Room and lobby were nice. Wish they had a shuttle or transportation to and from Hard Rock Stadium for the football game though since it’s an NFL sponsored hotel. It was great to have a Starbucks drink menu at the bar.

The Courtyard Marriott is a smaller cosy hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Close to Aventura Mall voted the best Mall in US! The room had a coffee machine, and balcony to pool and the bed was very comfortable. I used the pool gym and the laundry room for washing and drying my clothes. Breakfast was great and staff very attentive at all times. The Bistro was great as was the little shop by the reception. Great restaurants nearby and close to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Hard Rock Guitar Casino. I even found time to play bridge in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. Miami was also fantastic but much more expensive. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

The hotel was not confortable to me. The breakfast and meal options were insuffisantes and tasteless. There is no restroom at the hotel entrance. The staff were good and the rooms were reasonabley clean. The pool was quite small. I wont consider staying again. I left one day before. I requested a refund but received a negative response from you which did not satisfy me at all.

The room and beds are very clean. Parking spots and the neighborhood are good. Although this hotel doesn’t have any restaurant inside, just a Starbucks coffee shop with Starbucks breakfast menu. They advertised having a heated pool although it was not working. One elevator was under repair and with the holiday season crowd in Aventura, Fl the waiting time for elevator was long. In general it is a good hotel and we had a relaxing family trip.

Great friendly and efficient staff, clean inviting lobby, pool area well maintained,nice rooms, All in all very pleasant stay . Breakfast a bit of an issue.. not enough staff, it’s a Starbucks shop, limited menu,and if you are 3 people you pay for third person?.. felt it could have been better handled. No second cup of coffee? Will definitely stay there again.

My stay here was made comfortable by the amazing staff. The front desk was very hospitable and generous to my family. They had booked us all rooms near to each other despite separate reservations. The restaurant service was also very convenient and had the added bonus of starbucks coffee available. I would definitely recommend this stay for business or short term stays. I'm not the biggest fan of the miami area as its not walkable and has limited public transportation, but this location was central to the purpose of my stay. I was able to uber at a reasonable cost to malls, various stores, Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas

My room wasn’t clean and it was only on checking out they told me it was every other day it gets cleaned. The front desk receptionist when I asked her if I can get a later check out her attitude was stink. That was my last trip to Miami honestly it wasn’t even worth it

Good location, shopping centers nearby, Hollywood Beach 15 minutes by car, parking included, various breakfast options, the pool is an ideal size and depth, excellent attention from the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms very good, I just wish they were cleaned daily.

The hotel was perfectly located for my needs. The room was very spacious. The staff were friendly. The coffee shop in the lobby was very good. The coffee and the food were both good and not overly expensive. We had an issue with the ac not working but they were able to change my room quickly. Overall it’s a good experience and I will stay there again.

Staff was super friendly and offered us a free upgrade at check in. They also provided us with a late checkout and offered to store our bags for us while we waited to catch our evening flight. Restaurant staff were very friendly and service was great. Rooms were clean and courtyard was beautiful surrounding the pool. We will be staying again next time we are back in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the manager Yorby Urda . He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to guests’ happiness. All of the front desk staff were helpful, happy, friendly and efficient! I had a problem with my air conditioner unit and within moments of my call to the front desk, a friendly and capable technician was at my door and had the a/c working in less than 5 minutes! Great service, clean & comfortable.

The check in process was not good, they were not knowledgeable which caused them to double charge me. Now instead of having that extra money available on my trip i have to wait 7-10 business days to get that money back which was over $400.

UPON ARRIVAL I WENT TO A ROOM WHERE THE BED HAD THE SHEET OFF AND THE TV WAS ON!!!!! FOR THE PRICE I PAID I HAD TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY (I GUESS FOR THEM TO QUICKLY CKEAN A ROOM) WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO THE ROOM! THERE I MET ANOTHER PERSONS THANK YOU NOTE AND MY NAME WAS ON NOT THE WELCOME SCREEN ON THE TV. I’M REQUESTING MY MO RY BACK!!!!! POOR SERVICE!

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this Courtyard. Our check in was smooth and easy with Andice taking good care of us. Room was clean and comfortable. No real outside noise to speak of. Location was great, lots to do in this area and not too far from the beach.

We choose the hotel because onthe booking page it was said that the hotel have a restaurant, but it’s not really a restaurant, it’s kind Caffé, they have sandwiches and breakfast, not entrees. This was kind a problem because we were there during the hurricane Milton and we thought that would be better if the hotel had a real restaurant in case of flooding or heavy rains due to hurricane. Luckily we were not in the hurricane cone, so there was no flooding or strong winds or rain storms and we are able to go to a restaurant. But I think it would be more informative if it was clear the restaurant is not a real restaurant, but much more a caffe. Other than that the hotel is really good.
