Bit pricey for what you get, but it was clean and the check-in check-out process was easy. There is no outside space worth using, which is a bit of a disappointment when the weather is nice. Internet should be free whether or not you are a Bonvoy member.

The lobby and the gym were lovely. The staff at front desk were not so knowledgeable. They almost charged us for WiFi after saying it was free as well as breakfast which we paid for upon booking. The pillows were too soft and my neck was aching for the entire 3 day stay.

Very clean and spacious with quality amenities. However, the pool was small and cold ❄️! Other people said the same thing and there wasn't a hot tub. For the price I would have expected at least a Continental breakfast 🥞. The WORST part was being charged almost $200 extra upon check-in for incidentals 😡. I had booked online with a no refund policy so we didn't have a choice at that point! We were told it would go back on our debit card after our stay! I haven't EVER had that happen before and we have traveled a lot. We won't be staying here again.

Try he area was fine but our room did not have soap in the shower. The room took 12 hours to cool down. There were not any trash bags in the room at all. Water smelled dirty.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Indianapolis for two nights. Overall, the establishment was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Was ok. Pillows were terrible. Felt like balled up cotton balls all over… woke me several times in middle of night. Also, we could head everyone and thing in the halls. But it seemed very clean and front desk was very pleasant. Easy check in and out. Overall stay was, ok.

Rooms are nice. The one thing I didnt care for was the glass barn style sliding door for the bathroom. It would not stay shut, and it lights up the entire room at night time

Clean hotel, friendly staff. We needed towels and toilet was messed up at one point. Both times I called the service desk and had someone to my room within 5 minutes. My daughter slept on the pullout and we had requested an extra comforter. They only brought us an extra blanket which would have been fine but the blanket was very old and the fabric felt melted and matted. They brought us the same style blanket after we requested a comforter again. I ended up just buying her a cheap blanket at Walmart. Overall a nice stay.

I was not pleased by the encounter I had with the night desk attendant. She was EXTREMELY rude, very unpleasant. She made the check in experience a lot worse than it needed to be. I was told I was asking too many questions, and she was blatantly disrespectful with eye rolling and smart remarks. She made for a horrible experience. Once we actually made it to our room after all the confusion, the accomodations were nice. I wish we could have had a smoother transaction.

When I initially checked in by a very kind and sweet young lady (Christina) she was the best! This young lady went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great! Wel’ll she did that under the circumstances and I will forever be great full and will recommend others to stay. Best in Carmel/Indy

For the prices of rooms I feel that a Breakfast should be provided for guests. I ate at the breakfast buffet and it was very basic for a buffet charging $ 18.00 per person, certainly not worth the price. Let me give a compliment to the server who was working on those days 2/12 and 2/12. She was very attentive and pleasant. It’s nice to see workers such as she was!!

Disappointed there was no breakfast included! The breakfast buffet was VERY over priced for what was on it. Will definitely shop around next time for the same level hotel that included free breakfast. The waitress for the breakfast buffet was very nice and polite, no problem with her , just a big price rip off, disappointing!! She should be commended for her service!

Nice restaurant and bar on site! Very pleasant and efficient staff! The hotel, rooms, bathrooms and conference rooms were spotless! I was here for a conference and the food was very nice , always water and soda available! The only thing I would change is that there is coffee and tea available for entire conference as was the water and soda.
