Michael at the front desk was WONDERFUL, helped us check in early, and made a fresh batch of cookies just for us. That was the only positive about this stay. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was not working, the room and everything in it was damp, the bathroom had bugs and was not very clean. It was so unpleasant, we looked for another place to stay shortly after arriving.

If you are looking for a night stay and dont want to pay double the other hotel rates then this is your place. Its a nice place but needs TLC and updating. No in room phones or USB connections, key cards in back exit don't work. Pass on the pool area also. If you dont like stairs ask for main floor as there is no elevator.

Loved are stay! The women at the front desk was super helpful and nice the night we checked in. The pool was clean and warm enough to actually play in it. The room was very clean and comfortable.

This property was a little dated and worn but nothing was broken down or dirty for the most part. Room was fine. The hotel can use better lighting around the parking lots since there are many dark spots. Also the exterior entry doors to get to your room faster (which bypasses the front desk) were just left unlocked so anyone with or without a key card can walk in. There is a card reader there but it was broken. I bring that up since even I as a guy felt a little uneasy about the lighting and access setup. This is a high traffic hotel and I was booking somewhat off season. Breakfast had a large array of offerings which included hot items which were good even though some fridge items like the yogurt were a little past their prime. I think the fridge they store them in freezes them instead of it keeping them cold. Over all it’s a good clean hotel for the price with quick access to / from the highway.

The rooms are in poor condition. The beds are not cleaned under apparently because we found mens underwear under the bed, along with socks, make-up, pens etc. The toilet wasn't sealed to the floor properly and the pipes kept making noises. Stay somewhere else.

The staff was very nice, however, we had to switch rooms because our first room smelled so musty and moldy. the second room was better. Building is old and rooms are ok, but not great. peeling paint, dents, and an overall damp feeling throughout.

The pool and hot tub are great. The rooms are dated. The heater sounded like a diesel truck taking off on the interstate each time it kicked on. The halls were noisy, especially in the AM. Decided to leave at 2am and driving home because my kids woke up every time the heater kicked on or someone entered/exited their room.

I didn’t like that the beds were just full size. I had to get a rollaway bed just so we could sleep. Between the size of my husband and my teenage son, there was not enough room for me to sleep with them.

We were going to The Wilds and it was very convenient as it was 15 minutes away. The room was nice but a little dirty in the bathroom, the fan did not work and the room temperature could not be regulated as the air conditioning had a mind of it's own. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Front desk was rude and wasn't helpful, ask to be put closer to friends that are disabled and we have met there for 4 years, we play cards and eat together, and was told only manager could change rooms, we were placed opposite ends of hotel. Our room door didn't open until 4th time going front desk, we didn't get our wake up call. One good thing was maid was very nice and helpful.

All the staff were efficient , friendly , and compassionate. I forgot some personal items in the room, and the manager personally dropped the items off at the post office to get them back to us. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Day and night shift worker at desk rude. Asked to have trash taken out of room and fresh towel s at 11 a.m. and was told "rooms are made up daily". When we returned at 7 p.m. nothing was done. When asked the person working the desk said since our room was at the front of the hall, the cleaners would have made rounds in the morning only! Why didn't they just say rhat at 11 when we asked. Hot tub was out of service and not posted on website. Brekfast was bare minimum. Will not stay here again and we come through this area on a monthly basis.

I didnt like that i requested an early arrival, was told that should be availble. Got there with my lunch about 1;30-1:4/ish to be told there would be no early arrival. Had picked up lunch on the way, then asked to sit in the breakgast area and was told absolutely not. It was clean and sanitized. Never been anywhere that this area was shut down and not availble for use other then for breakfast. Not a good start to my trip. It did get better although i had made q reservations and asked to have a room i wouldnt have to move from after the first night. I didnt have to move but my room was put into lockdown. I sent my son fro whwre they were syaying to get somethinf from my room and the key had been turned off. Big inconvenience!!

Staff was outstanding!!! Room was clean, and comfortable. Usually quiet, had a frw nights when neighbors were a little noisy, but not outrageous. Breakfast was good, loved the pancake maker. Only downside to stay was thay had to decommission the hot tub.

Staff very helpful and friendly upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the shower head was amazing with different settings. Breakfast was a great and an adventure with an automated pancake machine and a toaster that could do multiple slices of toast at a time. Plus fresh fruit, eggs and sausage.

Everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Double sheets (over and under the comforter) is a plus. The self-serve breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

It was an adequate room. Husband enjoyed the coffee machine and coffee provided. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Had a problem with the towels, being excessively bleached, as the bleach smell transferred to my skin. Otherwise, it was a place to stay and close to restaurants and other attractions. Room pictured above was not our room.
