Loved the gluten free muffin!

The hotel is older, but remodeled at some point in the not so distant past...but it is starting to feel a bit outdated again. The carpet is old, the paint is layered up and the doors and windows are really pretty old at this point. The bar is cool and open until a decent time and serves pizza - the front desk lady was super friendly (Christina maybe was her name?) and explained fees for parking and stuff. Really close to the airport, which is nice as well as the Mall of America. The entrance to the property is a little odd...there is a shared entrance as well as a couple of stand alone entrances.

I have encountered an eye problem and it turned out I had a black from the problem, I had sock the eye, put eye drops in my eyes, the GM of property did not care at all, the staff did not seem to help when asked questions. I would have to say the staff was helpful with the wash situation and the guy that worked that Tuesday night was helpful. The shuttle driver was respectful and nice. The Breakfast could use more things to it besides eggs and sausage. I would probably not stay at this hotel again after what I went through.

Great Hotel and everyone was very nice.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Close to local attractions. Friendly staff. A bit of a computer glitch during check-in but we were told that was a corporate issue. Overall, a great stay, would stay again.
