Moana Kai Beach House - Oceanfront Kauaʻi Escape with Pool & Sunrise Views

The house was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and two kids. The kids used the pool almost every day which was one of the main reasons we booked this home over others. The ocean breeze while sitting on the lanai was so relaxing as well. Overall everything was good, just a few minor things; dishes/cookware needed to be re-cleaned, showers could be scrubbed better and there are a lot of dings/scuff marks throughout the home. We enjoy staying in Kapaa as it is a central location on the island making it easy to go to the south or north shore on any day.

My oh my, did we enjoy this beach front property. We took the entire family of 7. The property was perfect and we loved the location. Pro tip - after sampling poke all over the island, we best by far was from Big Save market which is a short walk from the property.

This place is an amazing find! The house sits just off the beach with stunning views and a wonderful ocean breeze. The house itself had absolutely everything we needed and wanted for our vacation. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained and sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day listening to the ocean waves was incredible. Easy access to everything we wanted to see and do on island - loved the location. By far the best experience we’ve had with a vacation rental. Our family of 6 adults fit very comfortably. Brenda is the on-island contact and she was amazing! Overall, best vacation experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely rent here again!

Perfect space for a larger group! Great location, close to the beach and for amazing sunrises.

LOVED the location! Easy access to downtown Kapaa and right on the walking trail and beach. Beautiful sunrises everyday. The pool was wonderful and we will definitely look at staying here again.
