No. We paid for daily maid service and was told they would clean only on monday. I emailed orbiz and then, we had service for 4 of the 7 days. The front desk person cared less.

Mehdi is a great host and responds quickly. I mentioned to him it would be beneficial to add a broom or basic cleaning supplies for guests as the maid services only come twice a week. The location is excellent and the apartment care taking staff are all wonderful and kind.I would recommend this place to stay :)

Beach front property close to Malecon and local restaurants! Only inconvenient is that air conditioning did not work!

No remote or function to the tv. Washer and dryer broken. Room is tacky and poorly stocked with the basic amenities. Not appropriate for a one night stay. Poor greeting and registration process with no follow up on the room quality or any other guest needs.

The hotel is very quiet and private. I stayed in a room with an amazing ocean front view. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious and had a kitchen with everything from dishes to margarita glasses, well equipped kitchen. Good AC, hot water, clean. My only complaint was the mattress which I found hard but other than that everything was perfect.
