Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express New Iberia! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast had great options. However, the elevator stayed dirty for two days with spills, which was disappointing. Convenient location near Avery Island. Would definitely stay again but hope housekeeping improves in common areas.

I like the text option for things we need, like requesting towels. The staff delivered the towels immediately. I like the 24 hours coffee machine because coffee is life! The Internet is fast and reliable. Cable TV is available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the Tabasco factory at Avery Island. Overall, we had a great stay as a family.

Our stay was very good. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The TV worked and the shower was large with soap and shampoo dispensers. The hallway ice machine wasn't working. The free breakfast was plentiful. Better than most free breakfasts. I parked my motorcycle in the parking lot and covered it overnight and had no problems with people messing with it. I would for sure stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff is exceptional, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and the swimming pool was so nice. Breakfast was worth getting up!

Was pleasantly surprised by how nice this property was. From the complementary Dove products to the luxurious soft and firm labeled pillows my stay was excellent. The super nice staff and awesome biscuits and gravy at breakfast was the cherry on top. Definitely would recommend and will frequent again when I come back to town.

I loved the cleanliness of the property. The smell once you enter through the front doors was awesome. The clean lines, yet simplicity of the inside of the hotel was the most welcoming. I truly hope this property will always remain new, clean, and fresh smelling even after years later. Great job.

Overall the stay was good. The room I was given on the third floor had a very strong musty odor that was overpowering Dustin at the front desk was very understanding and gave me another room But when I did go into that bathroom I noticed both hanging towels had stains on them The second room I got was much better and cleaner with only a slight smell The hotel definitely needs a makeover The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a great location close to local attractions and the staff is great

I like that the room smelled great upon entering, the beds are nice and cozy, there was extra bedding for the sofa bed in the closet, and the breakfast was great!! Although, the room smelt nice and clean. There was a stain on the carpet, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped, and the towels needed to be replaced they were dingy, the iron did not get hot, the batteries in the remote were dead, and the toilet water pressure was low. Overall, I did have a great stay!!

The same stay was ok. We were just there for the weekend and it was mostly fine. The one thing that disgusted me was that all the towels were dingy and looked dirty. We we got to the room the towels were hanging in the bathroom were dingy and had hair on them. We got extra towels and they were dingy too, so when they got wet they looked as if they had never been cleaned. I talked to the lady that cleans the room and she said they know that the towels are dingy, but they don’t wash the towels they have a company that does. My answer to the that is fire the company and find a different one. It was not to the standard of the IHG hotels I’ve previously stayed at.

The room was clean and spacious. Since we were traveling with small children we were assigned the room immediately off the elevator. The shower was superb and the beds were extremely comfortable. We love staying at the Holiday Inn Express whenever we are in town. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel was nice. My problem is when I booked the hotwl O was diven one price by hotels.com and then the hotel charged a different price. I asked the clerk at check-in and she said it was for incidentals. I have never had to different prices before

Housekeeping was horrible.. we were asked to leave our room for it to be cleaned and so we went down the hall and waited. The pregnant lady that cleaned our room never made signs to let us know she was finished and locked our door.. we had no key and she refused to open the door and was told to go downstairs to get a key. I was livid, I had myself, my husband and my three small children and she refused to let us in our room.. when we got in the room, it was half cleaned.. I will never stay there again!

This was a good hotel, the only problem we had was that we got directed to a room that was being used, and when we went in there, somebody else’s items were in there. After a couple of trips to the front desk, they worked it out and everything went well. After that this was the most friendly hotel. We have been in in a while Where the front desk staff was knowledgeable about how to correct things.

The paint smell was unpleasant right at the entrance, not good for people with allergies. water hose laying across walk area. woke up to loud road workers working on the street in front . You couldn't eat breakfast without dust from the vacuum flying your way while eating due to staff cleaning elevator area also had rotten oranges in the breakfast basket

Everything about our stay was great! We loved the room and how close it was to food. Breakfast time was longer than other hotels. We did not have to get up super early. Great stay!!! Also loved the dove products in the bathroom. I had left mines home so this was perfect!!!
