The hotel staff were pleasant and professional. Parking was HORRIBLE minimal spaces. If tje hotel i going to charge for parking, they need to have adequate parking spaces for the guest.

My car was broken into. Police were called. Never showed. Front desk said it’s nothing they can do but offer me to sign a report and they will give to manager. This was very unfortunate for me and my family.

A big reason we booked a room here was for the indoor pool for the kids. after booking a room in February for an August stay, we were notified the pool was temporally closed. The pool was still temporarily closed six months later in August when we stayed here so we were unable to use it. Additionally, when we came down for coffee in the morning around 730am, there were still half drank beer bottles and mixed drink cups sitting on the bar from the night before that had not been cleaned up, The room at itself was OK but overall we were not impressed with this property and will stay somewhere else next time we are in the area.

I've stayed at multiple Aloft destinations, this one was by far the worst. The bar was shut down due to lack of staff for my entire stay. Housekeeping never came for my entire stay. The room was rundown, doors taped, walls peeling. We had two towels in our room, on day 3 when we requested more, we had to go down to the desk and ask for them again a couple hours later. If I could give this property 0 stars I would. Super dissapointing for a W hotel.

We took a trip to Philly to see a concert, and we arrived at the hotel early. The front staff was curt and refused to allow us to check in earlier than 3pm, and her attitude was dismissive and rude. When she did allow us to check in, she tossed the room key over the counter to me, and didn't look at me, it was very uncomfortable. The room was dingy and some of the furniture was very old and breaking (you couldn't sit in the chair in the room), the toilet paper holder was broken; the lights didn't work consistently. But the MAJOR issue we had, aside from everything else, was the license plate on our vehicle was STOLEN from the parking lot. Management has not returned our many calls as of yet, the staff was less than helpful in contacting police so we could file a report. Oh and it costs $25 to park in their lot. Overall, it wasn't worth the little bit of money we "saved" because it's going to cost us $200 to replace the license plate. Not satisfied with this stay at all.

I PAID for my room via Hotels.com, when I checked in they required my credit card to run the room charge, she couldn't tell me why I had to pay it, said it would drop off my card. I was not told it was a deposit for charges to the room, but that it was a room fee. I also had to pay A DOUBLE DIGIT number for parking, that was not disclosed anywhere either. My recommendation, go across the street to the Sheridan.

The shuttles were frequently at the hotel, but we waited over an hour at the airport. All 3 of us tried calling and were left on hold never being able to talk to anyone at the front desk. Bathroom sliding door left about 4 inches open. Buying a gatorade downstairs was $6. The beds were comfortable at least

Checked in around 2, then checked out around 4! The room was dirty. And the hallway was too dark! Just a bad vibe. Yes, I lost the money but I just couldn’t stay with dirt next to where I have to sleep!

Carpet was badly stained in room. Shower had foot prints. Elevators were gross. Staff was nice price was fair but this hotel gave me the absolute ick.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The carpets in the hallways were dirty, stained and nasty to look at. It smelt horrible in the hallway, it's literally hard to breathe. And then comes the room, the carpets were all dirty and smelt moldy. The bathroom was the worst, it has mold all over because they do not have a good ventilation system. It's really nasty you know. It gets so steamy in the bathroom because there are no proper or functioning vents in the bathroom hence the mold and the disgusting smell. DO NOT BOOK.

Our room was not good! Our blinds would not close, so we had to sleep with them open on the first floor next to the parking lot. The plumbing was messed up. It stunk in the hallway of our room. The sink, shower, and toilet would clog or be very slow after each use. The shower would squeak during the entire shower. The shower door would not close all the way, so water sprayed out on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend. They knowingly put us in that room with all of those problems. They knew the shower didn’t shut because there was a towel on the ground when we walked in.

Ourbroom was dirty. There were stains on the walls and rug. The rug felt damp and gross. The bathroom was rusty. The bed was clean and the shower head was great other than that I was very unhappy. Not worth the nightly non refundable rate.

Location near Philly airport was very convenient; staff was friendly, professional, attentive, and quick; lobby, elevators, floor, and room were super clean. My husband and I both agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Go to check in and find out there is a $24 parking charge. Front desk girl acted like we were interrupting her online time. Get to rooms, which are fine, but the bathroom floor is kind of gross and the shower caulk is moldy/black. Just a so-so hotel underneath the sleek appearance.

