I did not know parking is an additional $10 plus tax per day when i booked the venue. The area this hotel is located is not a downtown big city where space is a premium and I feel it's a rip off to charge for parking.

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle came right on time for 5am pick up and got us to the airport in a timely manner. The only down fall is there isn't a hot tub, only a pool.

There was no parking available in your parking lot. We had to park 2 business down and walk with our luggage to our room. And then charged $10 for parking. Ridiculous!

Very clean property and rooms. Extreme comfy beds. Excellent customer service. My only complaint was the $10 overnight parking fee. We weren't even there 24 hours as our flight left early in the morning. We didn't leave our car there other than the few hours we were there to sleep. Seems ridiculous to be charged to park at a hotel you're staying at.

The hotel seemed shabby, and in need of some updates. My room smelled stale, almost like body odor and old cigarettes. The bathroom floor was disgusting, so much so that I had to lay towels on the floor to climb out of the shower without steps in all the hair left by the cleaners. All of this said, my relatives’ room next door to me was fine.

Standards are uniformly high. Wallpaper starting to peel, maybe some glue would be good to help with the decor impression, but that's so minor. And fridge made loud noises so I had to unplug it to sleep. But I told front desk about it.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington. We checked in late and there was a bit of a line that went extremely fast. The staff was exceptional. Very nice and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Very nice property in a great area. As long as you don't need customer service you will enjoy the place :) The service is horrible!!!! It looks like there is a mandatory policy of ignoring calls from the rooms or letting the phone ring for at least 15 minutes before it is answered and this is not just for the front desk. I have a long list of the things that was not great but will post it when I have a little more time.

The hotel was nice enough. The staff was excellent. My main complaint is paying for parking. The hotel has a huge parking lot, many years old yet they charge you to park there on top of the cost of the room. If they offered security I could understand but nothing special. We went to WalMart around the corner, We didnt feel safe. Homeless laying all around, beggars. We did Mall of America and went to the town of Edina for a meal. The hotel is convenient for that.

Stayed here in between flights. Nice efficient shuttle to and from airport. Bar and dining in hotel. Kind of spendy but there’s an Outback next door. I would recommend staying here. They do charge for parking. We didn’t have a vehicle . Would have been nice to have a small complimentary breakfast.

Hotels are getting to be like airlines charging for every little thing. I think the breakfast was sub-par and $18.00 was ridiculous.The coffee was attrocious. Starbucks server was not friendly and coffee there also not great. The good things front desk attendants were pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable.

The front staff desk and bar staff in the evening was great. The hostess at Jake's on Sat & Sun left something to be desired. The chef making omelets and pancakes was as rude as could be. Opted for stay with breakfast -will not do that again at this location No body wash. Never received new towels after 2nd day as we were told housekeeping would be by

We had two adjoining rooms with our son and 2 granddaughters. 1. The first night there was no cook. No dinner at the restaurant. Ordered pizza. 2. Breast fast was buffet only, $18 plus tax each. Didn’t know $10 for kids. 3. Second night, restaurant was not open. Nobody informed us there was a full menu at the bar. So, my son and husband brought leftover pizza from room fridge down to mini mart to heat up that in a small microwave. NO MICROWAVE IN ROOMS. It was a real struggle for 5 of us for over 2 days. We purchased these rooms thinking we could get food at this restaurant. We spent a great deal of $ at the little mini mart. A candy bar was $5. It really did affect our stay. Hence the 2 star rating. We were told “not busy enough to open the restaurant. Ugh

This is a really nice hotel, although a little older, it has been well updated. Room was very nice and comfortable. I didn't have time to use the lobby or restaurant but it looked great. The only problem was upon checking in when there was one person working and training another. While I was trying to check in, my person had to keep going back to help the trainee with whatever she was trying to do. I would have appreciated being checked in as I was next in line.

Rooms were clean enough but it was very humid in the rooms, even with A/C on blast. Front desk was okay, not particularly friendly and did not mention anything about paid parking (we saw the sign in the elevator after). Location is good, close to the Mall of America and MSP.
