The room was nice and quiet. The breakfast was okay. Two negative things were no elevator to the second floor so had to carry suitcases up and down the stairs and the chain lock or bar lock was missing from the door in our room.

Hotel advertises an outdoor pool, which they do not have. It was 87 degrees during our stay. The outdoor pool would have been nice to have as expected. The scrambled eggs at breakfast terrible!

This property is being renovation. The updates to the rooms with new beds, flooring and getting a face lift is a great improvement. I have to say that the staff and service was excellent. They were very accommodating to my needs and situation. The renovated indoor pool was very clean and refreshing. Definitely needed after the hot sticky weather we were having.

Overall good hotel for the price, we booked a Jacuzzi room as we do no matter where we stay when available and it the tub was HUGE. Major plus. Only real complaints where the parking lot was glare ice and it didn't appear to be getting salted. So be cautious of that. Front desk staff was friendly to my wife and I, room was overall pretty decent. Has been recently remodeled. Bed was fairly comfy, there was a hockey tournament or something in town with lots of small children running around so a little noisy but that's to be expected with kids being kids. Overall we would definitely stay there again, only 10 minutes from Treasure Island and right off highway 61 next to Perkins. Good location, and again the big Jacuzzi in the room was a major plus. Not like the kind you find in most rooms. Pricing was better compared to the other options in the area as well.

Stayed from Thursday to Sunday-trash was not taken out, dirty towels were not picked up, had to ask for clean towels, fly in the room, and bed was not made for short people.

I checked in and I was hoping to find a clean room. I honestly do not exaggerate when I tell you the fridge had mold growing in it. I took pictures as well, I will not be staying here or in any of these hotel chains ever again! 😡

This hotel does not have a comfy feel to it at all. The room we had had hard-surface flooring which is an instant turn off for us. The room was also not really clean as there was noticeable debris all through the room and bathroom. Then there was the noise issue. Starting around 8 pm, which I know is early for most, but regardless the noise from above began. The noise coming through from the room above us was unreal. It sounded like the people above us were running from end to end of their room and jumping about recklessly. It made the walls shake — I am not exaggerating. We called the front desk twice between the time it began and about 10:30 pm. The noise did not end until around midnight. There was sporadic thumping and stomping and it was very difficult to get any rest. The breakfast was unappetizing and my husband through most of his food away. I did not eat anything. It did not appeal to me at all.

Quality large room with couch and desk, quiet heater, microwave, and refrigerator. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Viral (bame of general manager) was friendly and efficient. Breakfast till 10 am Sunday allowed for sleeping in.

At 4am I got the bright idea to just go turn it off, so I got one hour of nice and quiet sleep, Also our room was right next to an exit door which kept opening and slamming shut, enough to startle someone trying to sleep. I’m just being nit picky at this point, and next time I visit Red Wing I will absolutely stay in this hotel again.

I only spent one night in the hotel. The refrigerator and microwave were a nice feature. The bed was not very comfortable for me and I found the room noisy - had to turn off the heater and move the microwave off of the refrigerator to sleep. Breakfast was just okay.

It is a nice enough hotel. A couple shortcomings. The check in process took forever with me having to provide my license and Credit card four separate times to the front desk clerk. The room and bed were fine. Weirdly there is no elevator and we were assigned a second floor room much to the dismay of my 85 year old mother. The check in was such a hassle that I didn't dare try to switch rooms for her to the first floor.

Check in was such a great experience. Desk clerk was super friendly and welcoming with such a sweet smile (young man probably early 20s). The first room had some issues (I don’t think it was meant to be given out because it smelt like fresh drywall and beds were unmade). The desk clerk was so apologetic and immediately switched us to a new room. So clean and very well maintained hotel. My third time staying here when I’m in town, and I will definitely stay again.

The motel was good. As a person with severe hearing loss, I was unable to understand the person at the desk when I arrived. A strong accent along with lightning fast talking made any hearing or lip reading impossible. He was pleasant enough, though. I was uncomfortable handing my credit card over when I had no idea what he was saying.

Stayed here after a concert and had a comfortable stay. Had reserved a room with a hot tub but there was a malfunction with the hot tub before my arrival and had to switch to a lower room type but they informed me about it a few days before arrival to let me decide what i wanted to do. They also said they would refund the price difference between the room we reserved and the room we got. The breakfast had the coolest pancakes machine i've ever seen in a hotel. It had me and three other women watching it while it made my breakfast.

Very friendly, very clean, beautiful room, nice price. The only thing i could possibly think about improving is more breakfast selection. It was so nice checking into our room and everything worked. Usb chargers on both sides of the bed!!
