Excellent location with great views out over the harbour area. Room was well furnished and great size. Breakfast was lovely. Would stay again. Shame the gardens don't seem to have been maintained and better signage to enable visitors to find the hotel if arriving by foot.

Lovely boutique hotel with great views over the sea. Rooms are huge as was our balcony ..pleasure to sit out and look at the view. Staff very attentive. Lovely little bar area and restaurant . Food was superb. Short cut path to the town and ample parking. Beach towels available. I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay

Lovely hotel staff and’s facilities. But a warning for those driving. There’s only one really narrow road to get to the hotel. EV charging is a paid extra too, but at least it’s onsite.

I stayed at La Fregate over the new year period and was looked after impeccably. The room was beautifully clean and the outlook over Saint Peter Port was stunning. The room service was prompt and all staff members were consistently helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and had me looking forward to breakfast each morning! I am really looking forward to returning. Thank you so much looking after me, see you again soon!

The property is immaculate,quiet and extremely comfortable.Room service is impeccable,staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble.Eating in the restraint is a joy to behold,the menu is varied and extremely tempting.breakfast is delicious to start the day.from in house toast and pastries,to fish and full English etc.the only thing I thought would be a great addition would be a mini bar in the room..overall.a wonderful place to stay,in my opinion. 10/10

Stayed here for 2 days in Aug 23. Booked the cheaper room in the old part of the hotel but with the excellent view. Staff are excellent here, food was also to a very high standard and the waiting staff were first class. Location is perfect, Hotel and room were clean, the bathrooms were a little dated in the original part but we chose not to book the newer suites. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and suggest you go for the newer suites. Fabulous View of the town and harbour

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room with one of the greatest views ever. Superb bed. Cracking view from restaurant as well. Chef is very good. Walking distance to the high street and marina. Worth every penny in my not so humble opinion. However the cracking view comes at the price of walking a bit up the hill so if you are an OAP with arthritis in the knee then you may want to trade that view in for convenience and moss smell down at the bay at another hotel, but this boutique hotel gets my money every time.

The staff were lovely, however the hotel needs a bit of work. Whilst the main areas were clean, the balconies for the rooms needed cleaning. Also there was chipped paintwork and some sealant missing around the bath. The breakfast menu was very good, however the cooked breakfast on the third day was cold and not the best.

Fabulous stay. Everyone was extremely welcoming. Our room was perfect with the most amazing sea view. The terrace off our room was a sun trap and we enjoyed watching the comings and goings of the harbour. Breakfast was lovely. Would definately stay again

I spent several nights at La Frigate and had an excellent experience. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location, at the crest of a hill, provides a quiet experience and amazing views of the harbor (and the fireworks during Liberation Day, too). Just a short (uphill) walk from the quay. I strongly recommend this establishment.
