The property was decent for a one night stay. It's definitely more of a motel than a hotel. The quality of the furniture was low but clean. There is a big pothole on the side of the building when you are driving to the back parking lot, there were no safety barriers and could have easily been missed in the dark.

our first room was very dirty, so we changed rooms immediately. The second room was not that much better. The air conditioner leaked so badly that our carpet was soaking wet. I had a very odd mildewy smell as well.

Check in went smooth and the front desk was quick. However, after finally getting into our room (47 minutes waiting for them in the hallway to finish cleaning the room), the room wasnt knocking it out of the park. There was no hand soap in the suite or the bathroom. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room had a lounge chair that was stained in places it shouldn't be.

Way too expensive. Small bed. Restricted WiFi access, and less than expected customer service from front desk. The location is nice with lots of places to go and things to do, but the room itself was not worth the cost. Not even close.

The front office staff was not friendly. Stayed two night and was give two towels. When asked for one additional one, I wasn’t able to obtain. Front office indicated they were being washed asked housekeeping. Housekeeping directed me back to front office. If you’re looking for quick stay with no expectation, this is fine. Central location to Legends mall and restaurants in walking distance. Bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was excellent.

My family and I stayed here for a full week. The property met our needs, nothing special about the property. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, activities, entertainment, and shopping. We did encounter a small issue with ants, but were able to resolve it with some spray. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding staff. Candie was amazing — when we had trouble figuring out how to use the stove, she personally came to our room to help and even provided us with an extra skillet. Valery made sure we always had plenty of towels and all the utensils we needed for grilling. Maria in housekeeping was incredibly attentive, always pausing her work to assist us whenever needed (I regret forgetting to leave a tip — sorry, Maria!). Overall, the staff truly made our stay special and memorable

The area was convenient. Inconvenience is we got the wrong room. Was on the phone with expedia for hours. They wanted me to move locations however nothing was available that weekend. So since i had to stay at that hotel, the expedia employee hung up. No discount, no refund, nothing. On top of that i paid a price of a suite and got a studiofor 2 nights. And the employee there said i was WAY overcharged. Ill only book through the hotel via phone from now on!

We unlocked our room only to find that it was already occupied. When we went down to confront the front desk they only said “yea. We knew we double booked, we just couldn’t remember which room it was”. I had two rooms booked in the same name and our party ended up two floors apart. The floors were sticky and disgusting and the hallways smelled like sewage. Will never stay here again!

I appreciated how quiet this hotel is. I was in town for a music festival at the nearby amphitheater and not only was this hotel a short Uber drive away but there were lots of places to eat nearby. It was very quiet when I returned to my room (which was surprisingly nice!). I slept like a baby after having had so much fun. Will stay there again when visiting the amphitheater.

Our stay was fine. The staff was very friendly and there was almost always someone available. For the price, a breakfast would have been nice. My stay was uneventful, which is a good thing. The beds were comfortable and clean. Water pressure in the shower is fairly low, but workable. I really liked how they treated our pets. Very friendly place.
