I travel with two 12-pound Chahuahuas so Motel 6 is the perfect option for me on an overnight stay while doing a multi-day drive. They are prcied fairly, tend to be clean and comfortable with amenities like a fridge and microwave, and they're not weird about the dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was drained. We stayed here twice on our road trip, going and coming home. The first room had no hot water and flooring was duct taped down across the doorway. The second room was better - at least we had hot water. But the hotel is run down. I’ve stayed at much better motel 6 properties.

The air conditioner didn’t work in my room it was broken bath tub stopped up wasn’t very clean the shower barley worked wasn’t how they have it pictured the pool was empty and couldn’t be used

Arrived really late but front clerk kept 2 rooms together for us on the ground floor as she knew we were bringing dogs. Super friendly and will definitely stay here again if passing thru. Large angled truck/RV parking in back is great except for cars that were blocking it.

The bathroom door was off of its hinge and seemed to have been that way for awhile. The flooring was taped down. The swimming pool was not functional. That was not mentioned when making reservations. The bed was a bed frame you would find in a cheap hotel. Not a good experience.

Like the double bed option and pet friendly for all sizes and breeds for free!!!! Clean and the beds were comfy. Fridge was so noisy I had to unplug it and you can hear the freeway when your room is up front like mine. But I slept through the night so I’ll take it!

Genuinely don’t understand how or why this was listed as highly reviewed amongst Expedia users but this place was so dirty. We didn’t even sleep in the bed and brought our own pillows and blanket from the car so we could sleep on top of the bed. There was hair in the sheets and a gnarly stain. The room itself smelled like old stale cigarettes and we didn’t use the shower (which was much needed after 10 hours in a car). I will honestly never book with Motel 6 again based on this one horrible stay. Highly recommend booking elsewhere.

I'm not picky about where I stay, and this was a disaster - by far the worst motel or hotel I've ever stayed at. Most egregiously, the room smelled overwhelmingly of soap/air freshener when we first arrived. That smell dissipated, and we realized that it was there because the A/C smelled very bad everytime the fan blew (it had a musty, almost urine-like odor that I believe comes from mold or an unclean unit). The shower curtain rod was broken and tub had rust, the sheets were wrinkled, and the comforter had many holes (that looked like cigarette burns) in it. The bed doesn't have a boxspring and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. People staying next to us started talking loudly outside and playing music in the parking lot at 3 AM. There's nothing redeeming about this place - AVOID!

The room was disgustingly dirty, blood stains on the bed spread and pillow. I was exhausted after a 13 hour drive so I had to get my own personal pillows and blankets out of my car and use them because I just needed to sleep.

Mold in the ac, hair that never got swept up when the room was cleaned ,ripped sheets and literally had holes in the bath tub, rust was painted over.

Great location right off the interstate. However there was quite a lot of traffic noise because of that. Outlet by sink didn't work. Room was clean. Awesome Mexican restaurant called Charros right next door. Fabulous food.

The place is rundown. You can feel every coil in the bed. The pillows are tiny and flat. The shower floods the whole bathroom. Towels are tiny. Room smelled of airfreshner hiding smoke. Floor was sticky. no soap to wash besides a tiny bar. The tub had a ring of scum all around Id rate zero and i would have left but no refund and it was late after a long road trip. The price was not even worth the room. Other better places were the same price but this place shouldnt be over $60.

I checked in and got to my room didn't really look as I left right away to get dinner. Came back and found floor was ducktaped. Then found the door had a big gap in it and wouldn't seal. Then went to use the restroom and found rust in the shower deal. Then go lay down on the bed and found a long black hair. Which I have short blonde hair. So then went and asked to switch rooms which the lady upfront did after calling someone. 2nd room had the same issue with door. Room looked pretty decent like they updated not long but can fix doors I guess. The bed and pillows are the worst. I had 2 nights booked but left the next day because my back hurt so bad.

Very nice stay and conveniently off I40. The room itself was very clean and because we have wheelchair accessibility needs... I have to stay this was one of the most accessible rooms we've stayed in.

Room was very clean with pllenty of clean towels for 1 person. The first room I was given had keycards that didnt work, and the staff person's master key also had difficulty, so she assigned me to another room. No problems with the 2nd room.

In the night time someone bumped my vehicle setting off alarm. Before I could get out of bed and turn off alarm night time management called room threatening expulsion from hotel without even asking what happened. When I attempted to speak with management the following morning they would not allow me to express my concerns and without hearing a single word from me accused me of cursing at night time management. In short, the management are inconsiderate bullies willing to lie about guests for absolutely no definable or intelligent reason beyond sadistic pleasure. I cannot recall having been more offended and my wife if 24 years was absolutely appalled. I never spend a single penny on motel 6 or any entity of which I know that may be associated with them on any level. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I'm a wheelchair user, and when I got there, I park right in front of the front desk office, then I call them to ask for help. The person answered that they wheren't obligated to give help and that she wouldn't leave the front desk office. Then I started looking and asking for help to other guests, until some different guests help me in different stages of me, getting of the car until I get on the room... To them I'm very gratefull. The next morning, the personel was a lot more friendly, and helpfull, so checking out was easy, but not enough to make forget the bad moments of the check-in.

I stayed here and was concerned for my safety. There was a man with gold clubs circling the hotel and signs everywhere telling you to lock your car and deadbolt your door. Additionally upon arriving the staff told me not to walk along the back of the hotel because dogs had been attacking hotel guests. On top of that everything in the room was broken. Bed collapsed on one side and duct tape on the floor. The staff was nice but that was the only plus. Keep on driving, not worth the risk staying here.

This is perhaps the worse situation I have ever been in. Not very clean; loud music in the parking lot, loud group of rowdy people in the parking lot; foul language; the marijuana they were smoking was very heavy in the air. Told the front desk and nothing was done. I didn't feel safe because as the night progressed the group got more and more rowdy. I got up, turned in my key, and informed the desk clerk I wasn't continuing to be exposed to the parking lot commotion.

The room was clean and great for under $60. The only negative about this hotel is that people drive their loud cars up and down the surrounding streets a LOT. I wasn’t sure I would be able to sleep but the noise stopped by 10 or 11 pm

We were there for only a nights rest so it met our needs. The room only had hand soap, no coffee in the room only lukewarm coffee in the lobby from 7-9am, no microwave or refrigerator. We would actually choose a different place to stay next time we go through Amarillo, TX

While driving from Missouri to California, we stopped just for the night. The mattress felt like it had old springs, the vent didn’t have a cover so we couldn’t direct the air. The bathroom seemed old but clean. The girl at the desk was very helpful and sweet. The food across the street was authentic Mexican and delicious. For a night stop it was just fine.
