Front desk manager was very polite and helpful. For us this was a great vicinity to stop on larger road trip. Room was clean and we enjoyed the view of the Bay View bridge and River however, could use important easy building maintenance (particularly in bathroom) paint/trim etc. We ate at the Riverside Restaurant which was in same lot, again great location. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

If you want to stay at a dump and worry about theft for the few things you have in your car… Or if your children like the skunk smell (flower)…Or if you like finding clumps of long black hair on the bathroom floor… This place is for you! Pool is closed for the unforeseen future.

There was no heat in my room, they moved my room after midnight. It was loud, smelled, and in poor condition. The pool wasn’t heated and the “gym” is 2 pieces of equipment in a small smelly room.

Check in was weird. I booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. I was asked for my ID, a credit card and told my room number. Only one room. When I said we had 2 rooms, I was told that they needed the ID of the other room adult, then the card again. Why? When you know that I reserved and prepaid for both rooms, in my name, with my credit card, did you not mention the other room? Just tried sending us on our way. It was just weird. One of the rooms smelled like dog. The other was a musty smell. Neither had the air turned on when we arrived. This was likely part of the problem, with no air circulation. It took forever for the room to cool down. A few of the kids said they slept well, the bed was comfy. The pool was a bit too cold for my liking, but our daughter enjoyed it. The breakfast was okay, not great. The breakfast attendant was pretty great. She was very quick to clean tables for the next guests to come in and sit and attentive to assuring any food was replenished quickly. The check out staff were friendly and expedient.

I was trying to get a cheaper rate, because we were at an event. The group was able to obtain one. But we did not get one for making a reservation online. The pool was so cold we could swim. Was somewhat disappointed.

We stayed in the same room last year and it has issues they never fixed. Table was broke and falling over, faucet in sink was falling off, curtains held up with zip ties, shower doesn't work the way it was designed to. This was all the same way last year.

The furniture in our suite was in terrible shape. It looked like it came from a second hand shop. The bar height table was so wobbly it was difficult to use for work. I asked for a different room and that table was just as bad. I think tightening the screws would help a great deal. In my son's adjoining room, the bed cover was yellow rather than bright white. This place needs great deal of maintenance.

Good price clean room. Mainly the bathroom had some items that weren’t great looking. Paint chips up and down the door trim, exposed plywood holding up the shower curtain. Functionally worked fine, so for a very affordable hotel it was acceptable. Great tv channel selection and a pretty nice tv. My main complaint is the wifi is absolutely horrid. I never thought this would be a bullet point in a hotel review, but as a result of the entire building being a cellular dead zone I think I genuinely would have picked somewhere else for this one problem. Connection was extremely slow, and constantly dropped. Due to the dead zone and poor wifi at times any devices were literally expensive paper weights.

Beware of this hotel. I was asked how many guests will be checking in, when i said 2 adults i was then asked if my guest was also another male. After that i was told locals need to pay a $200 deposit. NO WHERE in the expedia booking page does it mention that and expedia confirmed tbis. I am out $147 because i refused to be discriminated and taken advantage of. Of and ibwas ask how much i had if i dodnt have 200. 50? 100? What is this a bartering hotel? If i slipped him a 20 would he have treated me better?

Had a problem with the toilet getting stopped up in our room. Not overloaded just backed up. When we called the front desk they told my husband to come down and get the plunger and do it himself. Rough area of town. Hotel next door was closed and was more of a rat trap and home for vagrants.

I thought the customer service was great. I wish I would’ve paid attention to name tag or asked the gentleman who checked me in and out was very professional, helpful, polite courteous and such. I was in town for a graduation at Culver Stockton coming from Cali and would definitely recommend!

Check in was easy and fast. Great customer service. We were relying on Lyft to get us around and Lyft left us stranded and the front desk staff was able to give me a phone number to a Private car company and we made it back safely.

The area around the hotel is not the safest place in Quincy. Looked liked a number of "activities" were taking place in the parking lot. Awfully noisy due to being close to a major road and very close to the bridge leading into town. Room was clean and comes with average amenities. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Typical breakfast selections. Very competitive pricing, if you\'re only staying a short time, and looking for value.

Nice hotel in an easy-to-access location. Close to downtown with nice views of the river. There is a great barbecue restaurant next to it. There was a large and loud party down the hall but I was far enough away that I could still rest.

Hotel was easy to get to, and in good condition. We stayed 3 nights and had a great room. There is a nice BBQ restaurant next door to eat. Parking lot is about half gravel has some sizable potholes but easy to avoid. Breakfast was OK, but selection was limited. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

So here are the things that matter to me when choosing a hotel Breakfast - They have alternating days of either sausage links/egg paties or biscuits and gravy. Every day they also have cereal, oatmeal packs, bread slices, mini muffins, yogurt & a waffle maker. They offer coffee, milk, water, apple & orange juice to drink. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly A+++ Room - Room was very clean but a little dated. Beds/pillows were above average but nothing special. 32" tv probably an original lcd, definitely older. Shower had excellent hot water but low water pressure. AC worked great. Ice box in the mini fridge needed defrosting but the fridge worked great. Internet worked well. Pool - I didn’t use it but it was open and families were using it Area around hotel - Bbq restaurant shares the parking lot, excellent food. Boarded up hotel next door Overall it was a good experience, would definitely stay again. Especially considering it was only $75 per night.
