Great pool and outside area! The room was lovely, clean and had a beautiful new bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 which is so convenient. There is a restaurant and bar on premise. The hotel has a room of vending machines, cappuccino maker and microwaves. I will always stay here when I have a layover at the airport.

We were only at the hotel for about 5 hours because of a missed flight but we would stay again! The shuttle was prompt, the clerk showed us to our room, the sports bar was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel and a missed flight because of customs delays. The pool was lovely, the room was clean and spacious. There were lots of towels and toiletries so we didn't even need to dig things out of our bags. A little thing that we loved was bedside tables on both sides of the bed! I have paid 3 times as much for crappy rooms. Highly recommended!

The gal working the front desk ( Name beginning with M.......maybe Mariella, Maricella, or close to that, I forgot now ) the night of August 23rd, 2025 when we checked in, was wonderful! She was informative and welcoming! Our stay was great! We loved having the option of shuttle service to the cruise port since the reason of our stay was we were going on a cruise. The restaurant at the hotel had great food and great service! The room we had was noisy being right on the street and so close to the airport, we heard planes the whole time. We knew that upon choosing this hotel but we didn't care so much about that. The location was great and the room was nice!

Decent place to stay waiting to leave the next day for a cruise. Shuttle from airport only runs one time each hour. If you miss it you wait 45 minutes until it shows up again. Not good!

We arrived around 1 a.m. and checked into room #123. The room was very small, and when I went to the bathroom to take a shower around 2 a.m., I found a pubic hair and other dirt stuck to the inside of the toilet seat cover. It was clear that room #123 had not been cleaned properly. However, since it was very late and my family was exhausted, we didn’t ask to change rooms. My daughter refused to shower in such a dirty bathroom, and my husband, daughter, and I had to cover ourselves with bath towels to sleep because we couldn’t trust that the blankets were clean. Room #123 was also extremely noisy—no one should stay in this room. We will never return to this hotel. If possible, I would give it ZERO stars for its lack of cleanliness. In addition, the shuttle driver was very unfriendly. He didn’t even say goodbye.

The hotel seemed fine until I opened the drawer of the desk. There was a receipt and trash from several weeks prior. When I took the receipt out to look at the date, several roaches scurried around the drawer. I guess it was fortunate for me that I did not open the drawer until the morning I was leaving or else I would have never been able to sleep there. I reported it to the front desk as I was leaving.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, so I can lay out my luggage without losing space in the room. The staff is friendly, and it’s easy to receive deliveries at the hotel. The location is very good and close to the airport. The hotel also has a good internet connection.

Very noisy, thin walls. No elevator, had to drag all of our luggage up steps. Loud airplanes all night. Traffic sounds, ambulances, etc. alarm went off at 6 am. Air conditioner loud. They did alliw late checkout. Restaurant was nice.

No elevator, must drag suitcase upstairs. Lobby nice but not the rooms. Rooms are old and small. Barely enough room to walk around with two beds squeezed inside. The door hits the sink once you open the bathroom door because its so tiny. Room has bugs. Glad we only did one night. We wouldn't have survived longer.

The room seems ok. The problem is, there is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor. Difficulty going up the stairs with your heavy luggage. The shuttle to the airport was a struggle. The driver was rude and dropped us off far from our airline.

I usually don't leave a review, but feel the need to speak up. 1) 2 story building with no working elevator. we had 3 people and six suitcases. The front desk was quick to let us know that there were no working elevators and no rooms available on the 1st floor. No one at the service desk offered to help with the luggage, not the night that we arrive nor the day that we checked out. I actually asked for help and the response was, there was no one to help @ this time. Aslo the shuttle from the aitport never showed, paid 40 for an uber and the next day when they claimed that there were shuttle services from the hotel to the airport,was already 2 crowed and again called for an uber. The employess looked Very nice in their uniforms. (2 nice to help the customers carrie their luggage up a flight of steps. HORRIBEL!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is very convenient to get to the airport ... also the old tim bar is a gem However there is a guy that does the aiport shuttle ( mature white guy with black an gray beard) he sucks terrible service from him.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They suggested some areas of the city my wife and I might want to visit, directed us to the Big Bus tours of those areas, and even called taxi and explained to the driver where we wanted to go. We were first time visitors, but we had a great time in Miami, in large part do to the advice the staff gave us.

From the moment i got to the hotel the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly a true professional. She was attentive to my needs of an early check in and found a room available immediately i was so appreciative especially after a 4 day cruise i was exhausted and wanted to relax on my last day in Miami. The room was very clean and very comfortable the hotel was really clean and the cleaning staff where awesome locals friendly as well. Couldn't ask for a better stay in Miami. Thank you Ramada in Miami for being beautiful people will definitely book a room here again. 10 stars 🌟

It’s not a bad place to stay. We have been here before, but this time, breakfast is NOT included as it was before. Also, don’t try to call this place, they never answer the phone! Luckily, we were able to flag down the shuttle at the airport as no one would answer our call.

The front desk guy, Julio, was great. Even let us park uo front. The facility was nice and clean and looked to be recently remodeled. My only complaint was the noise. The street is busy 24/7 and the room doesnt dampen the sound enough. I was up by 6am and couldnt go back to sleep, it was so noisy. We even had the AC running to give some white noise and it didnt even touch it.

Great location, price, and clean for a night stay prior to traveling via Miami International Airport. Shuttle takes you to and from airport every hour. This alone is worth the stay. We left our vehicle on the property instead of parking at airport. The fee is only $6 per day! We will definitely be staying here again for future travel plans out of Miami.

I booked with the breakfast, but the lady at the counter for the breakfast room did not even try to check, she just keep repeating “it’s 25$”…she did not give a damn at all, showing no customer orientation. pub adjacent to hotel is very nice though ! Shuttle runs only every hours , and even if it’s back at the hotel they won’t bring anyone else.

Great location. The free shuttle was a joke. The driver blew by us in the far lane. We had to pay for an Uber. The reception workers were pretty laid back. No sense of urgency. The room was clean and a nice size. The bed was very firm. Not good for me but some would probably love it. The restaurant, Old Toms was extremely busy. The food was good but the service was not. Our waitress was good but just didn’t have enough help. The pool was decent and it was nice by the pool area. Overall a good stay but a few things need work. The price for our room was excellent. This hotel is right near the airport.
