Needed a place close to BGU and hotel was perfect for student orientation visit. The only draw back was that the stairs to the 2nd floor were steep and difficult to navigate with luggage.

The room was very nice and comfortable with quality amenities, and even smelled really nice. The complimentary breakfast is top shelf for hotel breakfasts. Clean , organized, and quality items. We were pretty disappointed though, that the beautiful jacuzzi room was closed.

It’s convenient, close to the interstate. Clean, safe, ample parking, near a bunch of fast food options, and across the street from the campus of BGSU. If you’re coming to town a sporting event, it’s on walking distance of several of the facilities.

This was a nice hotel for the family weekend at my daughter’s college though I felt they all raised prices for this weekend. I asked for a first floor because there’s no elevator and I have a bad knee (plus who wants to lug suitcases up stairs?) The free breakfast was appreciated. Staff made us hot chocolate when we returned from the football 🏈 game frozen and soaking wet for free at the main desk plus offered up free bottled water upon check out for the drive home. Very responsive to their phone as I had shampoo explode in a make up bag and needed extra tissues and wash cloth to clean my toiletries off. I would stay here again. I felt safe and it was easy parking and although our door was exterior our vehicle was right outside the door steps away. Everything was clean and they provided toiletries and knocked the first morning to ask if we needed anything else or anything refilled. They had the lobby decorated in the Halloween spirit and local coupon booklets at the front desk too.

I had two days of car problems on the road, and I wanted a pleasant stay. The staff were kind and considerate. It was a nice feeling after the stress I had on the road. I used the public hot tub. In the morning, I was pleased with the options for a hot or cold breakfast.

I got off to a bad start here. I arrived at 2:40, check in is 3:00, but the place is empty, one car in the lot. The clerk told me check in was 3:00, he can’t change the rules. The room was clearly a rehabbed smoking room. In fact the entire hotel smells like a rehabbed smoking hotel. The bottom 10” of the shower curtain was stained brown all the way across. The room safe was locked, so unusable. The front desk’s response was “OK”, no offer of assistance. The pool was out of order, the hallway ice machine was out of order. I went to get coffee on our last day, the only time I had gone to the breakfast area, and was told only decaf coffee was available. On the positives, the deck and view of the Lake at the back of the hotel is great. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner is powerful, and will freeze you out if you want. Water pressure is good, and plenty of hot water. Overall just a sad, run down place.

Overall a great stay. The a/c unit was filthy but thankfully we didn’t have to use it in November. Probably dirty because we were ground floor outside entry. Staff was very friendly and we paid extra for a late checkout which I liked as opposed to having it baked in to the price already. Overall I would recommend.

The location right across the street from BGSU is fantastic because it makes all the events there in walking distance. The room wasn’t just clean, it smelled beautiful when we walked in. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly.

Clean, all the finishes were in very good condition, and the staff here is friendly and helpful. I reserved 3 rooms here for myself and extended family - all rooms were great - I definitely recommend Best Western Falcon Plaza!

Room smelled old and stuffy and there was no way to air it out. Beds were too soft. Housekeeping didn't clean our room the first day and when they did come the second dar, didn't change a stained fitted sheet and barely made the beds.

When staying in the area we love this hotel. The staff is great and the hotel is always clean. The breakfast has an excellent selection and is kept well stocked. On our most recent trip there was a sports team staying in the hotel which caused some lack of sleep. In the future we will request an interior room just in case.

The room was clean & the bed comfortable. We arrived after dark & at first from the outside I was disappointed & afraid it was going to be old inside & in need of remodeling, but the inside of the hotel was updated & clean. The staff were friendly. They had eggs, meat & potatoes at breakfast that were just ok. But glad for a variety to choose from.

Everything about our stay was GREAT!! We went for a college visit, and the location of the hotel was perfect. We have traveled a lot in the past 20 years, and this hotel was by far one of my favorites. Very friendly staff, very clean, perfect location, supplied well with towels, and EVERYTHING. We were even offered bottles of water at check in. Then, get in our room and was pleasantly surprised with a greeting ON the TV with my name. 😊. Even the temperature of the room was comfortable ALREADY. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Our experience at the Best Western in Bowling Green was excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful with my request to assist my disabled mother. The free breakfast was well beyond expectations including biscuits/gray, bacon, waffles, fruit, assorted breads, and more. We will definitely be staying her again. No negatives to report.

I was disappointed that the front desk offered free beverages and amenities to the guests in front of us but did not extend the same courtesy to my husband and me. This should be available to all customers, not just a select few, regardless of their skin color. And just to clarify, we are not African American either!

Amanda made our stay A-ma-zing. She was so helpful and friendly while assisting us with our check in and helping us discover options for dinner. It was conveniently located right off the freeway. It was easy to find. The breakfast buffet was very good, stocked with fresh items, and plenty of it. The floors were always clean. Inside the room was very clean and no one bothered us. We were able to park close to an exit, which I needed since at the time of the stay, I had a broken hip. I could walk slowly and with a hobble. Over all, it was a nice stay.

Visiting my niece who goes to the BGSU. Our room was a five minute walk from her dorm. We went to the football game and it was around a ten minute walk. The best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel since before the pandemic.
