Hotel com vista deslumbrante da baía de Positano com praia particular excelente! Cadeiras legais e toalhas .Poderiam melhorar o serviço do bar de praia , pois não servem nenhuma comida ! Ficamos em uma suíte de 2 quartos grandes , 2 banheiros , sendo 1 com jacuzzi. Amenities bons . Tomamos café na grande varanda da suíte .Fomos super bem recebidos pelo Dário e Paulo fez reserva para nós e nos ofereceu um Prosecco para comemorar meu aniversário . Super indico !!!

Thanks for having us for a week, we enjoyed the stay! Pros: The staff was great, especially Paolo who gave us recommendations for visiting the area. The restaurant is excellent, both breakfast and dinner. The hotel itself is located in a good place near a bus station and within walking distance to the centre of Positano. The room was beautiful and spacious with an amazing view all day long! Cons: The parking was a so-so experience. The hotel parking lot is on the top floor on street level and holds around 8 cars in two rows. If a slot is open the parking is a breeze - but if it's full then there's no practical place around to wait with the car while the hotel valet clears space for you, which can be frustrating. The room has a fridge with complementary water bottles, which wasn't refilled every day. Also, on some days we were missing shampoo entirely - only got bath gel bottles. Great experience overall, and Positano is a joy to visit!

Stunning setting built into the cliffs of Positano. Views are breathtaking. Staff is excellent. We had 2BR suite with balcony halfway down the cliffs. Very clean. Very comfortable. There are no elevators between lobby level and the beach so be prepared for steps but it’s worth it if you are able. Infinity pool. Beach Club. Swim in the Mediterranean. Endless beauty and scenery. Excellent restaurant on lobby level with terrace seating and views. Shopping and good restaurants along the street above and along the beach below. Lots of walking but worth it for this one of a kind locale. Parking available for our car. Driving here requires steady nerves! Would stay here again for sure.

Wow vilket vackert hotell!! Så mycket finarere än på bilder och läget är helt perfekt. Älskar detta hotell och kommer definitivt tillbaka. Frukosten var ett stort plus. Tyvärr besökte vi när hotellet var abonnerat pga bröllop utan att vi fått information, detta ledde till att vi inte kunde avnjuta en middag på hotellet. Positano är svårt att få bord utan bokning vilket skapade en jobbig middagssituation. Bra att tänka på!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The best hotel staff I have ever experienced. The check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff/ reception staff went above and beyond to attend to our needs. He was the nicest and friendliest staff. He even packed us breakfast to-go on our day of check out which was early. The room had the best view of Positano. They had a great breakfast spread and we also dined at this place . They have the best vegan tasting menu. I highly recommend staying in this place. My only little hiccup would be the valet parking. The guy was very nice but he did cause damage to our car while parking( Positano being a super tight space) But, the hotel staff was very receptive about the issue and was ready to reimburse if necessary! ( we had insurance so did not have to get on this route)

The property is located at a really nice spot in Positano with its own private beach. The beach is a little small, but the patio near the beach is ample and has a bar for snacks and drinks. The room was spacious and well maintained and our room had amazing views of the sea from the balcony.

The best view of Positano buildings. Very beautiful. Has private section where you can walk down stairs to the main beach. You can also use those stairs to get to hotel faster from the main square. On the upper portion you can walk down to a coffee/ pastry spot where they had great Iced coffee and continue on to main square. Total of about 10-15 min walk down

We felt like royalty staying here. We were treated to a FABULOUS upgrade, and beyond that the service is just top notch. The folks at the desk particularly (shout out Dario and Anita) continued to go the extra mile to ensure every bit of our stay was just perfect. I’ve never received such incredible service. The hotel is also wonderfully located, not too far up or down the hills to the beach area. Unbeatable views (photos attached from our terrace) The property is immaculate, with wonderful people throughout adding to the magic. Would love to come again!

The staff here was second to none. Paulo was so helpful and welcoming and we loved having drinks with Piatro. The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. I would say our room (Villa 6) was a mixed bag. The view was simply amazing, but the bed was not comfortable and our shower was tiny. Upon check out, I mentioned the bed and was told they would have swapped out our mattress…so lesion learned there. We would come back here if we returned to Positano.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the hotel, the private loungers/beach club access is a huge plus. The rooms was clean and nice with beautiful views, only thing was the bed was not the most comfy. We did have an issue with ants in the room which they took care of very quickly, and not unexpected given you are in the middle of gardens. The breakfast was fine, but restaurant views breathtaking and dinner at the restaurant was best we had in positano

Excellent location with amazing views. Walkable to everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing was the A/C did not work well and my building lost power almost every night off and on. That made it very hot even for the 10 minute off and on issues. Also- there was some mold around the a/c units in the wall. I assume this is common for this area. But- I would stay again!

