Perfect hotel for a solo, girls, or couples trip. I happened to go on a solo overnight stay and felt comfortable, welcomed and safe. The rooms were charming and clean. I loved the patio outdoor seating area, the wine bar, and the sauna. I ordered a s’mores kit which was great and loved the complimentary breakfast basket. The beds were comfy and I had the best sleep I’ve had in a while. The staff were amazing!

Fine if you are in the area, but wouldn’t recommend making a special trip. The backyard is cute and it’s nice to have beach access which is rare in the area. The picnic breakfast is a nice touch. Problem is the building is poorly constructed - the walls are so thin you hear every step and every word of your neighbors. Also the floors are plastic and there is some plumbing issue so the bathroom smells like sewer.

Property is located on the water with easy access to the beach. They have plenty of sitting areas outside as well as a sitting area right outside of your room that is semi private. They give you a picnic basket breakfast that consisted of bagels, butter, cream cheese, jelly, etc. Very tranquil setting and very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely go again.

Perfect secluded beachfront property for weekend getaway

A truly pet-friendly boutique hotel! We had an amazing stay — the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast hamper delivered to the room was such a charming touch, and added to the cozy experience. All rooms come with a private outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing with our pet. The beach is secluded, peaceful, and easily accessible, making it a dream spot for both humans and furry companions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming, stylish, and genuinely pet-friendly getaway.

Beautiful outdoor area right on the water

The staff was very polite and friendly. The hotel was clean. Adorable picnic basket breakfast!!!! Winter igloo lounge was great!!! Definitely will be back!!!

Great place to stay and unwind - even though the weather didn't cooperate. The Peconic Bay is great to swim in and the hot tub was a ton of fun. The staff was super helpful. The only drawback is a lack of a bar/restaurant.

Part of staying here is to have your own private jacuzzi. Ours was broken. Didn’t get to enjoy our stay like we had planned to. By time it was fixed, it was already midnight. Service guy was super kind & helpful. Wish staff had sent him earlier in the evening like they said they would. Shower is tiny. Hotel is cute but could use a good touch up. It has a lot of potential to be better. Tiki bar outside was closed. We didn’t get beach passes. Property was not adults only. Morning of check out, there was a woman w/ a baby. Manager said it was probably a neighbor. They’re allowed access through the back property. They’re not supposed to use hotel beach but the woman & kid walked through the garden area to the beach. For a hotel that advertises adults & dogs only, this information is valuable to know & is not indicated on the website. At check out, we told the mgr about the jacuzzi issue. At 1st, She didn’t acknowledge the fact that we were told earlier evening that someone was coming to fix it but never did. When our neighbor finally called to complain, service guy came within 20 mins. We were told that we couldn’t get another room because the property was full. Mgr also said that our room was out of service because of the broken jacuzzi. So basically, we stayed in an out of service room. Mgr at first only offered to give back the $35 service fee to comp our stay until my bf spoke up then she finally gave us a credit for our next stay. Not a full credit. Other staff were great.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The property is small and quiet. It has everything you need to have the perfect getaway. We enjoyed the room, the hot tub, the sauna and the peace. We didn’t need to leave the property other than to eat!

Super cute little boutique type hotel. Rooms were clean and smelled great. Very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of places to lounge on. The front desk manager was fantastic and made everything easy. They even deliver a little picnic basket in the morning filled with little breakfast goodies, coffee and OJ.

Property was extremely clean, communication from the time I made the reservation until the time we checked out was exceptional. Will definitely be coming back in the summer to enjoy all If the amenities.

Title: A Peaceful Getaway Worth Every Penny I recently stayed at Aqua Beach Hotel suite and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere—it truly felt like a hidden escape. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Yes, the stay was on the pricier side, but honestly, it was worth every cent. The comfort, service, and ambiance more than made up for it. I only wish I had booked a longer stay and they had a microwave in the room leaving was the hardest part! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

This was our 2nd time on the property and our 1st specifically at Beach Front Suite #2 which was impressively beautiful. My wife and I are very appreciative for the tranquility this gem of a property provides, a tranquility that is all the more enhanced by their extremely helpful staff! For example, one morning I received a call from the front desk notifying me that I had inadvertently left my vehicle’s auxiliary lights on, rather than allowing me to call AAA, the staff insisted on helping and expeditiously sprung into action to assist by going out of their way to obtain jumper cables from a local gas station & providing us a jumpstart swiftly enough that we were still able to travel promptly for a time sensitive reservation! We cannot wait to revisit to again experience the unobstructed bay view and access to the beach. If I were to offer one constructive criticism it would be to place a slight bit more emphasis on cleanliness of the shower surfaces. All in all, keep up the good work!

The hotel is cute and the staff is great. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing in their room and bathroom. I didn’t use the sauna but it looks nice and cozy. The breakfast for two every morning was wonderful!

Overall it was a good stay. Nice touch with a picnic breakfast. Beautiful view and a very nice set up outside. Things to consider: bathrooms and showers are way too small. Lose the kitchenette and expand bathrooms. Mattresses and bed frames need to be replaced. Screen on the sliding door would be nice.

The tub was huge and added a great deal of intimacy to the hotel room. Amazing views of the beach. We are definitely coming back.

Great grounds, very nice atmosphere. Cant go wrong with waterview or gardenview. Staff was helpful, checked on us several times. Bag breakfast delivered to room. Warm robes for morning on deck. Small bathroom and poor shower design. Would stay again.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, which I chose for its personal hot tubs based on a recommendation. I confirmed with staff before booking that the hot tubs would be available, but upon arrival, ours was removed the next morning, and I learned they were scheduled to be taken down that weekend. This was the main reason for my booking. I strongly feel they purposely misled me so I would still book with them. Additionally, the rooms had extremely thin walls, allowing us to hear everything from neighboring rooms and outside. We were disturbed all night by loud guests and staff. Overall, it was far from a relaxing getaway, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is a very pricey hotel, but I still wouldn’t recommend it if it were $5 a night.

This is a lovely place to stay and we would go back. For an old motel, they have turned the property into a charming get away. The beach is amazing for long walks, the water great for kayaking and paddleboarding. The snack bar is extremely limited with food. Packaged hummus, or chips, or cheese/crackers. That's it. No beer. Wine only. Because there isn't a store right nearby, it would have been nice to have more options right there at the property. Also, we were there for 5 nights. While the breakfast basket they deliver every morning is great, we were given the same thing every single day. Not even the fruit changed..it was always 2 apples. Instead of bagels everyday, why not throw in a muffin...just something different. That would have been a nice touch.

Staff was super friendly, the setting was beautiful, and the breakfast picnic baskets were such a great idea. It would be great if you could select a time for the baskets, but for us just relaxing for a couple of days 9:00 AM was perfect.
