Super 8 by Wyndham Rogers Minnesota

The facility really needs some updating but it is clean, and the beds are comfortable. Affordable and close to where we needed to be. Nice pool and hot tub. Good choices in the continental breakfast.

I would never stay here again. We requested a first floor room as I had bilateral knee surgery and could not navigate the steps. They gave the last room on 1st floor to the couple in front of us. We waited 30 minutes to check in. They told me there was nothing they could do. I knocked on there door and they thankfully moved to the 2nd floor. Our room was a tiny room when we had paid for a king room. I requested to be moved the nest morning, they did. Breakfast was a total gross carb fest, rooms smelt musty and the original from front desk person was overwhelmed. Another person reservations had been cancelled without his knowledge, two rooms. Smelly, needs updating terribly. breakfast gross. we went to Perkins. The one positive, the pool area was very nice. Totally done with Super 8, third in a row that were disgusting

The rooms were clean. The beds were nice. The breakfast had a good assortment of foods, some of which were frozen and could be microwaved. Add fresh bread’s bagels muffins. Good breakfast. Exceptionally nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Easy to access. Priced right. Continental breakfast. Next door is a Denys for later meals if staying for more then a night. ample parking.

The hot tub didn't work and my friend got a discount because she complained and was told to not tell anyone. Don't go there hot tub doesn't work and they won't tell yout

The continental breakfast was amazingly good. A lot of options. The only thing i filtered for was hot tub and its been broken for 90 days

Hot tub was broken & that was one of the reasons we booked here as we use hot tubs a lot, room was small~ it was handicapped accessible but not really. We are not handicapped so didn't matter for us but they need to evaluate the bathroom safety. Only safety bar was SO low in the tub & it was the only one! None to get in or out of tub & I slipped twice as the tub is slippery & no bath mat! There was a shower chair that was huge & would need to sit sideways in the tub to fit & then because the safety bar is so low, it would not assist anyone to get out of that tub at all. The rooms decor was tired at the very least. Bed was super soft so we rolled into the middle all night long. Breakfast was bad. "Hot" breakfast was frozen waffles/pancakes you could microwave or toast. Very disappointing. The hotel was full & there were several noise complaints (not by us) because they were drinking & loud so the front desk gal made a compromise with them that they could take the breakfast room chairs out into the parking lot to keep the noise outside instead if they promised to bring them all back in. Not sure that was the right call but things did somewhat quiet down after that. The gal at check in did discount our room as the lack of the hot tub was near a deal breaker for us. We knew this hotel was full & didn't want to not find a room elsewhere so we stayed. Overall our experience was not great & we will not be staying here again. Wyndham~ you can & should do better.

The front desk staff was really helpful. I enjoyed my stay. The Jacuzzi was really nice.

Mold all over the room

We had to be moved to a different room because our original room had an issue that I suspect was bedbugs. My family was separated into two rooms. My wife's room was double booked on our second night, and someone tried to enter our room before we checked out. Musty odor to the room and the whole place was generally unpleasant.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. The 1st morning everything was done, bed made, towels refreshed, garbage emptied. The 2nd day, only the towels were refreshed, nothing else was done. Weather was humid outside, however, the toilet was sweating so bathroom floor was wet, main room floor was slimy so had to wear shoes at all times. Front desk person when checking in was not pleasant, snapped at me when I asked questions. Poor selection of breakfast items - all microwaveable carbs. Ice machine had gnats flying around it, therefore, they got in the ice.

Friendly helpful staff. Excellent house keeping. Hotel will be due for refresh shortly, but kept very clean.

Dirty worn down. Cigarette burns in bathroom, shower dirty and tub floor falling apart. Iron burns in carpet.

The room had a terrible odor. I asked for some air freshener or lysol spray but was told by front desk they only had one can and would come up with it. At end of a long day we decided to deal with it after waiting five minutes. We needed a shower and bed, so we just held our nose. Even looked in fridge and drawers to see if food was rotting. Must be in carpet which desperately needs to be replaced.