We stayed one night in Positano. The hotel is easy to reach by car and bus. The walk uphill is doable with a small luggage. We stayed in a tiny room with no view. The blind were broken which meant we were woken up at sunrise. The bathroom was tiny and not very convenient. I think the experience would have been better if we had stayed in a different room The hotel has a nice pool and a private beach reachable by stairs.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. From the moment we checked in I could tell the attendant was overwhelmed. Everything looked run down, cushions ripped and damp on the couches. Staff look unfriendly and barely acknowledge us at all. When taken to our room we had to walk through bags of laundry and cleaning supplies that were there the entire time. The room was underwhelming and the bathroom was filthy and falling apart. The pool water was slimy and there staff again didn’t acknowledge us. Waking up the room was infested with ants. The breakfast buffet food was cold and again no acknowledgment from staff. We ended up leaving after night one even though we planned to stay three nights. When I communicated our disappointment with the front desk they only made excuses and refused to refund me for the two nights left when I said we would be leaving because it was that bad. They kept making excuses and absolutely did not practice appropriate customer service in this kind of situation. For close to $1,600 a night everything about this hotel was absurd and I would stay away from booking here. They attempted to offer a room upgrade but that was clear they didn’t understand that it was not just the room that was the issue. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and I cannot believe they refused to refund us in this type of situation. It shows that customer satisfaction is absolutely not a priority nor is righting a wrong.

I would say our room (Villa 6) was a mixed bag. The view was simply amazing, but the bed was not comfortable and our shower was tiny. Upon check out, I mentioned the bed and was told they would have swapped out our mattress…so lesion learned there. We would come back here if we returned to Positano.

Stunning setting built into the cliffs of Positano. Views are breathtaking. Staff is excellent. We had 2BR suite with balcony halfway down the cliffs. Very clean. Very comfortable. There are no elevators between lobby level and the beach so be prepared for steps but it’s worth it if you are able. Infinity pool. Beach Club. Swim in the Mediterranean. Endless beauty and scenery. Excellent restaurant on lobby level with terrace seating and views. Shopping and good restaurants along the street above and along the beach below. Lots of walking but worth it for this one of a kind locale. Parking available for our car. Driving here requires steady nerves! Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed one night in Positano. The hotel is easy to reach by car and bus. The walk uphill is doable with a small luggage. We stayed in a tiny room with no view. The blind were broken which meant we were woken up at sunrise. The bathroom was tiny and not very convenient. I think the experience would have been better if we had stayed in a different room The hotel has a nice pool and a private beach reachable by stairs.

I booked a suite, the bedroom was the smallest of the 3 rooms, bed only very small window with no view. The sitting area was ok. The bathroom had a huge jacuzzi (which we never used) and the smallest shower with not enough room to bend over. The bathroom window had the best view, we would have wanted to wake up with the same view from our bedroom, very disappointing.

View of the Positano and the Mediterranean Sea were amazing. Two small balconies with chairs and tables, one off the master the other off the living room/second sleeping area. Staff was fantastic, Paulo in particular took great care from the beginning, made good recommendations and help reserve an excursion. Only two small complaints would be the bed was very firm and we could hear music thumping until late. Still managed to sleep sorta ok so minor compared to the fantastic staff, from Paulo to the receptionist, the manager and wait staff at their restaurant (where we enjoyed an excellent 5-course price fix dinner).

One of our favorite hotels during our time in Italy! It lives up to the name of a romantic hotel. Best to come without kids. Loved the kind friendly staff. They made it special for my husbands 40th birthday. Love the private beach area they have. Great pillows! They give you slippers and a robe to use! And a great beach bag as well! The hotel was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond with every wish we had. After checking out of the hotel to catch a ferry from Positano to Sorrento, we found our ferry to be cancelled for weather reasons. Unable to get a taxi or bus due to overcrowding. Called the hotel who sent a transport person to pick us up, return us to the hotel and then arranged for private driver to Sorrento. Staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and went out of their way to assist us. Would highly recommend!

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. From the moment we checked in I could tell the attendant was overwhelmed. Everything looked run down, cushions ripped and damp on the couches. Staff look unfriendly and barely acknowledge us at all. When taken to our room we had to walk through bags of laundry and cleaning supplies that were there the entire time. The room was underwhelming and the bathroom was filthy and falling apart. The pool water was slimy and there staff again didn’t acknowledge us. Waking up the room was infested with ants. The breakfast buffet food was cold and again no acknowledgment from staff. We ended up leaving after night one even though we planned to stay three nights. When I communicated our disappointment with the front desk they only made excuses and refused to refund me for the two nights left when I said we would be leaving because it was that bad. They kept making excuses and absolutely did not practice appropriate customer service in this kind of situation. For close to $1,600 a night everything about this hotel was absurd and I would stay away from booking here. They attempted to offer a room upgrade but that was clear they didn’t understand that it was not just the room that was the issue. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and I cannot believe they refused to refund us in this type of situation. It shows that customer satisfaction is absolutely not a priority nor is righting a wrong.

