Tengo tiempo hospedándome en el hotel cada vez que vengo a puebla (que es bastante seguido) y todo estaba perfecto, pero esta última vez hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron, uno que quitaron el gimnasio, creo que es básico tener un gym aunque sea sencillo para el bienestar de los huéspedes, marqué a recepción para preguntar si lo habían movido y resulta que lo quitaron y me dijo que podía ir al smart fit, (creo que la respuesta no fue correcta porque además el tipo de huésped que se hospeda en estos hoteles no es tanto de ir a este tipo de gimnasios). En fin me cambié de hotel porque para mí si es indispensable el Gym y le di propina al bellboy porque nos ayudó a llevar nuestro equipaje desde la habitación hasta la entrada y no nos ayudó a subir nada!!! Le dije si me apoyaba pero como ya le había dado el dinero no le importó, me ignoró y se fue a hacer otras cosas. En verdad me molestó mucho la actitud, desgraciadamente no traía el nombre en su placa pero definitivamente no creo volverme a hospedar ahí. Ya hice convenio con otro hotel boutique de la zona. Lástima, me gustaba mucho el hotel.

This is a charming hotel located very close to downtown. It is a beautiful property with wonderful rooms. The pool and spa are great extras. Also, the hotel restaurant is considered one of the best in Pueblo. Make sure to try it! Highly recommended.

Viajamos con un bebé y por ese motivo reservamos un cuarto con tina pero cuando intentamos bañarlo no salía agua caliente ademas de que la tina tenía polvo. Trataron de resolver el problema pero los tiempos con hijos son importantes y ya era demasiado tarde. Por otro lado rompieron el botón de freno de mano de mi camioneta en el valet parking. En general una experiencia mediocre.

Hotel bonito con personal amable y un restaurante exquisito. Como cliente regular del hotel (al menos una visita al año en los últimos 10 años), en esta ocasión la limpieza y mantenimiento de la habitación dejó que desear: el espejo estaba sucio de salpicadura, el agua en la tina salía amarilla y con tierra y la regadera estaba tapada en alrededor de la mitad de los orificios y, en los que salía agua, salía de forma irregular. Espero que la administración no se duerma en sus laureles e implemente un plan urgente de mantenimiento en su plomería.

We have used it multiple times. Well located and excellent food. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our bed. It had a yellow stain (urine like);we asked gor that to be fixed and while they replaced the sheets, the under cover was also stained and we had to call again minutes later. They said they will/had report it to the manager but… never heard from him/her.

It was a fantastic stay for us, this is a great hotel. I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this hotel deserves it. The staff was super nice and attentive, during the check in they immediately offerd us a welcoming complementary drink. The room was impeccable clean and spacious, the bathroom was incredible big, with an independent shower, toilet and bathtub, double sink. The decoration was modern but not saturated. And even though it is an antique building (from the 1800's) it has been well restored. We recommend 100%

Very nice hotel. About a 15 minute walk to the historic square. Lots of restaurants in the area but we always had our best meals in the Casareyna hotel restaurant. The Hotel Purificado across the street has a nicer restaurant and bar but the food is better at Casareyna. We stayed in a superior room. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful except when it came to getting suggestions about things to do for tourists. The hotel seems to focus on business travelers and the staff at front desk didn’t have any suggestions about things to do or site’s tourists would want to see. They had wifi in the hotel but it was intermittent in our room. My wife was able to stream Netflix on her tablet most of the time but not always. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Casareyna and I feel it is a great value.

What a great hotel! Close to the historic centre of Puebla, this hotel had everything. Large bright room with a huge bed and large bathroom. The swimming pool and surrounding area were also excellent! We also ate in the hotel's restaurant which was fabulous.

Overall, we had a good experience at Casareyna, however there are a few things I want to point out. -We stayed in the "older" part of the hotel. One thing that I wish could have been better were the beds, they were very firm/hard. -Also, for all those foreigners, the hotel does exchange American dollars and Euros at a very good rate (better than at the centro) However, the staff limited our exchange to $100 dollars a day. Sometimes staff members looked bothered when we would ask to exchange money. - The WiFi connection/service can definitely be better. I had a lot of connection issues. However, besides what I previously mentioned we really enjoyed our stay and would return but will likely ask to have a room in the "newer" part of the hotel hoping that the beds are more comfortable. I also liked that across the street there are a few places to eat and a theater which came in handy during this rainy season. Although there's always a lot of movement within the hotel, we were surprised at the minimal noise that was heard throughout the day. A big shoutout to Lorena who took care of cleaning our room, she's amazing. Additionally, you have to eat at their restaurant. The food is really good. I recommend their hot chocolate and their mole poblano.

Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Puebla. We had a wonderful stay. The staff are attentive and always available. Just a short walk to the city central. The onsite restaurant is one of the best in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Recepción deficiente. Nadie te acompaña a tu habitación, tienes que atravesar el restaurante y andar preguntando a los meseros que te orienten para encontrar la puerta de entrada a las habitaciones. Te contestan de mala gana. Pregunté por el spa, y dijeron búsquelo, está arriba. Es ruidoso. Habitación y baño cómodos pero se agradecería que dejaran una botella de agua al menos de 500 ml, sólo nos dejaron 1 de 200 ml, solicitamos mas agua y la botella de 200 ml cuesta 70 pesos y tardaron 20 minutos en llevarla. Reservamos cena y tuvimos un desagradable momento, salimos de la habitación a cenar, no íbamos elegantes pero estábamos normal y recién aseados. Pedimos una mesa a la hostess para 2 que estaba sola con un sofá la cual nos fue negada. 10 minutos después sentaron a otra pareja sin reservación que la pidió. Le comenté al mesero y muy apenado lo comunicóa su capitán, y el capitán se acercó a pedir disculpas, nos dijo que la chica era nueva, estaba en capacitación, se agradece el acto pero insistió mucho en que por favor no fuéramos a considersr el acto como discriminatorio, eso fue aún mas incómodo. Eso si, la comida fue deliciosa. La recomendación vayan sólo a comer. No duerman ahí.

Nos hospedamos con carriola y bebé, nos dieron habitación en el tercer piso (sin elevador). El restaurante estaba muy lento, nunca me respondieron en el spa. Pedimos mesa para cenar y en recepción nos dijeron que no había, bajamos al restaurante y nos dieron una de inmediato. Soy socio gold de hoteles.com, solo nos dieron una hora de late check out, cuando deberían ser 3. El hotel es cómodo y muy bonito, pero cuando es temporada alta el personal está rebasado

Restaurant is superb. Our room was very nice, just small annoying details. For one, staff promised to fix a wall outlet that has two USB outlets that did not work. Overall, Casareyna is a beautiful hotel with s fabulous restaurant. Also it is in a great location for walking to sites in the Historic Center. Finally, the staff is really nice and helpful.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are gigantic and the courtyards are beautiful. The zocolo is not far but you do have to cross a very busy street so take caution. The beds were somewhat on the hard side but most of our party thought they were fine. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They do give you coupons for free tequila- the silver only. We would definitely return.