The room was clean, comfortable bed,the room was quiet and the convenience of the airport shuttle. The staff were very pleasant and professional.

AC was out. Staff did nothing about it then we were told that that room AC is always out no effort to put us in another room even though they had plenty of occupancy.

I was in room 202 see pros and cons below. Pros: close to the airport, comfortable bed, airport shuttle service Cons: extremely noisy the walls are so thin you can hear almost every car that passes by, the A/C is also extremely loud and will not stop turning off and on even when switch off, low water pressure in the shower, clogged bathroom sink with slow drain, dead bug at the top of window shade and ketchup on wall under the desk which means not a lot of attention to detail when cleaning I’ve stayed at Aloft in The Woodlands, TX my experience was very different which is why I booked here again for a conference I was attending. I wouldn’t return to the Aloft Airport location in Philadelphia.

The lock box in the room (#111) did not work. The lock is inoperable

The stay was okay. My room was clean but it was severely water damaged on the ceiling and in the bathroom. My room was right by the elevator and the noise was loud and annoying. People were slamming doors all hours of the night and it made my stay irritating. The staff was super friendly and nice when checking out. Will not book here again though.

I liked the room's aesthetic and setup, but I was annoyed by my AC not working correctly and the cleaning product's intense, unpleasant scent.

Staff were all excellent, extremely kind and helpful. However, the room itself presented some issues. The sink design was hard to work with as it got full very quickly and was messy. It made washing your face, hands, etc. difficult. Additionally, we could not get hot water during our showers. Then the shower faucet handle actually ended up coming off when we tried to get hot water. The beds were very comfortable though and the room itself was clean.

Honestly I’d stay here for the breakfast sandwich alone! Hands down, the breakfast chef, Earlene, is a genius in the aloft kitchen — I ordered the original BEC sandwich and was blown away. The overall property was comfortable, only complaint was the shower as the handle kept falling off when you turned it on, and the walls seemed pretty thin as we could hear full convos next door. However, compared to nearby airport hotels, we’d choose this one over any other time and time again. The hotel’s airport shuttle staff was also incredibly friendly and on time every time which was honestly so impressive!

We booked a king room, and when we arrived, they said it wasn’t available and gave us a room with two queen beds, which was nice. The problem is the room had a single pane door that invited the room next to it, and the man in the room next to us listen to his television until 2 AM. We could hear every word that he said it was difficult to get to sleep after traveling for 14 hours from France.

Nice hotel. Parking is expensive, but it was right at the hotel. Checking in and getting to the elevator/room from the parking lot was easy. Clean and well maintained. Room temperature was perfect and it was quiet, good sleeping.

The shower door didn’t close. The door to the room could have killed a small child it was so heavy and closed to fast and hard. The television barely worked. The noise from our neighbors. The second night was like they were in our room.

Desk personnel was rude not helpful at all. Room was not the cleanest. We were over charged and had to pay to party at a hotel we are staying at.

Best staff amungst the 3 hotels on the block, clean, and inviting. Had an amazing stay.

I waited at the front desk for 7 min w no one to be seen. Even the bartender looked for personnel. After 7 min 2 ppl showed up from outside. Confirming w them 10 min before the shuttle was supposed to leave that I don’t need a reservation for the shuttle, I waited for it then saw it leaving through the gate without stopping at the front. The building was great but staff and running of the place was totally unprofessional.

Knowing I was going to be arriving late at night, I called the hotel to let them know. When we arrived at airport I called 3 times for shuttle but it never came. Had to pay 38$ to take a 5 min cab ride at 2 am. When I arrived (with my kids in tow) rooms were sold out. We were walked across the street to another hotel that was not what we paid for. Rooms were dirty and we had no recourse. Very disappointed

