This is a very comfortable, very clean house. Communication with hosts was excellent. The games in the basement are a fun touch for kids. Only negative is potential to have difficulty finding parking. We lucked out when we arrived late on a Friday night. There was one space around a nearby corner. Had that not been there, I think we would have been walking quite a distance. Parking was much easier during the day Saturday. Finally, this is a great location, 15-17 minutes from downtown. We would book again!

The house was very clean and the kitchen seemed well stocked. I didn’t cook but we did use plates and silverware and there were plenty. We walked or used Ubers. If you need parking do your research because it’s only for two hours most of the day. We were excited about the game room and that was largely the reason we chose this Vrbo. However the game room is in the basement and it’s very musty down there so we didn’t spend more than 5 minutes down there which was frustrating. If you don’t mind musty, you will love this place. One night the smell bothered me so much in the living room I had to go to bed early. Thankfully the smell didn’t go up to the bedrooms. I was disappointed that no one had mentioned this in the reviews because I think it’s important for anyone that has asthma or breathing difficulties. Our family enjoyed our stay here. Our kids really enjoyed the games downstairs and it was very much how it was described. We ended up parking in the parking garage they suggested because street parking was very difficult to come by.

Pro's: - Easy check in and out; responsive hosts - Cool house - very nicely decorated; bathrooms were really nice - Was there in winter and the house was nice and warm; blankes included - Towels and bedding included - Game room was a fun space for kids Things to consider: - Neighborhood was true South Philly - parking is a challenge and pretty compacted in there. This home was perfect for a quick getaway in Philly. The beds were very comfortable and even the convertible sofa was comfortable as per my adult nephew, who also stayed with us. We also loved the rainfall shower heads in the bathrooms and the game center downstairs was fun for my 12 and 10-year-old kids. The only thing is the parking situation is a bit tough if you want to park in the street because of the two hour parking and how narrow the streets are. We ended up parking our car at a parking lot that was a six minute walk from the home for $10. But l had to get up before 9 AM in order to get that price. Overall, we had a great time, and we would stay in this home again!

The property was perfect. It was exactly as pictured and described. It was very cozy and homey, the back patio area was a nice place to relax. The house was very clean and was even better than expected. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating for any needs you may have! The home was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. The owners gave us all the information we needed and were very quick to respond with any quesitons. Parking was our only concern as there is no assigned place for the home. We parked a few blocks away and it was fine. They did a great job and we would love to stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Philadelphia! Getting around was super easy. We were able to get a Lyft in under five minutes. The unit was super clean and we felt right at home. Would absolutely stay there again.

From my first interaction with him, my VRBO host Gabe was kind and quick to respond. I was visiting Philadelphia for a concert and the location was great. We were able to get to the show with no problem but both the subway and an Uber were easy to take into the city center to do some sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. Everything was as described. Parking overnight on the street required a little effort to find a space but this was explained to me in advance so it was not a surprise. I would definitely stay here again.

Went to visit Philly with my bothers. We are very pleased with Gabe and Jon’s property and will definitely stay again. It was basically brand new, spotless clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood was great with some little grocery stores and great restaurants in sober walking distance. Also short walk to the subway. Thanks to Gabe and Jon! When we come back we will book again!

We absolutely loved our stay. There was great communication with necessary details. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Our young twin adults thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs game room and we loved having the ice cream man’s visit. The beds were so comfortable especially after a long day at the zoo and Reading Terminal. The whole experience was amazing.

Communication with the owner was great right from the start. The house was amazing. There was a lot of thought and detail put into the design and decoration. It was also in a great location. We were even provided with a mobile guide that was spot on with recommendations for places to eat and visit. I would highly recommend this location and would return in the future!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 teenagers. We all enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and modernly decorated (as advertised). The game room downstairs was a plus. As an out-of-towner, I really appreciated the guidebook and other information provided including restaurants and places to see if Philly.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family, our hosts were very responsive, we always found parking, and the neighborhood had a wonderful local grocer, a gluten free bakery, a barber, nail salon, amazing cheesesteak and hoagie shops, and cute bars and restaurants all within a couple of blocks. I highly recommend this place!

The property was pretty, comfortable, clean and nice. It was a super convenient location to get to UPenn. I had a question and Gabe and Jon were prompt to respond. If we ever visit Philly again, this is the first place I will look for!

Gabe and Jon are wonderful hosts with a beautiful home! Checkin was simple. They are very responsive, even though we did not have any issues. We had everything we needed. Our boys loved the basement entertainment. We highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our one night here. The house was clean and well equipped. The showers were so nice! We had a blast playing in the game room and enjoyed staying cozy with take out for dinner and breakfast.
