They do not clean the rooms daily. The pool is kind of gross, murky. Kids screaming up and down the hallway while I was taking a call. Room falling apart and carpet pulling up.

The customer service was excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were nice enough but the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on and the air conditioner made weird heeding noises all night. They had only one elevator working and it was very slow. The hot tub would not turn on and I was told it was being worked on. For the price my stay was underwhelming.

First upon arrival the tree in front of buildings had overgrown tree blocking your walking. Room window unable to see out because of dirt. The Hot Tub you could not see the bottom because of the dirt. I read a review this was corrected several months ago by draining the Hot Tub. I don't feel the Hot Tub was ever cleaned. The Mens bathroom in the Hot Tub area had bugs and flies in thew sink. Property listing stated Laundry facilities. One Washer and Driver for the entire hotel customers to use. The third floor Ice machine was broken. This Hotel is not keeping up on the cleaning. I got to hear a kitchen worker complain to another employee in the lobby about others who have the same duties as her, but not doing the required work. I will say the room was clean, but not the rest of the hotel. There are plenty more Hotels to choose from. My wallet will walk.

The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were clean. The pool left a little bit to be desired, but I could still played. The area was nice, but it could’ve used a good skimming. Although there were problems with the electronic system due to Microsoft upgrade, the staff went out of the way to make sure that everyone was, well taken care of. They were attentive and gracious. Our family had a great experience here! There’s also a lovely pizza place down the street on the right in a strip mall that was super convenient and the food was excellent.

I was disappointed that the place was dirty. There were crumbs in the bed under the comforter. also, hair. The tv didn't work in the first room so they put us in another one. There was no tv guide nor any documentation on attractions in the area. The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms.

This was the worst SpringHill Suites we have ever stayed in. Absolutely NOT a 3-star quality hotel. Mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Poor lighting at the vanity. Dirty carpet. Everything felt old. Even the colors in the room were not pleasant. The room smelled as if it had been a smoking room in the past. It also was a very small room for a suite. Smaller than the typical SpringHill Suites Double queen suite room. Check-in was fast and efficient, however I wouldn't say that the clerk was very friendly. Definitely not up to standards.

There was no bathmat, no hand soap, no extra toilet roll, one of the 2 mirrors in the bathroom was dirty, there was hairs stuck to the shower wall and bathroom door and food was gathered behind and under the trash can. This place is in desperate need of upgrading and maintainance.

The room had a bad smell, the shower did not work properly(water would fill the bottom part of the tub), out of coffee and creamer every time I went to the coffee area. Heater only blew cold air, room was freezing and uncomfortable bed. Would not return.

Light fixtures were full of bugs and dirt. Common areas of hotel were uncomfortablely warm. Breakfast was not good. Had a 5AM wake up call that i did not ask for. Bathrooms and showers need upgrading. Shower heads were corroded.

Woke up covered in bed bug bites. Missed the wedding I came in for to go to urgent care. The hotel refused to refund me for the x2 nights which resulted in over 20 bed bug bites. I also killed a spider in the room. I’m disgusted by the room, the service and their refusal to even apologize or refund me. Everything about this place is dirty. Worst hotel experience of my life.

If I could give 0 I would. We were given a room with a filthy bathroom. Toilet was not cleaned, bathtub had hair in it. They gave us another room where the toilet had feces in it! We left the hotel

Convenient. The room was freezing. Couldnt control the temperature. Didnt know how to turn on the tv. The water from sink faucet came out sideways, getting the counter all wet. We had to put towels to keep the water from going to the floor. No bath mat. The tub was very slippery and my husband fell, hitting his head on the shower wall.. i had to be careful as I had foot surgery and couldn't afford a fall.

I always love the layout of the rooms at the SpringHill Suites, especially for business. The room I got had mold in the shower under the shower shelves and on the ceiling. In addition, a light receptacle was hanging out of the ceiling, the blinds were broke and barely functional, there were no filters in the HVAC unit so it was circulating dust everywhere, and there was food crumbs and change on the floor under the beds. This is not what I have come to expect from this chain. This particular location needs some TLC

Certainly in keeping with what you would expect from a SpringHill Suites, consistent with others in this chain. When we first checked in, we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. The same thing happened to another guest arriving at the same time. The staff quickly resolved the issue and immediately moved us to a clean room, which was ready and comfortable. I imagine it was just a communication issue between the front desk and housekeeping.

Our accommodations were great, with one exception. We did not know they would only make up our room if we were staying more than three days. Not a big deal, but we felt we should have been told that at check in. It would have kept us from wondering. When we asked at the front desk at the end of the second day, the front desk attendant agreed with us, and said they were trying to be sure everyone is told that at check in. Otherwise a very nice stay.

During our stay the door keys were not programming and while so many were complaining about the inconvenience of being let in, and it was very inconvenient, I was impressed with the staff who were working hard to make sure they promptly let you into your room when needed. Also witnessed the gentleman working the front desk personally help a man get to the airport! He also was very helpful to us when our bike got a flat tire. The maintenance guy was fantastic and helped us by bringing his compressor and putting air in our bike tire when our compressor died. Everyone working in this hotel really seemed to care and be helpful. We were so impressed!

Very clean and pleasant hotel for a reasonable rate. Convenient to all local attractions. We followed the advice of the staff and had our dinner at a local pub Generations which had absolutely amazing food! Beds were very comfortable.

I booked handicap first floor & it was great, however there was a constant alarm-like sound coming through the wall all night long (probably all day too). Mentioned it to frontdesk but never heard back about it...probably electric room next door. Breakfast was just OK with microwave frozen egg or egg sandwich, but good toaster for various bread, etc.,since they claim remodeling kitchen. Nice location for where I had to go. Will stay again if in the area

Rooms were very clean, staffs were so friendly and made you feel welcomed. Everyone kept to themselves and guests were friendly as well. Breakfast wasn't great at all. Microwave and toaster didn't work. Had to take our meals upstairs to the room to heat them up. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Sheila who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Her recommendations were right on. Her and Tierra both went above and beyond their duties to make us feel satisfied. Visaal was. It helpful at all. Seems to us like he didn’t want to be bothered. Breakfast was a lot to be desired. We were there for 3 breakfast and each morning it was the same food.

The room was ok. Staff were very nice. But the price was double for what I've paid for similar accommodations in other cities and this location did not seem to be anything special. The breakfast was terrible. I was told the grease trap was clogged so they had this makeshift breakfast as they couldn't actually cook. It was completely unappealing - toaster waffles and bread slices in Ziploc bags as an example. We went to a restaurant.
