Home2 Suites by Hilton Bowling Green

Check-in was easy. Was surprised to see I had a full kitchen available to me. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful, although they oversold their king suites and downgraded me to a queen but didn't fix the price. Which is around $40.00 differance.

We had an awful experience during aa short stay at this Home2 by Hilton We checked in at 1 pm. At around 11:30 at night, another guest opened the door and was ready to enter the room with an electronic key, which scared my fiancée and myself to death. I went to front desk with the other guest. The staff at the desk was nice but had a hard time to figure out what happened and how to fix it considering the room was checked in under other guess name in the system and all rooms were booked. After a length wait, she managed to find an unoccupied room and switch him to that room with a full refund and apology. However she still couldn’t figure out how to check me in the room that we were supposed to have been checked into in the afternoon. My room keys were not working anymore. She tried another hour without any resolution and decided to call their manager. They were working on speak phone for a length time too and eventually found a way to make couple new room keys for me. When I asked the staff if I get a refund like what the other guest received from them, the staff responded “of course”. At that time I heard the manager screaming on speak phone something like no, why we give him a refund if he doesn’t move out here? That made my already awful feeling about this stay much more terrible. Although the staff did promise a refund in the end, we had a horrific late night experience with the stay at Home2 in Bowling Green. We will never use Hilton again for our travel needs.

Short overnight stay while we moved our son into a college apartment. The hotel was nice, clean, and very well kept. Would recommend staying there again.

Very friendly staff and good location for the event I was there to see.
