The parking situation is a nightmare. You can’t call ahead to the valet and the wait to get your car can be 45 mins. They had one valet working during the day and 5 people at the front desk. Doesn’t work. Rooms are mediocre, nothing fancy.

The Pool area does not have steam room. A lot of people want to use the the steam room, pool and jacuzzi But you need to go to spa at Borgata for this and pay $80 just to use steam room.

I gave this a 3 because I was very disappointed how early the pool and hot tub area closed. People that are traveling a little further and get there a little later in the day can’t enjoy the pool because it closes at 5 and 6pm. Way to early!

While the MGM tower room was great. The Spa is closed. We had to use the Spa at the borgata which is old, outdated. Showers and equipment aren't working. At check-in the front desk was closed so we had to walk to the Borgata to check-in. Yet, the rates at the MGM Tower are higher.

I love the adults only pool area! That is my favorite place to go and relax every time I visit the MGM Tower at Borgata. I love the view of AC from my hotel room! Check-in was great on the mobile app. I was able to check-in on the app and go straight to my room on arrival. I like the convenience of the variety of restaurant choices. I enjoyed dinner at B-Prime Steakhouse. The food and service were delicious!!! I will definitely be back again soon!

This hotel is great! Always have a great time when we stay. Love the fact that thwy have an adult only outdoor pool. Definitely a perk! Drinks are great. Food is delicious and the staff is friendly.

We did not like that there wasn't a casino bar. You have to walk to the "lobby bar" where there is often a long line or the betting bar. My husband and I sat at some slot machines, and we did not see a waitress (there was no option to get a drink on the machine either).

What can I say? My shower was dirty. I had a long day of travel, it was really late, and I had to get up early. I didn't have time to complain to management and have someone come in clean it and still have my shower and sleep. There was hair, and bits of food including a sunflower seed. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Not thrilled about my stay. And I wasn't the only one in my group that had a dirty room. :(

We had a bright light from outside projectors, shine into the room all night that even curtains didn’t help. Coffee machine in the room was dirty, bath towel ripped and old. The toilet paper holder coming off the wall. You can hear people talking through the walls at night. Very disappointing experience. Had much higher expectations for this place.

The stay started ok but quickly became unpleasant as the sheets were rough and thin walls. We spoke with with someone who apologized and took away resort fees. On our last day we noticed we had we had holes in towels and blood on tue sheets that has been covered up by a blanket we broight from home, when called to discuss it a. Ice lady csme and took pictures, however when her supervisor called the said they would have the sheets cleaned i was asked if i had cut myself and didnt notice. I was perplexed as I think i would notice if I had cut myself. I didnt care of the accusation and i was told there was nothing else they could do since resport fees were removed. I would say over all the place looks nice but for the price I would look for something else, since it seems the management staff in national hotel brand is limited in what they can do if there are issues. Atlantic City has plenty of other choices to pick from.

I totally enjoyed my stay at the MGM Towers at the Borgata, and will be planning my next visit in the near future. The cleanliness of the hotel, example the gym, my room, the dinning areas, the entire property was well kept. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Hotel safety is of utmost importance at a hotel, and a felt MGM did a pretty good job with that, security was seen on walking around. The Food court was great, it offered a variety of food options to choose from, and the foood was delicious. The hot tub, and pool area was clean, and well kept. Overalll we enjoyed our stay at the MGM Towers at the Borgata, and have encouraged friends, and family to book their next stay there when they visit Atlantiv City.

The room wasn't cleaned well. Maybe the cleaning staff needs more time to clean the rooms because some areas in the room looks like it's never been cleaned (lights, baseboard, etc..... very dusty and dirty.) Great energy throughout the hotel though!

The hotel and rooms have been renovated and updated. The unique privacy and exclusivity is again worth the extra money compared to other AC hotels. No kids, no noise. Very relaxing

This was my first stay at the MGM Tower. It was a nicer room than I am used to in AC. The room was a little musty when we first entered and the humidity caused a few doors and drawers to swell and not open.

Let's see - the electronic checkin app sucks eggs - no way did it allow me to claim my room on line. It wouldn't trigger any of the sensors. The room was spotless (nice) but the TV didn't work, had a network error message.