Fantastic staff very knowledgeable and helpful at check in. Not easy to get to from the ferry terminal unless you walk along the beach and up 300 stairs. Taxi is not available and the porter’s from the ferry are questionable.

The best view of Positano buildings. Very beautiful. Has private section where you can walk down stairs to the main beach. You can also use those stairs to get to hotel faster from the main square. On the upper portion you can walk down to a coffee/ pastry spot where they had great Iced coffee and continue on to main square. Total of about 10-15 min walk down

We had an amazing 4 night stay at the hotel, the private loungers/beach club access is a huge plus. The rooms was clean and nice with beautiful views, only thing was the bed was not the most comfy. We did have an issue with ants in the room which they took care of very quickly, and not unexpected given you are in the middle of gardens. Staff was great with lining up events and, especially, recommending what to see for day trips (e.g., a great recommendation on Capri that was best part of trip). Wow vilket vackert hotell!! Så mycket finarere än på bilder och läget är helt perfekt. Älskar detta hotell och kommer definitivt tillbaka. Frukosten var ett stort plus. Wow vilket vackert hotell!! Så mycket finarere än på bilder och läget är helt perfekt. Älskar detta hotell och kommer definitivt tillbaka. Frukosten var ett stort plus. Tyvärr besökte vi när hotellet var abonnerat pga bröllop utan att vi fått information, detta ledde till att vi inte kunde avnjuta en middag på hotellet. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The best hotel staff I have ever experienced. The check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff/ reception staff went above and beyond to attend to our needs. He was the nicest and friendliest staff. He even packed us breakfast to-go on our day of check out which was early. The room had the best view of Positano. They had a great breakfast spread and we also dined at this place . They have the best vegan tasting menu. I highly recommend staying in this place. My only little hiccup would be the valet parking. The guy was very nice but he did cause damage to our car while parking( Positano being a super tight space) But, the hotel staff was very receptive about the issue and was ready to reimburse if necessary! ( we had insurance so did not have to get on this route)

Beautiful hotel at the waters edge albeit 300 steps up! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Good wifi - able to stream/FaceTime. Delicious breakfast included. Located just steps from the town centre.

Gorgeous hotel close to the downtown Positano area. Private beach is a huge bonus. Staff was incredible especially Paolo and delicious breakfast every morning as part of our stay.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. From the moment we checked in I could tell the attendant was overwhelmed. Everything looked run down, cushions ripped and damp on the couches. Staff look unfriendly and barely acknowledge us at all. When taken to our room we had to walk through bags of laundry and cleaning supplies that were there the entire time. The room was underwhelming and the bathroom was filthy and falling apart. The pool water was slimy and there staff again didn’t acknowledge us. Waking up the room was infested with ants. The breakfast buffet food was cold and again no acknowledgment from staff. We ended up leaving after night one even though we planned to stay three nights. When I communicated our disappointment with the front desk they only made excuses and refused to refund me for the two nights left when I said we would be leaving because it was that bad. They kept making excuses and absolutely did not practice appropriate customer service in this kind of situation. For close to $1,600 a night everything about this hotel was absurd and I would stay away from booking here. They attempted to offer a room upgrade but that was clear they didn’t understand that it was not just the room that was the issue. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and I cannot believe they refused to refund us in this type of situation. It shows that customer satisfaction is absolutely not a priority nor is righting a wrong.

Great hotel with amazing views and one of the few hotels in Positano with its own beach access. Room was very large with a big balcony with sea view. Shower/bath was a bit dated. Breakfast was good. Getting to and from the beach requires a lot of steep stairs so keep that in mind - but that’s the case all over this coastal town. Staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Everything in the rooms were fantastic but I have to say the Breakfast was a very big let down. There is not much of a variety and once it's finished it's finished they don't get replenished. The beach bar and beach beds were nice but for a hotel this high end and expensive I would have expected abit more from the hotel and the toilets need attention at the beach area and needs changing rooms to change bikinis or swim wear. It was 35 degrees and once you don't have water they don't give you free daily water they say if you want water they expect you to pay 4 euros for water.

The hotel is very conveniently located. You can walk right up the street to the shops or go down the steps and be right to the beach . It was a great spot to stay, just far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful but close enough that you can walk everything. The staff was very helpful and very kind giving us referrals and restaurants and helping us set up reservations their terrace This bar/restaurant area is beautiful with an amazing view. The pool was great to hang out in with an awesome view. And the room itself was very nice with a little balcony and a great view. Overall a great place to stay I would stay there again
