This hotel was very nice! The location is right off the highway and on the main road so it’s not scenic but it’s very convenient for getting where you need to go in the area. The hotel itself looked newly renovated, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night. Good fitness room and breakfast too. Would stay again.

My family and I hotel hop as mini vacations. This is now our favorite spot. The pool and jacuzzi are the best around. The jacuzzi outside is amazing! My family enjoyed our stay. The outlets are right across the street so it’s a nice day of walking around. The staff were all polite and nice. The room was clean and the hotel itself is very nice. I definitely recommend it!

We stay at this hotel every year when visiting the wineries around Riverhead for celebration my friends birthday, but this time I was extremely disappointed. Expedia did not inform me that the hotel was undergoing renovations in multiple areas, resulting in a lot of dust everywhere. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service due to the construction. The service from the staff was not the best, and honestly, the breakfast was also not at its usual standard. Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the third floor has already been renovated, and it looks beautiful. I hope that by next year, everything will be completed, but I would have appreciated more information in advance to avoid any surprises.

Hot tub was a warm tub, but at least the bubbles worked. Pool was nice and warm, railings had grippers. Inside tub in room needs more handle bars for large/ADA people. Everything else was good, great breakfast staff!

I gave them two starts because the room was exceptional. The room was great and so was the service. My complaint is that the hotel is under renovations and nobody wants us before checking in. My son really wanted to go to the pool but of course the pool was out of service. We were told to use the outdoor pool that is heated but the only way to get to it is thru the main lobby out the door walk to the gate that was locked and my key didn't open it. You know walking on the hotel on your bathing suit is a bad idea? The hallways and lobby are full of construction workers. How was I supposed to use the other pool? How am I supposed to get to it. My son was very disappointed. If the hotel is doing renovations and the facilities aren't available the should send an email in advance. This was a terrible experience

The property is undergoing extensive renovations and this was not clear before we booked. It smelled strongly of construction and paint and there was no restaurant even through site said there was one. Fire alarm woke us up in morning, was caused by construction. I am sure it will be very nice once finished but should not have been open.

Pros- good location, hot tub, front desk staff was friendly Cons- the bathroom was dirty. I had to clean dried on makeup off the sink before use. There was garbage under the bed. The toilet and shower floor didn’t look clean. The pool was murky. The walls and ceiling were so thin I could hear every step above us and every conversation in the hallway.

Overpriced dirty hotel room. Rugs need to be replaced, I was grossed out stepping on them barefoot and tried to wear my flip flops at all times. Huge stain on the carpet near head of bed. Large Spider crawling on heating/cooling unit. Dead spiders/bugs in corners. Can hear every foot step above you. All around ick feeling, would not recommend

Our TV didn’t work the first night but we were way too tired to have engineering come up to fix it so we just did without the first night. It was also VERY WARM in our room and we couldn’t turn the thermostat to cool. The next morning the coffee machine didn’t work and we told the front desk as we were leaving for the day about the issues. They fixed the air conditioner but the tv was still not working properly and they did nothing about the coffee machine. We had our room cleaned and the house keeper forgot to leave a new bath mat and replace the box of Kleenex. The night manager changed out the coffe machine but didn’t replace the tea and I don’t drink coffee so I had nothing to drink the next morning. The hot tub wasn’t t very hot and the towels were very small for the pool and hot tub

Okay place. Very close to freeway. TV is really screwed up. Honestly, someone has diverted channels like CNN and MSNBC. In fact, MSNBC goes directly to the right extremist InfoWars. Someone is hijacking your system.

Check in was seemless and friendly. Room was unusually small for $412., plus tax . Including tax, it was over $528. The room had only 2 chairs, one at the desk ,one by the bed, which was not enough for a room with 2 queen beds. Very quiet room. Very clean. We had 2 queen beds, all 3 adults said the beds were very uncomfortable, both stiff and squeeky. Temperature control of the room was good and modern. Bathroom door had a 2 foot gash in it, which was ugly and surprising for a Hilton. The shower handle was odd, it was a single handle that the more you turn it clockwise, the colder it got, and it pivotted for pressure control. All 3 adults did not like it. Breakfast was not included, even at this price. The morning breakfast service for $15.00 for the bouffet was very good, and there was an option for very reasonably priced entre service. Table service was excellent.

TVs didn’t work and was good we would receive a discount and then at check out was told bc we booked with Expedia they couldn’t do anything. HD no entertainment and the did not fix the TVs until the last night and no internet.

The hotel was functional for what we needed. The beds were fairly comfortable and most staff friendly. There were a few negative points though: paper-thin walls (we could hear everything going on in the hallway), the breakfast was not included, expresso machine in lobby not working. Also the employee checking us in (an Indian gentleman) was quite rude.

Waited 20 minutes in line for check in They had 5 wedding parties several engagement parties with 1 attendant. No rooms where cleaned available at the time we checked in. Several women includimg myself had to get dressed in the lobby bathroom. They were getting dressed for a wedding ,so unexceptable. I got stuck with an accessible room, that i did not request, some one who was actually disabled could have used this room

Hotel was spotless and nicely decorated. Common areas very nice as was the room and bathroom. Very new and very nice. Gentleman who checked me in Thursday evening was very efficient and lovely. The little bowl of sucking candies at the front desk is a nice touch. Had a delicious burger at the bar/restaurant which thankfully was open until 10pm. The server at the bar Thursday evening was very fast and provided excellent friendly service. Very nice stay!

We live on the East End and Decided to stay here to make a Riverhead Drs appointment more convenient due to the psychotic Hamptons summer traffic.The room was lovely and our 2 year old had a blast in the pool. Tanger is right across the street, so you can do some fun discount shopping. Splish Splash water park is right up the road and the Village of Riverhead is near by which is full of character and fun. I high recommend this hotel and the area. I will gladly do a staycation here again.

I purchased this for my wifes birthday, same as last year. When we got there I asked where’s the bartender for a drink I was told they didn’t have a liquor license yet. It did not say that on the website. That was one of the reasons we rebooked our stay, we liked the option of not leaving the premises. The staff were friendly and helpful. However I would not trust your website or the hotel for accommodations. It was disappointing. Not trashing you but couldn’t recommend you.

It was a great place to stay, loved the jacuzzi. Cleaning could be a little better though. I noticed what looked like candle wax on the floor next to the jacuzzi and one of the towels smelled a little funky. Outside of that I really like this hotel. Close to the Tanger outlets, Walmart and a few restaurants. Breakfast was made to order and tasted pretty good. I would return again.

I had 'dinner' at the bar. Just a chicken sandwich which was not especially good. Chicken had FAR to much breading and the chicken was overcooked. I was starved. Hadn't eaten all day. I ate it and left.

It was fine but shocked the restaurant was closed for dinner on Labor Day, last day of summer. Weird! It should have been a busy day for a restaurant. We ended up going over to the Indigo Hotel for a delicious dinner and will likely stay there next time.

Overall the stay was pleasant. We initially had a problem with the first room as the bathroom was not clean and thus they moved us to another room which was much better. Breakfast dining was good and staff and service were also very good.
