The beds were full of hair like they had been used and then tucked back in. The shower curtain had stains all along the bottom and there was hair in the bathtub as well. The roof was leaking in one of the rooms and they “fixed” it and said it was a maintenance issue and when questioned about why it wasn’t taken care of before we got the rooms there was no response. The leaking continued and we had to get a different room. The staff just brushed everything off like it was nothing and didn’t offer anything in return for the inconvenience. Do not recommend.

This hotel has seen better days. Upon arrival, even though I was not asked for a CC, I got charged some random fee. Trying to order a simple coffee to go at the cafe in the mornings was an epic undertaking. And a maid, who was in our room when we returned, seemed terrible offended that I didn't understand her. The prostitution and homeless out front did not help matters either. You'll enjoy your stay much more in a different hotel in a different neighborhood.

Overall, I had a great experience. The restaurant was awesome, the food was delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. I also found the room to be very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. The only reason I am giving a four-star rating rather than five is that my room lacked a refrigerator and reliable Wi-Fi.
