order. However, upon arriving at the hotel for check-in, I was stunned to hear that my room had already been given away to another guest. To make matters worse, my booking had been canceled and I was left to sleep in my car that night. It seems that the hotel staff sold my room to someone else for a higher price. Don't let this happen to you - choose a hotel with a reputation for honesty and integrity. Be advised that Expedia did NOT accept any responsibility for this issue, and only repeated the word of dishonest hotel staff. On top of that, you should know that it is not a real hotel, it is mostly a low-quality Motel

When you check in the charge you 100$ deposit that has NOT been refunded to me yet- you cannot speak to a person either when you call. You get a machine in Spanish that hangs up on you! I will be reporting this as fraud if I am not refunded my deposit with my bank. Rip off in a bad area! Stay away from this place! It is cheaper for a reason.

We spent a night before going on a cruise. It was convenient and close to Miami Cruise Port. The hotel was good and they have a nice area so we can seat down and wait until the bedroom is ready. The staff is polite, but they were not able to inform us about the restaurants nearby. We were told about the McDonalds and Pollo that is right in front of the hotel. As we walked another 5 blocks we found so many restaurants, Colombian, Peruvian etc...Overall a good stay for one night or two.

I really enjoyed my stay here. For a last minute booking before Miami music week I really don’t have any complaints. Very central location to get to anywhere fun like South Beach and Wyndwood. Room looked just like the picture, though the sheets did have what looked like ink stains on them but not actually in a place that mattered.
