This was a very rundown place. No towels in the room, elevator was broken, ice machine broken, no vending machines. Bathroom was a bit fearful to shower in. I do not care if I only paid 10 dollars I would not stay here and trust me it was close to a 100 for this place. Stay away

This hotel was pitiful. Elevator did not work and I am unable to climb steps. Reassigned a room that the bathroom was unusable as tub rusty and had poop in it yes 💩. I have pictures and wanted a refund but was told I needed to check out and no refund .

Nothing special, adequate for a one night stay. Signs saying no breakfast available and the pool was filled in with dirt, neither that I cared about. Room was small and a little run down. Elevator was out of order. Overall average for the price.

Absolutely terrible. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana. Unsafe. Exit and side doors did not lock and were not secure inside room and bathroom were not clean. Hallways and common areas were filthy. No breakfast as advertised. Disturbances in the parking lot behind hotel. Elevator broke after checkin and we were on the 3rd floor. Staff not concerned about it getting fixed. Still broken next day when we checked out. Don’t ever stay here with you family and children

Roaches……..water had a terrible smell and taste…..someone washed their hair and it stunk for 24 hours……the desk had a bell to ring for service, the bell was broken and they said they keep it that way because people would ring it……no automatic doors to drag your luggage thru when entering the building……etc. etc. etc. never again. WYNDHAM should be ashamed of themselves. Also, no breakfast at this site.

When I arrived for check in no one was at the desk to let me in the door. The ice machine is out of order. The air conditioning in the room was actually turned off when I arrived, in July? Luckily the room cooled down quickly. It was a cheap place to lay my head, but with absolutely no amenities

I am not sure if it is best to add my review here or corporate because my experience was unnerving. Hotel did not call to tell me they were only accepting cash because their system was down. A picture of my ID was taken on a personal phone. The room was not clean nor did it look like anything from the pictures. Dead water bug as we entered. The lady at front desk was doing her best but I think this is a management issue. There are not many restaurants or things to do like they mentioned when we called. All around not upfront and inconvenient. I thought because of the Wyndham name it would have been better.

I should have brought an extra set of sheets and pillow sheets. The property is very old and we passed a strong scent of pot just down the hallway. TV remote did not work, so the TV did not work. I wiped down every surface and my cloths were almost black. Visible stains on the couch and chairs. We just needed a place to stay for the night--I assumed that the name Wyndham meant that it would be higher quality. We were very mistaken.

We rented 2 rooms and both of them had German roaches crawling all over the place in both rooms. Had a very musty smell. Turned around and checked right back out. Waiting to see if they are going to refund me.

The staff was great but as k was checking in the guest was coming now to the lobby saying the rooms had bed. So as I went to my room and checked out room and bed it the the beds was full of bed bugs you had to look good but they was under the sheets the covers had trash and hate and dirt all over the fitted sheet and the bed bugs was horrible. I will say the front desk Clerk was so nice nice and had no problem with Refunded my money and was nice and apologized for the inconvenience and it wasn't not her fault the housekeeping staff should've been more aware of the issue since the covers wasn't not clean means tgeg don't clean the room are wash the sheets and bedspread Daily are weekly by the looks of the room.

It smells moldy thw minute you walk in the lobby and the room was worse! Tv didn't work and when we told front desk, he brought in HDMI cords for a tv getting no power. I've never seen a hotel room so small that had one queen bed in it, with 12" on either side of it. Bathroom had burn marks around the sink. The only thing that kept us there was the sheets were clean and it was too late to drive 2 hrs home. Got up the next morning, threw on clothes and left!

