Motel 6-Dothan, AL

The person behind the desk was rude. Then when I get to my room the sheets have hair, stains and hair on my pillow. I took pictures and immediately went back to the front desk. She acted like she didn’t believe me huffed and said I have to go check it out to make sure it’s true. I said I had pictures and she told me that wasn’t good enough. Told me I wouldn’t be getting my money back. We went to the room and I showed her everything I seen. She then calls her manager and they try to offer me a different room. At this point I don’t trust the place. You could smell weed everywhere and my first room wasn’t clean. The manager did tell her to refund me since it had only been 5 minutes since I checked in.

This was the worst motel I've ever entered. And it was a motel 6. We stayed for all of 15 minutes, repacked the car and left. Literally didn't even care about the money lost it was so bad. I would have felt safer in a walmart parking lot.

Rust door, inside lock broken, fire alarm hanging by a wire, towel rod broken, used soap in shower, tv didn’t work. Worst hotel I have ever been in. The photo in the advertisement is not this motel. Nasty broken down place. People on the floor above me tossing cig butts over the rail on my truck. Noise outside till midnight.

3rd time having an issue with the toilets not flushing right