MGM is the newer tower. The hallway is nice and very bright which is different from Borgata however the rooms are smaller than Borgata. Bathroom is new and very nice!

Room was ok. I liked that the Water club was removed from all of the casino action. The buffet at the Borgata was very disappointing. Went to the spa - facial was great, massage not so much. Room service options are not great and had to call 3 times for a total of about 45 minutes before someone answered. When they finally did they had an attitude. All said, I wouldn't visit again

Disappointing experience due to lack of service, no restaurant option in the Water Club and no response from in-room dining. The Sunroom (a very nice bar that offered some food) was closed. If you tried to reach in-room dining, or any other department or service…forget about it. You could be on hold for AN HOUR..and have to wait an additional hour to have your food delivered. No service on any level. Very sad as this has previously been a lovely property.

Let me start by saying I’m a travel agent, so I travel a lot!!!! Overall, this was a very “OK” experience. I really wish that I could give it a better score but I’ll explain why I can’t. I had very high hopes. I read a lot of reviews and things before making a reservation at this hotel. I even specifically googled best hotel in Atlantic City and this is one of the top results … as soon as we got there I realized I was wrong. I will be frank… the valet service ruined my outlook on the entire trip, which is horrible considering valet is the first people you get to!! The first young man appeared to be high on something which needless to say makes you very nervous about handing the keys to your car over. They were very rude and unclear about the entire check in parking and Bell service process and sadly this soured the entire trip for me. It’s really sad when you have to judge the entire hotel and casino by the behaviors of the valet but when they are the first impression, it is a very lasting impression. I would expect more. Other than valet the room was nice. The restaurants were nice. The casino was nice but because everything else was just nice and not excellent it made it so that it was all just very “OK”. Personally, I will not be returning to this hotel, and I would seriously have to reconsider any MGM in the future for myself or for my clients!

The MGM tower at Borgata is a great stay. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated yet friendly and approachable. The crowed is mixed with a Vegas feel good vibe but not the "spring breaker " scene. Hotel amenities shared with the Borgata are excellent , rooms are well appointed and spacious. Location is great if looking for some exclusivity away from the board walk but close enough for a 5 minute Uber drive for beach or other AC entertainment. Over all, I think is the best value in AC. You won't be disappointed.

Our room had crumbs left on the bedside table, as well as long hair strands around the shower. Besides that the hostel/resort was great. The pool was nice, service was nice- food and drink are pricey but to be expected. It’s nice that it’s tucked away from the sketchy areas- but you have to go through those to go anywhere near the ocean/boardwalk.

The parking was very convenient and inexpensive for our needs, which was a lot of driving in and out to visit the outlets and other local attractions. The room was comfortable and clean. The view was fairly bad from any location because the hotel is not near the ocean. It was very convenient to go to the various restaurants around the casino. We were not there to gamble so I can't comment on that aspect.

Lovely place. Only flaw was the lightbulb in the main lamp in our room was missing. Called the front desk and asked for a bulb but none was delivered. Called housekeeping and minutes later a maintenance man arrived with a big cart ready to fix it until I told him it just needed a bulb. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Otherwise, loved everything about this resort even tho there is nothing around this property. It’s in its own section of AC, separate from the Boardwalk.

I didn’t like the fact that guests from the MGM tower ( us) were charged a ridiculous price for coffee sold in a lobby, when normally, this is complementary from hotels in other states. I would understand if you were not a guest at this hotel, but that wasn’t the case. The Coffee in our room wasn’t great and we found that the staff wasn’t very hospitable and unfortunately, in general not well informed with their surroundings.

Room was great, pool was great (although there was clearly a prostitute making the rounds in the 21 over pool), and place was very clean. But the parking situation wasn’t great and there was very limited dining choices. I know was a Sunday and Monday night but it is July and the place seemed to be near capacity. My fiancé and I ended up having to eat in a food court for dinner.

I used a third-party app Expedia to book my stay. When I tried to check in with the confirmation number sent to me it did not work. Also, when trying to check out, I was unable to do so due to the third-party booking. both steakhouses have a average rating. I ate at the b prime steakhouse, and I was very disappointed at the steak.
