Property lit up good at night and breakfast good all but gravy two times staying there way to salty. Would like to see NewMax news on tv in breakfast room thanks.

I chose this hotel because it had an 8.6 Excellent rating. The hotel did not meet the rating expectations. The hallway and elevator were hot and humid. There was no air conditioning in these areas. The interior of the building looked old and not very clean. The employees looked like they had no choice but to be there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Hotel was clean! No problems! My advice would be to put a bigger garbage can in the hallways or add more!! The cans were full everynignt and not enough room. We like to keep our room clean and take all food garbage out each day. Also makes it easier for clean up! Overall, i give it 5 star rating and would stay here again

We loved everything at this hotel. The breakfast was great,the pool was great,the room was great and everything was clean. The staff that we saw were very helpful with anything we ask about too. The location was good too,close to many restaurants and shopping. It was close to top golf too.

Room was not clean. The sofa chair had a large stain on it. The bed covers had stains. Pool water did not look clean. Workout room the water was out. Ice machine out of order.

Fantastic. Came in on Friday. Young man at desk was very busy. Could have used some assistance Trash could have been done more frequently.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Blood stain on the comforter, previous tenants hair under the bathroom sink. Breakfast was good.

The room smelled very stale like it had been smoked in at some point. The carpet maybe the issue. Visual stains and didn’t feel clean under bare feet.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. My bathroom was mold all around my tub. The towels were hard and worn out . The lighting in the rooms were not efficient enough for reading.

Stains on couch , dirty wash clothes still in the shower. Over all just not cleaned well.

Hotel was in a great location but the bathroom floors were not clean. The sofa in the room had white “stains” on the seat cushion and the tv was not connected to neither the cable outlet or internet tv.

We were on an interstate road trip and the hotel was a good place to stay for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The main reason we chose this hotel was the included breakfast and it did not disappoint! Very helpful staff as well. Recommend!

Clean room good breakfast and quiet

Hotel was clean, room was quiet and they had a nice hot breakfast.

Clean… spacious rooms… free breakfast… no complaints.

The room did not have a curtain so the light on the pole shine directly into the room. The shower head did not stay in place above your head so you had to hold it in order to wet yourself. The telephone didn’t work in the room. The AC seemed to have been turned off in the middle of the night because it became hot in the room.

After traveling all day, so hot and humid, it was sooo nice to checkin get to our room where it was nice and cool! Room to move around and the bathroom was huge! Love it! Restful stay!!

Nice rooms with great air conditioning. Will be staying there again.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The staff was courteous as always. The room was clean. We didn’t have any curtains (only traditional window blinds) in our room and there were several bright lights outside our window so it was very bright all night and difficult to sleep. The outlets on one side of the bed didn’t work. We have stayed here several times over the years but this room was not as good as our past stays.

Room was nice and cozy, also I enjoyed the quietness. I have stayed here before so it was an easy choice to return to this location.

Other than the wear and tear of this hotel, the only knock that I give it is that there was a sitting area with a couch in our room, which I would have loved to use, but there was no lamp. The lighting was actually very poor throughout the room and the room was just dark. The hotel staff were friendly and the area was close to restaurants and shopping.

Stinky water odor in bathroom sink, but shower pressure was awesome. Lost a star mostly due to breakfast selection, running out by 8 and they didn’t replace pancake batter. Snooze you lose.

I was waiting to write this review, as I was extremely pleased to have stayed here for the dollars paid, what a deal! Upon arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was incredibly spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning had more options than I've seen in a while at similar properties. And the check-out was seamless. Overall an extremely positive experience I would have no hesitation recommending to others.

Overall, my stay was good. The room was clean, and I had no issues with it. However, I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because there was no one at the front desk. When I received my room key, it didn't work, so I had to get a new one. Additionally, every time I needed to talk to someone at the front desk, no one was ever there.

Would not let us check in after our flight was delayed

We were given a room that someone clearly had been smoking in. I had to sign that we would not smoke in the room. And I pay for it to be non-smoking, but what's the point when it reeks the smoke. We felt so disgusting the next morning and barely slept due to poor air quality. Brought it up to the front desk and they said "yeah, that is the room we had to fine someone for, sorry" so they knew and still gave me that room with 2 young children.

Our stay started with, “I am sorry but we don’t have a room under that name”. However, this lady who I forgot her name but she was the night shift on May 18th was patient and pleasant”. She figured out that someone had already checked in our room. Someone with my same initials was able to check in without their ID being check and so my credit card was charged as well. All of this which was not on her shift, again this lady was awesome with figuring out the issue all with the best attitude. I thought it was odd that my credit card showed a pending charged earlier in the day before I checked in but didn’t think it was a big deal at the time. This could have ended really bad such as no more rooms or extra charges on my credit card. I hope that this will be addressed with employees so that nothing like this happens again.

Convenient to both Interstate 10 and Interstate 12. Nice clean atmosphere and nice for shopping.

Rooms are serviceable. Sheets were clean and bed was mostly comfortable. However most lamps didnt work and there was an annoying led strip we couldnt turn off to sleep. The building is absolutely not smoke free as you can smell tobacco and other substances coming from rooms, along with burn marks on the carpet and lounge chairs. The surrounding area has ample dining opportunities but I dont reccomend going out once the sun goes down due to unsavory individuals hanging around the parking lot. Overall unremarkable and you can probably find something safer.

The hotel seems isolated.

We loved everything at this hotel. The breakfast was great,the pool was great,the room was great and everything was clean. The staff that we saw were very helpful with anything we ask about too. The location was good too,close to many restaurants and shopping. It was close to top golf too.

My keys had to keep getting updated because they didn’t work. No breakfast because the staff member called in. It was an ok stay but not the best IHG property.

Breakfast supplies wasn’t well maintained. Food was cold. Had to hunt for person that was attendant. No milk was made available for children or for cereal without hunting for attendant and then they poured it into open top cups.

We stayed 2 nights. The second night at 9pm our smoke alarm starts going off. I tried calling the front desk and got no answer. I had to go down to the front desk to find him in the lobby standing in front of the television. I told him the alarm was going off and he goea look at a panel behind the desk and says there is not anything showing. I tell him you can hear it from the 2nd floor. He says he will come up with some batteries. We sat there for 10 minutes with the blaring until he arrived. He changed the battery which stopped the blaring noise but the thing kept chirping every 30 seconds. He said he would go down and get new batteries. I waited until 10pm and he never returned. At 6am, I go to the front desk to file a complaint and it is a different guy. He said I have been here since 11pm and was not told. I told him. If he would have known he would have fixed it or moved us. I told him I didn't know there work shifts. He said I can credit you $69, which is not even half of the night of the room. Very disappointed with this hotel. Breakfast was horrible, pancake machine broken. I would not recommend to stay at the place.
