Stayed 2 nights

Horrible experience we had to move rooms because of the roaches when we first walked in. Now second room we moved into also had roaches bt bigger ,the toilet didn’t work the ceiling was completely wet. Called maintenance to report it. In his words !!! “you don’t have a humidifier?” to take out the moisture in the room. No Wi-Fi the channels on the TV didn’t work. I called the front desk. I was told that the apps didn’t work because the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough for the rooms.. extremely disappointed as I checked out front desk asked how was my stay just so happened maintenance was there I clearly said I didn’t enjoy my stay and to my surprise. They both laughed.. I believe the hotel needs to be shut down I’m very disappointed I wasted over $500 of my hard earned money on a dump.

The hotel is older but is very nice and conveniently located. The walk to the beach is super short which is AMAZING. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. We would stay here again. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days with children. I would recommend this to anyone.

Room was very clean; room attendant is very pleasant, security and grounds folks were very pleasant. Property is wore out. Check-in staff act wore out. Amenities are extremely limited. Water in front of hotel is full of sea-plant debris. We could not swim due to double red flag, but wouldn’t want to anyway per nasty water. Pool and pool was crowded, so we spent the day at Pier Park. Summary: Casa Loma is an overpriced, wore out hotel. We would have kept traveling if refund was available. Thankfully, we only reserved one night.

Unfortunately, it was a very outdated hotel. We were only there for one night waiting on our Margaritaville resort for the next day, but it was very small and very inconvenient due to not having an elevator to get luggage upstairs. The view was great, and the pool was nice just very unsatisfied with the room.
