Room smelled like mildew from AC unit. Outdated furniture. Hot tub out of service. Weight room is a multifunctional piece of equipment in a small closet. Super 8 or motel 6 might be a better choice for the money.

The pool was inoperable. It was freezing cold water. We did not dare to get in it.

This was one of the best hotels I have been to indoor pool was open until 11 pm and it opened at 630 am which is great that was the only reason we came to relax in a pool the breakfast was good also

Well the bathroom that b ran very slow to drain and there was a huge hole in the wall behind the toilet that had an aluminum plate that didn’t cover the hole, the hall carpets were very dirty and we used a back entrance down or to get to our room, you were supposed to use a room key to get in but door didn’t lock so anyone could have come in through the door.

Staff was very friendly, but there was a lot of hair in our shower, the fridge was in dire need of a defrost, no towels for the pool area, freezing pool water.

Pool was smaller than i had expected. Got a good nights sleep and a bubble bath and thats all i wanted :) left out the side door and forgot about breakfast :(

Our beds had multiple hairs on them when we arrived. It was posted that bedding and towels were swapped every 3 days to conserve energy, we stayed 5 nights, and room service never came into our room. We took out our own trash, had to catch a room service person in the hall, or go to the front desk for coffee for the in room coffee maker. The pool was very small. Children ran up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. Floor in our room was dirty, and had ants. Bedding was comfortable and ac worked well. Breakfast was alright, there was biscuits, gravy, link sausage, scrambled eggs, and muffins.

Tried to reach out to the property and got no response but there was cigarette butts IN the pool. The smell of weed in the hallways was overwhelming. Not sure how that’s allowed but apparently it is.

My daughter was turning seven and she wanted to have a pool party. I booked online through experience and the photos were beautiful. However upon arrival it was clear lots of filtering and nice lighting. The only pleasing thing was the staff. The pool was closed due to maintenance and nothing mentioned this on the site, my four kids were forced to “swim” in the so. Later in the evening the exterior door closest to our room was broken, so for hours whomever could’ve just came in without keycard access. That alone was enough to trigger my anxiety. Overall just very disappointing because instead of just enjoying the trip I felt on alert all the times

Carpets were sticky. Had to ask for another room because the one we were given when we got there smelled overwhelmingly of cat urine

Pulled up to the desk clerk out front with a group of people. Left for dinner and he was out there with more people. Felt unsafe. Hotel was worn and gross. Didn’t even want to walk on the carpet with bare feet. Room smelled like smoke

As soon as we drove into the parking lot we could tell it was going to be very sketchy. We walked inside and in the lobby there were people drinking. We got our room on the first floor and as soon as we walked in it smelled gross and there was blood all over the floor and the side of the bed! We were so frustrated and grossed out and we wanted to leave. The only reason we didn’t leave is because we were up in Dayton for a soccer tournament and all of the other hotels were sold out or over $400 (due to NATO being in Dayton). We went to ask for a new room key and it took at least 15 minutes to come into the booth area to give us a new room. Our new room was a little better but not much. It was on the third floor with no carpet but the chair was disgusting and the water from the faucet smelled like fish! We were so grossed out by everything in the hotel so be went to the closest Target to buy pillows and water to use instead of the faucet and Clorox wipes!! When we got back to the hotel we tried to clean the remote because it was yellow and had soo much stuff on it but the wipes did nothing because it had too much gunk on it. The only reason we didn’t leave is because we checked the sheets and mattresses and there were no signs of bed bugs. This was by far the worst hotel experience ever and we will never ever be staying there again! 1000000% do not recommend!

Nothing in vending machine, musty smell, ghats in room when I opened the door. Holes in the wall with toilet paper used to plug them, torn cloth on wingback chairs, $50 for each guest to use the pool , showed up to the “hot breakfast “ at 6:00 am, no orange juice. My stay was for 3 nights and 4 days and a housekeeper didn’t visit my room once. My sheets weren’t changed and no clean towels. I also took out my own trash

It was very dingy. The room had noisy beds with stained linens. The toilet barely worked and the shower drain was clogged, so you are standing in 2-3 inches of water while showering. Workers were not friendly and the whole place was hot and humid, like they didnt belive in air conditioning. The only plus was we were close to the Rose Music Center.

Property was run down. The room was ok appearing but very dirty. The beds were made but it didn’t look like sheets had been changed. Hair and multiple dirty marks on sheets. Towels appeared like fresh dirt but were hung. Didn’t look like they were cleaned but just placed back on rack. Hair in shower and very dirty. I checked in and checked out 15 min later.

There were hairs on on of the pillows my first night and I hadn’t used the bed yet. Sticky drink rings on in room furniture. The brake on my door broke. The stairwell where you stand to wait for the elevator reeks of urine so badly on the 3rd floor you can taste it. The property owners have invested in great front desk staff. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Time to invest in the property.

