Not happy that when we got here we found out that booking through a third party means that we can’t use their parking lot as airport parking. That was the whole reason we picked this hotel. They told us we could cancel and then book with them, but we had a non-refundable reservation. Parking with them would have been max of 7 days and that wasn’t long enough anyways.

Great breakfast selection. They offer a free 24hour airport shuttle. HOWEVER, you cannot leave your vehicle at the property while you are on your trip. This is not publicized ANYWHERE!!! We had to pay an additional $88 to park in a lot while we were gone, even though we were staying at the hotel again upon our return. The staff member and the manager were both extremely rude and demeaning about this. We will not return.

The stay was good. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs at other places taste like instant eggs, not here - they were good. A little slow in replenishing coffee but all else was good. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure & temp, no cold showers. Hotel was quiet & convenient. Regular check out is noon, most places are 10. Only 1 complaint, very limited parking for the size of the hotel.

I stayed at the Hampton the night before my vacation flight for the specific purpose of leaving my car there while I was away. I booked thru a 3rd party and it was not stated anywhere that because of booking that way I was not permitted to leave my car. Therefore I had to pay for parking elsewhere. I would not of stayed at the Hampton if I had known this.

Rooms had paper-thin walls. So much so i could hear my neighbors TV all night. Ceilings have a lot of damage to them. My shower had long black hairs (counted 15) in it when i arrived. I scheduled an airport shuttle for the next morning but the night staff didnt pass the info to the morning staff, causing a huge snafu in me getting to my gate on time. Morning front desk staff had public, loud conversations about going out to bars after they were off work and getting drunk. One good thing was the bed. It was comfy.

There was no curtain in our room, only blinds. Let in the light form the parking lot. Noisy people above us, bad to have a lower room. We were in a handicapped room. We did not ask or need this. The bushes around the property needed trimming, Good breajkfast

The staff was deplorable. Two people that were at the desk at check in. One helped us, the other was trashing other employees while harshly talking about the lack of help. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the tub wouldn’t drain. Didn’t get my waters as an honors member. In the morning the lady at the desk was abrasive. ‘Schooling’ any guest. Will absolutely never recommend. Zero food, WiFi was also not working. The Hampton Inn has officially turned into a trashy subpar ‘hotel’…that term is used loosely. If you want comfort, you’re best served elsewhere or perhaps sleeping overnight in your vehicle.

It’s a bit isolated. My flight was late and it was close to 9:30pm when I got to the hotel…restaurants were too far away to walk to that late at night…at least for me as a woman traveling alone. And the hotel only has vending machines with really…not very good options…

It may have been due to the holidays, but they only had cold breakfast stuff (with the exception of the waffles) through the week. Which kinda sucked since thats one of the reasons I chose this hotel. On saturday, the day we checked out, they had eggs and sausage. Both just average.... did like the fact they had cheese for it tho.

They are renovating so the amenities are not available at this time. The renovated rooms are nice and clean. I did have a plumbing issue in my shower ( too hot), but that was taken care of immediately. The breakfast is limited and that will probably be fixed when renovations are done. I will stay there again. Good value

Wow! I had an unexpected diversion to PIT and needed a hotel, this place did not disappoint. It was a Hampton and being rebranded and remodeled. The crew are terrific, having the Doubletree next sort for food and berates was a plus. The price? Can’t beat it. A real gem. Weakness was breakfast but I’m a coffee, toast and yogurt guy so it was fine. Shuttle was fantastic to the airport.