My review is not positive. Here is what happened. Someone was banging on my door at about 10:30 Saturday night, June 7, 2025. I was asleep. It scared me. The phone in the room didn’t work so I called the front desk using my cell. I spoke to Tony. He said he would notify security. I realized later that he didn’t ask for my room number. There was more banging and noise and running in the hallway. I called the front desk again and someone different answered. I couldn’t understand her name. She told me she was security. She said another guest had complained as well but said impatiently that there wasn’t anyone there, that I should have called sooner. I told her I didn’t appreciate her “giving me attitude” and then she hung up! My husband called attempting to talk to a manager but was told there was no manager there. He spoke to the same security woman I did. She explained something about a team being there and her speaking to their coach. My husband told her that he was going to call the police. She said, “I am the police.” He said. No you’re not.”Then she hung up on him. I didn’t feel safe. I left the hotel. I talked to my husband on my cell while walking to my car because I had no confidence with hotel security. I spent the night somewhere else and came back early the next morning to get my things and check out. There were other problems with my stay. The front desk clerk treated me as if I inconvenienced her. She was rude. As I mentioned the phone in the room didn’t

We arrived at 4:15 (check in is at 3) and our room wasnt ready. The woman at the desk had no idea when it would be ready. We were heading to a game so we didnt even get into our room until after the game. We were only staying for one night so it was a huge inconvenience.

My fiancé and I traveled from Orlando, FL to Philadelphia, PA for business meetings. I went to the counter to check in for our 3 night stay. I used my Business Mastercard to cover the incidentals charge and the reader said declined on the screen. I tried it again but used my personal Visa card and the reader said decline. Lastly I used my Business American Express card which never declines and it declined. I ended up calling American Express to see why my Business card declined. The account manger explained that my didn’t show a declined transaction on the American Express system and it was the merchants system that is not processing the payment. After my call with American Express, the front desk employee explained that the computer is saying not processed instead of declined. We had to switch to a different computer and card reader. On the first try the transaction was approved. This whole process took over 20 minutes of my time that I needed to be checked in and get prepared for my first business meeting. It took 2 days for housekeeping to come and swap out the wash cloths and towels. They didn’t swap out the bed sheets and pillow covers. We wanted to get ice for the room but there was no ice machine. We had to ask the front desk for a bag of ice in which they keep some in refrigerator in the lobby.

My biggest concern is the parking gate. The morning we wanted to depart, it was blocked because someone didn’t pay their parking fee and locked up the gate. After waiting for someone to open the gate again, we were on our way. This has happened twice when we have stayed there. Also finding a parking place is hard because people park in the lot and use the shuttle to go to the airport but don’t stay at the property so parking is always limited when you arrive…not to mention it is $20 a day. Other than that, not a bad area to stay in if you are there to visit and see Philly. An Uber is just $30 to center city.

Great location right by the Philly airport. And the shuttle service is super convenient. Rooms are pretty spacious with a modern design. This Aloft has seen some wear and tear for sure, but it is clean and the staff is nice.

Good overall, nothing special but right next to the airport. Limited dining options.

Excellent conditions. Lobby, elevators and our room. Locatoon near the airport is superb, great.

Location is excellent near the airport. Parking lot feels unsafe (lots of police warning about car breakins.) Staff super friendly and helpful. Weird and dated version of Aloft, a little tattty at the edges. On our floor, people kept knocking on the door or trying to enter room. Use your locks. Busy location.

We arrived at check-in time and just wanted to have a drink and some food. The bar didn’t open up until 5pm on this Friday. We had to find a hotel and cross over much car traffic to get to a Hilton….. just so we could eat and drink at 4pm on a Friday…. This was disappointing to us.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable! Mattress was set on a platform that slid the matress whenever you sat on it. No free breakfast whatsoever. My son paid $15 for a cereal grab n go, milk and an orange! Then they charge $25/night to park!!

The restaurant was not open so I had to walk across street to get food. Person who checked me in wanted me to be in a ground level room as a woman traveling alone but luckily she got me on higher floor. Hotel was decent but a little rough around the edges.

Staff was great...Food and beverage options were poor. The whimsical nature and look of the lobby and bar area is terrible. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom amenities are very nice.

Breakfast Chef Earlene was 100% the best breakfast chef ever and the front desk agent Kamani was the nicest person. It would be hard to find two nicer people. There were other employees too that we came in contact with and everyone was unbelievably NICE.

Room on first floor is very new and nice. Parking is paid for by the hotel. Bar is closed on Tuesday 1/14/24, so is the pool. Gym is pretty bare, but in good condition. Staff and rooms are very good

I wasn't happy that their restaurant was closed and I had to walk in the cold to a near by hotel to eat. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff was nice
