The location was great, and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel price was reasonable, and the fitness center was sufficient for a good morning workout. I would definitely stay here again - 10/10 would recommend.

I liked that their were amenities like a pool and workout room. I would rather have free continental breakfast offered rather than a $15 breakfast. There was also a leak in the hallway outside of my room. The staff did address it quickly and workers were fixing the problem before I left the property.

It was clean and quiet, I liked the lobby area. The only thing we didn't like was didn't get a chance to enjoy hot tub and pool because everyone lets their kids run wild and it was always full.

Room was clean and visited daily LOVED THAT! Ongoing construction led to som services lacking such as no business office available. Pool and hot tub area clean but needing some upgrade in finishes. Shower stall is tight for average sized adult. Bed was very firm so woke with sore backs. Aesthetically pleasing in the room and hallways. Elevators were a mess due to construction and should be cleaned up and new protections installed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Again very nice to have the room serviced after each evening.

Nice area however when I turned the folitted sheet down to check and make sure there were no bugs the mattresses on BOTH beds had disgusting stains all over them!!! The room smelled really bad as well. I didn’t want to complain so I slept on my side next to the cold window all night just so I wasn’t touching any of the stains.

Great hotel staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job in tending to the rooms every day. It’s a great location to stay if you are in town playing at Grand Park for any sporting event. The diamonds were about 12 minutes away by car. There is also a Starbucks right across the street if you need your morning coffee fix.

Everything was fine , except the overnight front desk agent. The night I arrived he was very rude , and acted like my checking in was a problem. He was in his cell phone when I approached the desk upon check in. I don’t care if ppl go all out or just do their job. It’s fine either way. He was not friendly, and truly made us feel unwelcome. When asked what was available for delivery close by he responded .. “huh… nothin. McDonald’s I guess, you’re too late for anything” I asked if we could get stuff delivered if I found something by and he acted again like it was a problem. We did get food delivered, there was quite a bit open1 am to be honest, when the food arrived he called and said , you ordered food , as a statement not a question, I replied yes, he said it’s here , and hung up. When we came downstairs to get the pizza I thought it would be around the front desk, so I was looking in that area. He walked by the pizzas across the room, pointed at the boxes and just kept going about his day. Again. I don’t need extra treatment. But common courtesy is valued. The guy was obviously not hospitable. Everyone else was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Ran out of towels, wash clothes, soaps, and shampoo refused to have anyone resupply once we ran out. The pillows in the bed were completely warn down. Front desk seemed agitated with any question brought forth. Elevator sounded and acted like it was in serious need of repair. The items that cost money were well re-supplied daily.

Upon check-in lady at the desk was on her phone and hardly greeted me. Booked two rooms together, cost the same but in the end one bill was more than the other. Somehow, someone charged stuff from their store to my room but no one in my family purchased. Had to call the desk the next day, even though it was refunded back to me, it still was upsetting that someone can charge to your room without you knowing it. They should ask for an ID and not just name n room number.

The property is undergoing renovations and the dining room was not as expansive as it will be in the future. Even though there is a Lot of construction going on, they kept the noise down. The beds are very comfortable. The microwave was too high for me to use. It could have been on a lower shelf. All staff are so nice and helpful. The receptionists and wait staff in the dining area couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

It was very nice to have the room served by housekeeping daily to keep my room fresh. This is often a service that is lacking in other hotels. The staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast when I had it was quite tasty and fresh. Having the option to order or have the breakfast bar was nice. It would be nice for a portion of the breakfast to be included in the price of the room but the service was great and the food was better than those that offer it as a part of the room cost so for me traveling for work it wasn't a turn off, if you were traveling with a family and needed to pay this out in addition it might be a turn off.
