It's great place for the price. Conveniently located and great service. The only minus thing was the parking. It's crowded and hard to find parking. Also, there was a big pot hole in a part of the parking lot, so watch out for that if you arrive at night

Great facility with timely airport and mall shuttle. They offer a variety of pillows in the room for those who like a very minimal pillow and those who like a more "full" pillow. The bedding for the couch that pulls out was in the closet, which was a bit of a pain to find in the dark, not many lights come on with the main light switch. Breakfast is good, but you'll need patience if you want a waffle as there is only one waffle iron (my kids and just about every other kid there was in line). Mall shuttle runs once an hour. Airport shuttle was easily scheduled (every half hour). You can walk to the mall in about 10-15 minutes though.... Uber eats delivers to the front desk at a specific table. Great Wolf Lodge is close by as is Ikea. You can also walk to the river quite easily.

Beautiful hotel and has underground parking for extended parking. Airport shuttle was right on time, courteous and it's only about a 15 minute ride to the airport.

Hotel right next to the airport but going through a 3rd party booking does not get you free parking if flying out and you can't get it added on at the desk. You have to book through the hotel in order to get the free parking. There are 2 parking shuttle services within a mile which is what we ended up doing.

The Good: I appreciated the corner room which was quite spacious. The front desk staff was okay. The Bad: You would think for such a spacious room that there would be more storage. The bathroom was large but the sink had practically no vanity area. There was not ample drawer or closet space. We were given two towels and no bedding for the pull out trundle. There was no way to call down to the front desk so I had to make several trips down to get basic supplies like towels and bedding. The breakfast wasn't good at all. Eggs looked runny, ran out of items quickly and wasn't replenished timely, the staff at breakfast was rude, no trays (when I asked if there were any I was rudely told no and it is because visitors don't return them but isn't that the job of housekeeping?), stale tasting food, bad coffee. The Ugly: Our room was disgusting! Dust everywhere and there was even a towel with dry blood on it which I did take a photo of. Absolutely gross, unacceptable, and unsanitary. You can definitely tell where they cut corners here. No one came to clean our room while we were there for the two nights which was ridiculous. Again, I had to go down and ask for supplies such as fresh towels. We would not stay here again and would appreciate some form of compensation.

Front desk was friendly at arrival and quickly got us situated. Our first room had obvious blood stains on one comforter and nightstand. Front desk didn’t say much and provided us a new room. The second room appeared to have clean bedding but the room itself was dirty and musty. Hair everywhere, something splattered on walls, visible stains on box spring and cup rings left on night stand. There aren’t a lot of places to keep luggage off the floor, one small desk is all, no luggage stand. Beds aren’t super comfortable but tolerable and you can hear the occasional plane but overall it was fairly quiet. Breakfast was ok and typical. Would not stay again.

One bed was made but the other bed had not been and the sheets looked to have blood on them. I hadn’t gone into the bathroom but my wife and kids said there was towels on the vanity with blood or red lipstick or something on them as well. Both front desk attendants were shocked and asked me to email you the photo.

This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast had a lot of options. Our bathroom was not cleaned (hair in the shower, dirty floor) and the pool is super tiny. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Great staff and service. Wifi is very poor in the room (4th floor). Hot tub was not in service and did not know this when booking, Parking is not great with limited spots in the later evening. The room is very nice but small thing noticed like chips in walls and mattress not secured to bed frame. Good hotel in need of a few touch ups

This hotel was amazing, from checking in to checking out. The staff were very kind, informative and helpful. The mall is a 5 min drive away and so is the airport. This hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the mall as well as the airport. The rooms are spacious, definitely recommend!

Overall not a bad stay. Room was large however drafty with the air handler system. Was also rather loud. Parking was a challenge if come in or back to site let's say after 9pm.

Friendly staff, checkin was pretty quick, the room looks new and very clean, spotless. Beds were comfortable. Room temp and Shower water temp were perfect and the free shuttle to/from airport and mall was pretty hood. I missed breakfast due to early departure. Definitely will stay here again.

Convenient location after flying and arriving at 1 am. Shuttle is 24 hours and easy to navigate. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Would book this property again in the future.

We called and got them to shuttle us from the airport to the hotel but no one was at the desk when we got there. The bartender couldnt even find them. We waited over 45 mins before walking to the Hampton Inn next door who also tried radioing someone for another 25 mins to no resolution. They couldnt price match so we got stuck with a higher total for a smaller room. I am beyond furious and have emailed both the GM and the Assistant GM with no responses so far. Absolutely unbelievable. Stay away from this dumpster of an establishment.

I arrived at 730 p.m. and called the hotel to arrange for the shuttle and could not get through to a person. I tried three different times over a span of about 10 minutes and every time i selected to speak to a customer service agent at the hotel, it just rang and rang and rang and rang. Eventually i got an Uber and paid for transportation. This was stressful for me as a single woman arriving at night from another country. I would have preferred to see another way to schedule the shuttle or else an option to leave a message for call back. I had no way of knowing why i couldn't get through to the hotel or whether they even offered a shuttle anymore. I mentioned this when checking in and the clerk was unsympathetic, said she was working alone and must not have been able to get to the phone.

Check in staff were great! Our group had two rooms and they made it a point to get us rooms near each other. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location to the airport. Only comment is that the bartender didn’t know how to make a requested drink and didn’t listen when given instructions but that was minor.

I was concerned about the highway noise and planes so I had my guard up before we even got there. I never heard a peep from the highway. Yes you can hear the planes but there were no take offs while we were sleeping. If you are a very light sleeper and require 8 solid hours of uninterrupted sleep, this isn't for you. However we LOVED it. The shuttle to the mall, the staff, our room.....all of it!
