No microwave, coffee .aler or fridge in room. Staff was very nice and helpful, trying to turn the place around. Worked fine for us as only a place to sleep while visiting family, did not leave or stuff in room while we were not there to be cautious. Bed was comfortable and clean.bare bones.

It should be against the law to rent people a room over a $1 if it’s not clean an full of roaches. The floor looked as if it was never mopped, the night stand had stains from someone spilled drink. When I went to take a shower I opened up the towel an a roach hopped out. Roaches was crawling around on the bathroom sink an in the room. Definitely wasn’t worth me paying almost $200.

It was so dirty ! Sheets ! Floor look like they never been cleaned. The bathroom don’t even use it don’t touch the toilet or walls don’t even shower it was disgusting !!!!

The first room they gave us has a bad cigarette smell. Asked to get moved but still the same. Rooms are dirty and have small cockroaches. Walls were thin and you can hear everything from the outside like the windows were open. Theres also motorcycles revving inside the property at 3am to 4am. All the noise kept us up all night. We are booked for 4 nights but had to cancel it. They only refunded us for 1 night. And we just booked to a different hotel. Worse place to stay.

The room honestly was disgusting. Stained towels and bedding, dirty walls, dirty floors, crimes have definitely been committed here with little effort to clean or cover up. With that being said, you get what you pay for in a roadside motel in Vegas.

Out of our 4 night stay, we killed 3 cockroaches! Tiles were loose and were taped with blue tape. Bathroom sink was scratched. The commode had a brown stain. The microwave door was loose, and there was no Kleenex in the room. Plus, our neighbors were so loud even at 2:00 in the morning! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Unfortunately this building needs to be taken down and build new. Very outdated and gross. Nothing was clean. Towels where used. And folded up from last People. It was none smoking unit but was a smoke smell. Over all was very disappointing,, ended up driving 20 minutes to sleep on my friends couch...

I reserved my non smoking room over a week before check in date. I get a call asking if I’m gonna be there. I say yes. I get there that night. They check me in after waiting in the main room for at least 10 minutes before someone came out. Then they have me pay, give me keys and send me out. I get to my room and instantly after I open the door it smells like someone smoked a full pack 5 minutes before I came in. I go back to the desk person and tell them the situation. Cigarette smoke gives me major migraines. I can’t sleep in there. They just said, well I can give you a refund but not till tomorrow morning. I have to come back in the next day after having to drive around the night before for an hour before any other place is found. Then they tell me that I can’t have a full refund even though I stepped about 2 feet into the room before fully turning around and out. Crappy service. Crappy place. And then they steal your money. Do. Not. Go. Here.

The Hotel is an old dump they keep going for those who can't pay the price of find another option for a decent room. It was pretty clean, but it was hard to tell it was so old and beat up. I'll definitely not stay there again.

It was really noisy, especially when we tried going to bed we had the upper floor that was facing the freeway, and a motorcyclists kept running his bike blasting music. The door has spacing so it made it even louder, we had the put a towel on the floor to block out the breeze and noise a little bit. I had also requsted to have extra towels, and pillows and when we got there we didnt have that. When I told the front desk she got really annoyed and then came out to us with the towels and pillows while we were unloading, telling us to just take it up. The floor was really gross, we couldn't walk on it bare foot without our feet getting black, the ac didnt blow that good either, and the sheets had stains on it. Definitely won't be staying here again and do not recommend.

The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The area has a lot to do such as casinos, bars and dining options. If you do not mind staying a little further from the strip this is a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

The staff here is very warm, inviting and friendly. The property is well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The area has multiple dining options and lots to do. Boulder Station is within walking distance. Great place to stay if you don't mind being a little further from the strip. Highly recommend.

We never checked in due to the condition of the office and parking lot. The homeless and drug addicts were overrunning the area. The area was filthy and the office window was cracked. Very seedy.

It's a rough area, and while I understand you're trying to improve it, the people who frequent the hotel can be intimidating. When we came out to unload our car, a strange lady appeared out of nowhere, creepily grinning at us. She was standing on the steps near our room. One of us had to stand guard while we unloaded our belongings, which was quite unsettling.

Stayed 4 days.. Staff was great! Coffee was Good. Good hot water. They ran out of breakfast items. Rooms were needed to be cleaned better. Floors we're dirty. Had coffee all over in the sink and counters. Interesting night life around the area. Overall i had a Good experience.

The property was shabby and not at all worth staying in. The bathroom faucet was leaking, interior was not pleasant looking and most importantly, they only served coffee, muffin and donut in the breakfast, and that too has to be take away. I booked because of Radisson's name. Such a nasty experience.

Very bad state of the property Even though I booked a non smoky room we got a room that smelled like disgusting cigarette. We asked to change the room but the reception told us that all the rooms are that way. Why do you claim to be a non smoking hotel if you aren't. My wife has Asthma and had a very bad cough. It was late in the night and we didn't have an option to find another hotel. With peak winter, we kept the window open and slept in coldness. While booking we saw the hotel claimed to ha e continental breakfast. All we got was sugary muffins and coffee. The rooms and bathroom were dirty. The rooms located on the second floor are sort of very difficult to get to. We had to climb some steep stairs that were slippery and the steel railing in front of the room was not safe to walk. Overall a very poor experience. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone especially families with young children.

The room smelled so bad like smoke that we forfeited our second night there. We were afraid we would all be sick from the smell. When we told the front desk they said people don’t obey the nonsmoking rules. Breakfast was a joke. Told there would be prepackaged baked goods and coffee. Nothing to eat at all. DO NOT stay in this place unless it is improved!!
