Funky 1BR Studio w/ Parking | Heart of Short North

‘The apt wasn’t as advertised. 1 reason I picked this place was because of reclining furniture. When we finally arrived, it was completely different furniture. Black, dirty, ugly, and no legs. It was sitting directly on the floor. Very difficult to get in and out of. It took us over an hour to check in because there was no key in the box. We had to contact the owner and the manager, and they gave us a key to another box, which we opened and there was no key in there either. We waited outside in 100 temperature for someone to bring us a key. Owner stated the condo was on the third floor and music was loud from the bar nearby. What they didn’t tell you was there was no elevator and you had to do 42 steps to get to the apartment they also underestimated the noise. We were awake on Fri and Sat night till after 3 AM. There was also only one washcloth in the apartment for two people for seven days. After requesting more, they did bring us more towels. Bedroom storage closet is inaccessible because end table sits directly in front of it. The regular closet is full of cleaning supplies, etc., and was filthy. The air conditioning fan was also very loud. It interrupted our sleep continuously. The kitchen was very understocked also. A burnt skillet mismatch dishes that were not clean. I had to wash before I use them. Unfortunately overall this was a bad experience. The one very good thing about this apartment. Is the location. You walk out right onto high Street in the short north!

Came to Columbus for the OSU vs UT playoff game. Unit was a mile or two from campus so we were able to walk to and from the game with no issue. You are located right on High Street with everything you need within walking distance. Vrbo owner is very responsive when needed which is a huge plus. No complaints about the property itself. However, there is a handful of homeless people that like to congregate in the tunnel underneath the property and the parking lot is shared with a nightclub so be sure to always lock your vehicle.

Enjoyed the apartment. Clean, ready to stay. I was at a swim meet at osu and the location was perfect. Restaurants, little stores down the street were awesome. Did worry a bit w/ the parking as people would walk thru that did not stay there. In all would be there again.

Clean towels, clean sheets, and great location as we were in town for a wedding at the Ellis. Although my husband and I are in pretty good shape for being 76, but the stairs got to us a bit!!Loved the vibe of the neighborhood.

The property was easy to find from the directions given, and checkin was easy as well. The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was a short walk to the Convention Center for the event we were there for. I 100% recommend this property and the property manager.

Clean place with great directions on how to find it. Condo needed a minor repair which was handled within an hour. Would rent from this owner again. And no cleaning checklist. Bonus!!

I was in Columbus, travelling from Toronto Canada and just needed somewhere to hang my hat for one night. Being gone for most of the evening at business events, I never arrived to the condo until almost 11pm. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the condo( instructions on how to get in were laid out very nicely) because it had that really cool downtown, "coffee culture" feel with exposed brick and industrial ceilings. It was nice to have the whole condo, everything was clean and the bed was great. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Columbus to visit family or on business.

Stopped in for a concert nice place to sleep over night and short walk to the arena. Everything was clean and comfy

Apartment was clean, easy to get into close to a lot of stuff.

Fun place to stay - can not beat the location But - does need a new mattress Other than that - all was good with this rental

The loft condo is spacious and clean. The only things that were not good was the mattress on the bed REALLY needs to be replaced- it caves towards the middle and very uncomfortable to sleep on because of that. We were there during Halloween weekend so perhaps it’s not always like this but it was SO LOUD until 2am both Friday and Saturday nights. Other than that, it was good.

Location was exactly whatbwe were looking for right in the short north. Tons to do within walking distance. The apartment had an industrial theme that fit perfect with the area, LOVED it!

We love everything about our stay here in Columbus. All the exciting happenings are literally a step outside the apartment! We love the openness of the unit and the lovely accommodations. It’s the little things that count! Our Host was superb in communication. We will be back very soon

This location was absolutely perfect for me, as I was in town for a work conference. The location was walkable all the way to OSU and the bars and restaurants right outside the door in Short North made getting around incredibly easy. The unit was easy to get into, clean, and had everything I needed for the weekend, including toiletries in the shower. My only complaint is that it is right next to a nightclub and if you’re a light sleeper, the club is blasting music until 2/2:30am Friday and Saturday night.

The location in Short North is terrific and very convenient to food, entertainment and shopping. It was surprisingly quiet, as it is located at the back of the building.

Great host & place to stay near downtown. Easy, level 10 min walk to convention center. Cool rooftop bar Mandrake across the street. Several excellent cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

I was there for a work conference, this was a 5 minute walk from the convention center, great shops and dining options in between. Reached out to host a few times and he was always quick to respond. Great stay.

The app doesn’t allow for same-day bookings evidently but the communication was seamless on Jonathan’s part and he made it possible for me to check in Monday because it just happen to be open! ! Top-notch! The apartment was within walking distance to dozens upon dozens of restaurants, clubs, bars & maybe a “Speak Easy” in the basement of a restaurant near by. 🤫😎🍕 I walked to the Greater Columbus Convention Center in 5 minutes or less. Great location, no issues whatsoever..

The apartment was the perfect location for what I needed. Jonathan has ear plugs by the bed, definitely use those as the neighborhood gets loud. The VRBO app was a little clunky and not clear with check in details but Jonathan was responsive and helpful.

We were there for a convention. The apartment is very close and a nice walk to Columbus Convention Center. There are numerous restaurants nearby. This property would have gotten 5 stars but it is next to a night club that will keep you up especially if your a light sleeper.

Needed somewhere close for marathon race. Was very close but nightlife below you is very alive .