We stayed 2 nights. The first night the room was really dirty. There was hair in the bathroom all over the floor and shower. We went down to the hot tub and that was broken and out of order. The second night we got a room without a working TV, they gave us a second room and it was very damp. The floor was linoleum and moist. My daughters feet would stick and I whipped them with a towel and they were brown. My shoes even made a sticking noise. I already annoyed the front desk lady with a non working TV and switched rooms I did not want to switch to a third. I want a refund for the second night! Room number 113 was so damp and smelled so bad. I didn't notice until the morning that the curtains even have mold on them. Please go look! I am allergic to mold of I would have looked inside of the curtains I would not have stayed there!

Got bit up by bed bugs...

My shower did not function which was very irritating yo discover the morning before leaving for work. Also, there were no usb cable plug in ports and room only had one light

Outdated Hotel. Front desk very nice person!

Our stay was fine until Saturday night. There was a party above us at 2am that went on for hours. We did not get any sleep and had a 9 hour drive home in the morning.

The property seems to be good but the bed we slept is so hard had a very hard time falling asleep. Should think about getting My Pillow toppers for the beds they are the best we have one at home and it is great!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was a quick drive to shopping and a variety of restaurants, which made getting around super convenient. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Was an ok hotel, clean, but could use some carpet cleaning. But overall very spacious room n worked just fine for one night stay.

You could tell our room was an old smoking room by the smell and holes in furniture. Ants were in our room. Walked by cleaning lady and made eye contact, she didn’t acknowledge me and was singing. Front desk lady was nice when checking in but checking out the new lady was rude.

Hotel was in a great location and the staff were wonderful. Room waa quiet and comfortable.

Checked in on Friday and was supposed to be there until Monday but checked out a day early because of absolutely horrible service from the front desk. Came back to our hotel and our cards weren't working Came back up front and she was helping someone checking in which was ok. Waited about 10 minutes asked again about the issue as my son had meds he needed to take. She said she was working on it. For the next 45 minutes she helped other people check in. I finally asked again and she first had no clue or didn't remember we were waiting then said there was nothing they could until Monday and could contact the general manager about getting our valuables and meds. She told me that I could leave or call the cops because I said we're not leaving until we can get our items and my son's meds. So I called the cops. They showed up and I explained the issue then they talked to her. She out right lied to their face saying I was being controversial. She told them she had no one to call and did not have the number to the general manager. This all started a little after 8 pm and now was about 9:30. She then said we could wait until 11 and someone else coming in could fix it. Around the 9:30/10pm this lady who was also checking in told us that she actually got booked into my hotel room and when she saw our stuff, came back out and was waiting. She talked to the cops and said I wasn't being hostile. There's so much more but don't have enough character spaces. Horrible place

The staff were friendly, willing to small talk with me and my daughter. Answered any questions we had with enthusiasm and happiness. Check in and check out were easy

The front desk lady Brenda was so very sweet and kind to us. She made sure things were working and went above and beyond for us. Very quiet for being off the highway, no highway noise at all. The housekeepers were very pleasant as well. Towels were soft and beds were comfortable. Very clean hotel, the free breakfast had a good variety.

The property is quiet, safe, and close to major highways. There is also a Denny's and gas station convenience store in walking distance of the hotel.

Loved the easy access to restaurants and shopping.

The staff was great, room was clean and bed was way more comfortable than I expected! The hot tub was great the pool was a little chilly but not horrible and not much of a breakfast but it was well worth the money and they can expect to see me and my kids again!

Employees were friendly as I saw some during breakfast, too, and they all said, “Good Morning.” Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than I had expected with a nice variety. It is an older hotel, but well maintained.

Tired & old property in addition to other problems. Breakfast was a joke unless you like to microwave your breakfast. We will not stay here again. Wyndham~ you can & should do better.

Little dissatisfied with the breakfast as it’s mostly frozen and reheat. Other than that it’s a nice little hotel to stay at as your passing through.

The hotel room wasn't super clean but it was okay. The toilet in our room would run off and on. The faucet for the tub was jury-rigged. The breakfast was so so, we were down at 7:00 A.M. and I got the last yogurt. The garbage was almost overflowing, and no one ever breezed through to check on anything. I would stay there again because it was cheap to stay there.
