very budget appropriate/friendly for me- light breakfast offered- great staff ( manager Gil, attendant Sam and the rest of the crew ) ; very close to a lot of stores, like food chain, grocery, and a gasoline station , (-) 10 minutes away from Bradley University , walk in shower , only 2 floors ( no elevator ) - every time we visited Peoria for the past 4 years -> we have stayed here and enjoyed every time during our stay.

The people working there are great they are very nice and it was clean . The parking lot is not secure there's no cameras in the parking lot my car was broken into this morning at 4:00. They act like it was no big deal they could have cameras in the parking lot on both sides. They also know that homeless people live out there in the dumpsters and hang out by there and they do nothing about it. So if you want your stuff stolen stay there but I wish they would try to do something about the homeless problem they have hanging out in their lot breaking into people's stuff.

I stay at a lot of pet friendly, less expensive hotels. This Best Value Inn is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Room climate responded to adjustments (yay). Staff was friendly and helpful. Skip the lobby breakfast. Very easy on/off interstate.

The place was clean nothing special but thats what i paid for! Parking lot very well lite! Roomwas tidy and had what was advertised! 3 night stay worked out for me and my wife! Convenient stores and restaurants!

My room had crickets and ants in it. The men’s restroom in the lobby was said to be out of order for 3 weeks. My room door was rotted at the bottom. Won’t stay again!

America's Best Value Inn was in a decent area and easy to get to with a clean exterior. The front desk person was nice and helpful. The lobby was also bright and clean. However, the room was not the best, even for the price. It was fairly clean but had stained furniture. The room itself wasn't terrible, but the whole place had a thick smoke/weed smell, even though its allegedly a "smoke free" hotel. It unfortunately made me nauseous very quickly, and I had to stay somewhere else. I checked out shortly after checking in. I also had a pet with me and didn't want to risk staying there with him. If you're okay with that kind of smell, this place is probably a good deal and fit for you. I personally wasn't going to be able to stay there the couple nights I booked.

My daughter and I found long, dark hairs on our pillows and sheets. They did not look like they had been changed. The bathroom was worse. The shower drain was covered in black hair and there was dirt and hair in the shower. the toilet pedestal had hair stuck on it and dirt around the base. The dresser had thick dust on the top. We left and did not stay the night.

Location was great. Front desk staff were fine. The room appeared clean, but I took a shower and walked out to get dressed and the soles of my feet were filthy, I mean REALLY dirty. The gap around the hallway door was very large, all way around, and the security latch was missing. I discovered that many of the hotel guests are using this facility as long term housing. This fact did not bother me, however, the lack of sufficient cleanliness was very discouraging.

Their continental breakfast consisted of two different kinds of cereal, a few granola bars, and two boiled eggs. There was also poop on the back of our bathroom door in our room.

Stayed here once before, very pleased with the high quality of the lodgings for a reasonable price....rooms are immaculate, staff is always very helpful and friendly, and there's a nice mini breakfast in the morn... my next Peoria stay will be right back here again!

BED BUGS. The bed protectors didn't zip closed. Mattresses pulled away from the wall. Me and my friends have several bed bug bites. Drawing on the lamp shades. Holes in the wall. Wasn't aware of the security deposit. But that's my fault for not reading everything on the website. Was cut a deal for not knowing. I asked for a refund for the bed bugs and was told I had to wait for the manager to come in. Never received any sort of contact or refund. I paid 86 dollars to sleep with bugs.

We have stayed here several times and the rooms are always clean service is great and friendly. Great place to stay very close to all shopping as well and Restaurants.

The place was exactly what we expected. The lobby was spotless. The hallways were outdated. BUT…our room was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and updated. The flooring was all new. The beds were very comfortable. Most importantly the AC worked like a champ on the first hot weekend of the summer. I only marked less than 5 stars based on room for improvement in common areas. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it if just needing a clean, simple room.

We went for a tournament at the civic center. My younger son and I spent the night. The Good-Close to the civic center, next to gas station and food, clean, fair priced, had micro and fridge, staff was onsite and available. The Not-So-Good - The walls are a little thin so you hear more than you want to from the halls and neighboring rooms and the room door had about a 2" gap from door to floor (bigger than normal). The Not-So-Good can be overlooked for the price, quality of hotel, and cleanliness. I would stay here again.

Very simple and basically you get what you pay for. It is very loud here, you will hear all the neighbors and even the very loud train in the middle of the night/early morning. It’s fine if there are no other places available or if you will be saving a lot more by staying here.

Ac sucked had to set it down to 61 just to get it to run,( 84 degrees outside) group of people arguing and screaming most of the night, was told by front desk he had called the room twice and was gonna involve police. Area and parking lot was very sketchy, groups of people just hanging out smoking pot.

Was sound asleep and at 8:30 pm the desk called and told me they needed me at front desk wouldn't tell me why just that they needed me there so I got up and dressed go down there and it was to sign something the clerk forgot to do in the morning which could have waited very inconsiderate

We had a great stay, lobby was very clean and nice, the Front Desk Agent was also very kind, and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled great. Nice size shower and everything worked as it should. The bed was extremely comfortable too. We were fairly close to a busy road but the outside noises were not bad at all. I slept Great! Definitely recommend for a nice easy stay.

I've stayed here several times as a traveler and most of the time it's been ok. However, this most recent time they cancelled my ENTIRE reservation because they wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call and let them know I would be arriving the next morning. So, after working a 12 hour night shift, I had to find a new hotel and hope they would allow me to check in early and put out another $300.00. The guy at the desk didn't seem even the slightest remorseful. Now, I can't even get ahold of them to approve my refund, which has been unsuccessful in the past.

Very sketchy location, very sketchy people hanging around. we only stayed here for a quick night away to go clubbing, the ratings online are much nicer than they should be. it felt like a very dirty prison. our room had tissues stuck in the peep hole as well as a ton of big crumbs all over the floor. on the way back to the motel from the bars, our uber driver said “i don’t think you guys know where you’re staying”. sadly, we did. and we regret it. for how pricey this room actually was, we should have just spent a little more for a nice hotel across the river. would have been WELL worth it.

Have stayed here before several times, always a well run place for a quiet, clean, comfy and economical night's rest!....Par-A-Dice Casino (my primary destination) just a mile up the road, super convenient....and downtown Peoria is right across the river!

Everything about this property was exactly as pictured. All parts of the hotel were bright and clean, and the staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. Parking is plentiful and allows for key card access to different entrances throughout the hotel. The location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, as well as convenient to cross the river to Peoria.

For a budget hotel, this was excellent! Clean room, super comfy bed. Breakfast was fine. (who gets a great breakfast in a budget hotel?) They had cold eggs, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice and coffee. It is close to family for us and we will stay again. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

I was only there one night. The place seemed clean, but kind of noisy through the night. Overall, for the price, it was ok. I got up early to get on the road. The breakfast doesn't open until 6:30, so I wasn't able to grab a cup of coffee or anything to eat before I left.

The room was nice. Loved that there was no carpet. The bathroom ceiling has some cracked paint. The need was a bit noisy when "not sleeping". The people at the desk were very friendly. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, prepackaged little muffins, cereal, OJ, and coffee. I wish they had a waffle maker.