3 families stayed for a soccer tournament. One room was dirty (hair on bedsheets & dirty towels hung in bathroom). One room had large areas of blood on the carpet. One room had only hand & wash cloth towels. Not sure there is a cleaning crew nor does anyone pre-checks rooms before assigned. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

The staff were very nice, but there were roaches in our room. I only gave a 2 star because the staff was nice

Smoke smell in the hallway second floor. A/C worked great in room I was nice and cool. No channel guide for the TV. Apples for breakfast or beat up and bruised I wouldn’t eat them. The hotel is outdated but my rooms and bathrooms were very clean. furniture in a room outdated and beat up .

Did not figure out how to get more than a trickle of water from shower. People outside partying at two am made sleep difficult.

This property is very dated, something in the room are broken. Two of the three lamps don't work. Tv is old and taped together.

People were smoking marijuana in the parking lot. Exterior doors were propped open at night. Music was blaring from some rooms. Whole place smelled like smoke and wet paint. Tv in room didn't work. The place was a slum and felt very unsafe.

This was just an over night stay. However the bed was comfy except for the noisy base.

Good hotel for the money but small rooms.

My first night was terrible. The room was so hot i had to go buy a fan and that didnt help. I asked for a room that the AC was working the lady said all the rooms were the same. The next day i talked to a different lady and she gave me a different room with a working AC. The marijuana on the second floor was so bad.

The tv was broken as well as the coffee pot in the room.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was great. Not sure what happened. The lobby smelt like a ripe old gym bag that desperately needing washed, and the room wasn’t clean. There was long black hair on the clean towels and both beds, I’m assuming from housekeeping. Regardless, those two issues I could look past given the decently low price, however when I had to run to work for a couple hours, the grind desk thought it acceptable to make a key for someone who wasn’t on the reservation, and didn’t have my permission to be in my room. The night front desk guy told his manager the next morning at shift change and upon asking her about it at checkout I was given a very insincere apology and assured that “ she was going to yell at him”.

Had room booked for a week. Had to cut trip short, due to family emergency. The hotel said to contact Expedia for a refund of remaining days. Contacted Expedia, and they called the hotel to verify. The hotel didn't answer. Expedia has called back several times and can't reach anyone

Loved Des the General Manager!! With having both my elderly parents traveling with us and staying for a week there, She went way above to make our stay great!! 😊

The location for the Air Force Marathon when I did not like was when one of the staff called and accused me of taking the towels from our room. We were only giving two bath towels and one hand towel. There was no other hand towel and there was no other bath towels and there was no wash cloths.

It was not a bad stay at all. The staff were very kind and helpful. I appreciate their willingness to make our experience great.

The front desk associate was knowledgeable about the event that brought me into town and was happy to accommodate a late checkout, which greatly enhanced the quality and value of my staying here. The room was just what was needed for my family’s needs.

I left my pillow, and after a couple hours I realized I left it I called and talked to Brittany. She said it's here and said no problem she can mail it to me. I said I will venmo you whatever it cost. I called every few days and still didn't mail it. Then weeks went by giving me excuses and excuses. I've stayed there before that trip and was going to stay there again on a upcoming trip but not now. Pretty sad when someone needs to lie to you continuous and she even sends me her phone number and says her husband mailed it!!

We wanted a quiet place to stay overnight during our long drive. This hotel was just off the interstate 70 and reasonable price. Breakfast included was average.

This is a decent travelers hotel. If you need 1 night going through town or a very convenient location near a concert venue. Older hotel, but they have tried to keep it modern. It was okay.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here while in the Dayton area. The property itself is a little dated, but it's quiet and secure. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a combination of hot foods, such as eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, and your "standard" cold breakfast of cereal, toast, yogurt, etc. The only thing I was disappointed in was the indoor pool. It was a little too chilly for my liking. There's a ton of shopping and food places within walking distance, and a Speedway gas station right in front of the hotel. Booked through a 3rd party, and for the price, would definately stay here again.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast selections on the morning we checked out. No bread out, 2 of cereal containers empty, very little milk for the cereal we had. No one around to ask about refills. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very nice and accommodating But I’ve never paid when checked in before only when checked out Our carpet of room was stained all over yucky, coffee pot was dirty inside. Pool area needed care windows open screens torn , no coffee or hot water at breakfast when asked was told hot water hadn’t worked for a bit. Hot Food was all gone by 820

This is a budget friendly hotel. We paid 228 for 4 nights. It was worth the price. Room was basic, but clean. A few minor flaws in our room, but nothing bad. It was clean, mattress was comfy, shower was hot. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was good.

I like coffee first thing in the morning. Went down about six in the morning,no coffee or cups. Had to use little coffee maker in the room. I know that sounds crazy, but those little pots never taste that great. Other then that, very comfortable room.

for breakfast they had 4pc of toast, 4 mini muffins, 2 yogurts, waffle maker and coffe/juice. thats all the food for everyone. horrible
