The floors in our room seem like they weren’t mopped or vacuumed very well. The beds were fresh the pull out couch bed needs an updated mattress. The pool wasn’t opened, but Overall we’re happy with the stay my kids had fun we did the beach and tropic falls of Owa.

Eggs had water in the bottom of the pan. My bed sheets were not clean. The pool is not heated and the hot tub only had 2 working jets. And you have to pay $100 at check in for “incidentals” that will be refunded after u checkout, they said.

Great location. Cracker Barrel almost in the parking lot. Less than 5 min from Tanger Outlets and Lamberts Cafe. The only 2 things that were a bit bothersome were the room doors closed very loudly so our door and the doors of those around us were always so loud when guest would enter their room. Also, we visited Owa water park and needed to dry a good bit of wet clothing and towels and the dryer on the 2nd floor read out of order. So we had to just hang stuff in our room to attempt to air dry. Past that this was an AMAZING hotel and I will book them again when I’m in the area without reservation. I should add, we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so I can’t say how good or bad it was only that there was one offered. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and our family of 5 felt safe. Lots of other families as well were staying, so it seemed like the family spot to be.

It was a bit noisy in the hotel. We could hear voices at all times of night, and it was overcrowded at the pool. Other than that, things were fine.

The staff was wonderful but the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There was hair on the bathroom floor, crumbs in the bed, plastic hair beads in the corner, and sunflower seeds on the floor. It looked like they just made the beds and said, "Yeah, this is good." Oh, and theres only 1 elevator for 3 floors which made for a good wait each day.

Room was filthy. Looked like a dirty room was just spruced up a little but not cleaned. Hair on the “fresh” linens under the covers, stains on sheets and pillows, hair all over the bathroom floor, water splash spots on the mirror, dirt scum in the tub. Refrigerator had sticky spots all over inside like soda or juice spills. Had to ask for clean sheets and pillow cases and remake the beds. Mattresses were worn out and sunk down in the middle. Very uncomfortable.

The property area was clean and well maintained. The staff were very professional and friendly. I was not pleased with the room I was assigned. The tub area had what appeared to be mold stains and hair was in the towels. Of course I didn’t use those. Also an area of the carpet had a beverage stain that should have gotten cleaned before assigning the room. I just don’t feel like extra effort was put into cleanliness of the room in its entirety. I thought about requesting another room but I was just too exhausted from traveling. All I wanted to do was sleep. I still regret staying in a room in that condition. I wouldn’t dare bathe in a stained shower at home or feel comfortable walking on a stained carpet. For the price, it’s just unacceptable.

During my recent stay, I noticed several issues with the bathroom that need attention. The floors were not adequately cleaned and required mopping. I took the initiative to disinfect the area with Lysol, but the grout around the toilet was stained and in need of a deep clean. Additionally, the tub had visible stains that I couldn't fully clean, which affected my comfort. I also found some towels in the room that were stained and dirty, which was disappointing. On a positive note, I want to commend the staff for being friendly and helpful. The lobby area was well-maintained and had a pleasant smell, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. At check out I told front desk staff my issue but didn't really seem concerned . Thank you for considering this feedback.

The room was very clean!! The hotel not only met our expectations but exceeded them!! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh, hot and had a good variety of items. The location was perfect for shopping and dining.

Came back from our tournament on the second day and there were ants all over our bathroom. They sent someone up to spray, but couldn’t move us because they were full. We paid a premium for the stay because there was a volleyball tournament and everyone was booked.

Breakfast was ok. Pancakes, sausage,cheese omelette,yogurt,muffins.Spider webs on my ceiling in my room. Tub was tiny and faucets moved every time I turned it on. Internet is terrible.TV was repeatedly cutting on and off.Ironing board fell apart when we picked it up.

the bed was too high off the floor! i do love my bed to be high but this was just too much! i am short and i have a condition where i must get up several times during the night . i had to jump onto the bed and almost fell off several times also while i was out someone went into my medications and a few oxycodone pain pills were missing and in addition my discovery card disappeared. i cancelled it as soon as i discovered that it was missing . the missing medication was discovered after i got home and I was putting my medications back in my medicine box

The AC unit in the room was not working properly and stopped working on 3rd night. Although they gave us the option to switch rooms we already had all of our stuff in the room so we did not move. Also the breakfast was the same breakfast 4 days in a row. More variety would be better.

Upon arrival I was told my room was canceled due to prepayment wasn’t authorized. Upon booking I selected pay at check so that was very confusing. Staff also mentioned room was canceled because I did not confirm I was still coming. I did advise I did not have a missed call from the company after she verified my number. I was given a room based on someone would cancel the next day. After driving 3 hours that’s not something a guest should be told. They have no where to sleep. Lastly when purchasing I was then told I could not pay with cash and card. If I did card I would have a 100 incidental fee but if I paid with cash it would be 200. Unfortunately none of these stipulations were noted on my confirmation page.

Our stay was great the hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was slow. We were not expecting to have to pay $100 incidental on top of the the cost of the room. Told at check out it would be refunded but a day later and still not refunded.

Breakfast was typical. Staff was endearing. Hotel was clean, but had plumbing issues. We were out of water for long periods of time over the 3 days we were there. Not good, although the folks were super nice they did not gives us a credit or anything for our inconveniences. Oh well.

We were in town for my kids spring break, and we had a blast! The hotel was clean and kept stocked up with the necessities. Every hotel staff member we came in contact with, was very nice and welcoming. My son noticed the front desk attendant, Jeremy’s, name and would speak to him every time we passed. I really appreciate Jeremy for being friendly with my kids the entire time. When he was off the next day, my son forgot he said he wasn’t going to be there and was looking for him. Lol. The hotel was near everything. The farthest distance we traveled was maybe 20-30 minutes to The Wharf’s area. We had plenty to do near the hotel! We will be staying again whenever we’re headed to Foley, Gulf Shores, or the Orange Beach area.

Had to walk around the front desk on two separate occasions to get someone to check in and later to get some towels after several minutes each time waiting on someone to show.up. Hotel was nice, but too expensive for just an average stay.

The thing that stood out the most was the customer service that LaTonya delivered. We had traveled all day and got to the hotel before checkin. The room wasn’t ready. LaTonya put in a request that our room be cleaned. We went to get something to eat and she called about 30 min later to say our room was ready. The room was very clean and we were able to rest.

We had a wonderful experience from the time we checked in till the time we left. The location was wonderful, very conveniently located to many area attractions and restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean. The area was nice. We had equipment in the back of our truck that was never bothered or we were concerned about anyone taking it. We will put this hotel on our list of places to stay for the future.

Excellent customer service always smells clean. Housekeepers are nice. Breakfast definitely needs more variety. Biscuit gravy needs to be served everyday not certain days. Need to add bacon not everyone likes sausage. Please update breakfast bar. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay.