1- tried to over charged my card 2- our floor smelt like weed when asked to change rooms they said they were none available but they were 3- very noisy 4- someone tired to come in our room 5- our bathroom had a whole in the ceiling 6- online it said breakfast included well no breakfast was there.. 7- I will NOT stay there AGAIN if you have kids stay somewhere else

We arrived to the property around 10:30pm after the LSU game. - in the parking lot there were several people sitting around smoking, trash in parking lot, and not well lit. I go inside to check in and there was no one at the desk and had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up. We received our room keys and headed to the room. Once in the room the lights wouldn’t turn on, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets had what looked to be ink stains on them, the bathroom was very dated and dirty looking. The A/C was great, however we felt like the name “Wyndham” meant something, and after this stay we have serious doubts at any of the properties that are associated. Do not stay here unless you’re gonna party it up Louisiana style with that dirty south vibe. Geaux Tigers.

At check in, they did not have the room we ordered and wanted to charge us more. The room was very hot and took over 6 hours to cool. Saw a roach and many cigarette burns on counter. It was a miserable first night of vacation and will not stay here again.

Booked for 2 nights. Arrived and immediately smelled pot outside in the parking lot. Once in the room, we killed 4 roaches within 10 minutes of entering. I immediately notified the gentleman at the desk that we wanted to cancel our 2nd night and would be finding another option. He told he would cancel the following morning for me when checking out. The next morning, he said Expedia would have to issue the refund for the 2nd night but that he would take care of it. No refund has been issued.

The hotel was sweating my family and friends who just dropping by for few minutes. And I booked online so I just went in and registered, showing only my ID, well the next day, the day time clerk was trying to throw my girlfriend out cause her name was not on the register. Well it just says two guess. This guy was actually following me the room to tell my girlfriend and nephew to get out.. This guy said that there are no visitors allowed to come to the hotel.. I thought about the business meeting happening in my room on Tuesday and envisioning this guy coming to my room only to be stopped and embarrassed by the hotel. I checked out on Monday.

First off they kicked us out middle of night , me and my sister, 2 girls 21 &’ 19.. with NO refund!!! for a guest that was NOT staying with us for causing a disturbance outside our door.. after being there for a week and a half, paying everything we owed and causing NOT ONE PROBLEMS.. mind you we were here because it was the cheapest &’ all we could afford because our mom kicked us out, so we were stuck then left with no where to go at 12-1AM with no vehicle. so we were forced to rush and pack around midnight .. which led to us leaving an iPhone 13 Pro Max, some designer clothes, a rose sex toy (can I just say, EWW!), chargers, body soap/hygiene products &’ more. They are now saying nothing was in the room! Hmm, so someone came up off our stuff obviously. There was blood on my sheets… not once but TWICE!! Housekeeping NEVER came to change our sheets or renew towels. THEY HAD ROACHES!! Not tree roaches but the small nasty ones.. I killed at least 4! Also had a stink bug &’ infested with mosquitoes. Some of the workers were kind but for the most part they were RUDE as hell!!!! -2/10 recommend .

The check in process was easy however the room was horrible. The room was not clean. I had to clean up the room before we could stay. No towels were in the room. I had to go to the front desk to get towels that the front desk clerk didn't want to give me. The room had no amenities. The room smelled like a marijuana factory. This location is quiet.

Check in was terrible and slow, people circulating around look like walking drug zombies, people blaring music in every other room, cigarette burns on my sheets and pillow cases along with stains, smelled TERRIBLE, hole in bathroom ceiling, stains on bathroom sink, AC only blew room temp air, the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed foot in. Even if it is $10 a night you will still feel robbed.

Roaches in the bathroom, no extra pillows available, pillows were slightly thicker than a sheet of paper. Advertised as having breakfast but none available. No phone in the room, I guess to avoid complaints on trying to get things fixed (TV didn’t work). Should have started with I messed up getting the suit.

Even though both hotel and expedia site say they have breakfast. It is not true. They haven't had breakfast in months. Hotel smelled, lobby and corridors are hot, hotel is run down, room had multiple missing lught bulbs, no lamp shades, broken towel rack very hard bed, stains in tub, only a handful of rooms were used and room was noisy, grass is uncut. We will not stay or recommend this hotel.
